This is my first fanfiction i have ever written . Am proud to say that am a fan of Gurmeet and Drashti . Hence am using the characters played by them in serial "Geet" as my main leads ... hope you guys ll enjoy reading the fiction ...

MAAN SINGH KHURANA-22 year old business tycoon . Owner of khurana constructions. Angry young man but has a soft side unknown to anyone except his dadi Savitri khurana.
SAVITHRI KHURANA- Head of the khurana family lost her husband due to heart attack. Loves her grandsons a lot especially maan. In search of a suitable bride for her Maan.
DEV KHURANA- 20 year old . Helps maan in his business such as onshore deals signing. Loves his brother and dadi a lot .
GEET HANDA - Bubbly young girl 18 years. From a rich family and is presently in college pursuing architecture. Loves her family . Has a sister rajji and brother tito. Hangs over with her friends varshika and aditi . Never sees the status of friends and loves them to the core.
Varshika ' Best friend of geet . Never fights with anyone and is totally soft natured. Lives life to the fullest .family friends with geet .
Aditi ' Best friend of geet and is a total opposite of varshika . loves her friends but hate lies. Will do anything for friendship but if she comes to know of any cheatings , never hesitate to punish them ( in the sense break up ).
Preet - a fun loving guy and a son of a rich business man . Best friend of geet , varshika and aditi. secretly loves aditi for her stubborn nature.

she got out from her car and looked at it.
Geet : Sweetu baby ..... r u alright? R u hurt????
Maan came out from the car angrily and looked at the girl before him. He didn't see her face as she was turned back.
Maan (self-talking) : is she mad?
Geet turned to him and shouted
Geet : how dare u hurt my sweetu?
Maan was mesmerized by her beauty. she was wearing a light blue top and a skinny jeans. She looked like an angel. His heart skipped a beat looking at the beautiful form in front of him. 1st time MSK forgot to shout or speak. He was staring at the beautiful form in front of him. He even forgot to blink and this made her tension rise. After constant nudging he came out of the trance.
Geet : R u deaf ? (shouted) say something u Criminal.
Hearing the word "criminal" he came back from the trance...
Maan : wat? Criminal? who is criminal?
Geet : uuuuuu
Maan : (confused + angry )me..... how?
Geet : u tried to kill my sweetu
Maan : Sweetu?????? who is that?''."
Geet: u hit my sweetu and asking whos it ? are you blind ?
Now maan understood wat she meant by sweetu'' on the other line adi who was on phone kept calling him .
ADI: sir? Sir ? are you there ? wat happened sir ? any fight ?
Maan : "JUST SHUT UP"
Fearing his boss anger he immediately hanged the phone .
Geet : "Wat ? here am asking , but you are shouting at me ? its also your fault .you came in over speed. And one more thing , do go for a private coaching on how to behave with girls."
Maan :"Wat ? How dare you ? Do you have any idea who you were talking to ? Moreover I did not ask you to shut up. I was talking over phone"
Geet: "oh ! wow . look mister I dont have time to argue with you . I need to rush. But I ll never leave you for hurting my sweetu."
Maan : "Neither am interested in you. Get lost."Without giving her a chance to speak he drove off.
She stood there watching the car drove off .. Coming out of the trance she walked ahead and drove her car to the college.
AT COLLEGE:
"Hey geet are you okay ? the line went off suddenly and I was worried so much. I had been trying since 15 min and you are not picking it up. Are u alright ? say something ?" aditi spoke in a single stroke.
"If u give me some space can I say something ?"
The trio stared at her.
"Yea am alright. Just had a minor accident ..there's a little damage to my sweetu . I have called up the driver and asked him to take it for repairing. I ll never leave that khadoos . how dare he ? if I see him once again I ll kill him for sure . wat an attitude . whom does he think he is ?" Said our angry geet without looking at her friends.
"WHAT ???" the trio shouted in choros.
Preet dragged her without notice and shoved her into the car and drove to the hospital . The other two hopped up in the back seat while geet in the front and preet driving .
"Hey wat are you doing ? where are we going ? am alright" finally recovering from the shock and blurred out.
"JUST SHUT UP" came the reply.
They reaches the hospital . There a stretcher was kept ready and immediately they took her to the private room without giving her a chance to speak .
"Hey wats going on here ? look doctor am perfectly fine .its my sweetu which is damaged not me .if you wanna treat , treat my sweetu."
"Sweetu ?" asked the doctor.
"Yea my car."
The doctor checked her pulse rate and BP . everything is normal
"Nothing to worry miss . you are perfectly alright" .
"But you are not . please go to a ENT specialist."
"Why ?"
"I know am alright and had been saying the same thing for half an hour and you dint hear it seems ."
"Okay no tension .Lets call your friends inside ."
The trio came inside in a hurry with a non-stop question session.
Preet ~"Dr s she alright ?"
Aditi ~ "Any internal injuries?"
Varshika ~Any plastic surgery needed for scars?
Everyone in the room stared at her .
"What ? why are you looking at me like that ? am just concerned."
" your friend is perfectly fine and nothing to worry."said doctor seeing an opurtunity to escape from them.
"Why cant say this before ?" asked aditi.
"As if you guys allowed me to talk."
Thanks doc. Having said this all of them left the doctors room.
The doctor let out a sigh of relief and felt as if he had escaped from jurrasic park.
Geet stared at her friends as if they were some aliens.
"God ! nothing happened to you . I was so worried ? said preet .
"Guys am perfectly fine and stop worrying. Hey I hope no one called home?"
There was an absolute silence ,
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO "
"Who did this ?" asked geet
"Preet" came the reply
"I ll kill you" she retorted back in anger.
Suddenly some people came and hugged her while one calling the head doctor of the hospital ..
"WILL YOU GUYS STOP THIS ? AM PERFECTLY FINE "said geet giving a glare to preet.
Preet unable to take his friends anger finally managed to blur out"haan dad, she is perfectly fine . nothing to worry . we can go home."
Dad , mom , rajji , tito , daarji looked at one another not able to speak for some time . After some time dad broke the silence and said "Okay beta go home and take rest .. no need of college today and I ll book a new car today.."
"Uff my friends" murmured geet .
PART-2
Maan's car entered the Khurana construction ally ' as soon as the car entered , the security guard switched on the siren button to let the employees know about his arrival. The employees who were till then chit chatting dispersed immediately and ran towards their respective places as if they were been chased by mad dogs . One adjusted his tie while the other one tucked in his shirt. The girls checked their make up with a little hope that their DD for once will look at them and give a charming smile .
Maan entered his office and everyone stood up and wished him . Adi , head of the accounts department who looked extremely worried silently watched his boss entering his cabin. Pinky , the receptionist saw watched adi and asked him what happened . adi who was already ready to burst into crying explained everything . pinky who was standing silently with a pity face faced adi and said " sir have you got enough bank balance to last for 2 months ? own house or rent house ?"Adi dosent know how to respond and just dreamt of being kicked out of the office by his boss like a football. He gave a nervous laugh when he heard a phone ring in his cabin.
On the other line ,
Maan : ADIIIIIIIIIIIIII ''''
Adi : yes sirrrr.
Maan : How long does it take to pick up the phone ?
Adi : sorry sir .
Maan : Bring the handa's contract papers now .
Adi : yes sir . he said only to realize that the line went dead before he could respond .
Pinky : good luck adi sir , see you in cafeteria if you are alive.
Adi gave her a glare and rushed to his boss cabin with the file
Adi : sirrrrrrrrrr'.
Maan : yes, come in . when is the meeting with the handas ?
Adi : sorry sir they have cancelled the meeting and scheduled it tomorrow .
Maan : what ? why did you not inform immediately ?
Adi : sorry sir I have tried reaching your phone but you were not available .
Maan : why did they cancel ? I guess its supposed to be starting in 10 min .
Adi : Their daughter had an accident and they need to rush sir .
The word accident brought maan to a trance . He remembered how beautiful she looked even in that simple attire . He just could not help himself to stop thinking about her.. the way she looked ' oh my god ! what am I thinking? Am supposed to be angry on her. What does she think she is ? I ll show her what the real Maan singh khuranna can look like if I see her once again .
Adi who was updating him with the details of the next meeting realized that maan isn't responding . He called him twice . Having got no response he shouted SIRRRRRRRRRRRR '.
Maan : what adi ? am not deaf . why are you shouting ?
Adi : sorry sir , you dint respond . that's why .
Maan : ok leave the file and schedule the meeting tomorrow 9 am.
Adi : ok sir.
After adi left , maan was angry on himself for loosing himself like that . He kept himself busy with files to avoid thinking about her.
On the other hand preet , aditi and varshika reached home and headed towards geets room where they spend most of their time .
Geet : guys I wont leave him .
Preet : who ?
Geet : the guy who hit my sweetu
Aditi : do you know his name ? car number ?
Varshika :how was he looking ? is he smart and handsome ? business man ?
The trio shot a glare at her which instantly made her to shut the mouth .
Geet : I don't know . he said something DSK or MSK '
Preet : what MSK ? do you mean the business tycoon Maan singh khuranna ?
Aditi : Whoever it is , he hit our geet . We need to teach him a lesson.
Preet : are you our of your mind ? he is the top businessman in india and you want to teach him ?
Before aditi could respond rano geets mom entered the room .. "hi mom" wished all of them . "hi" said rano. She asked whether geet was feeling fine and informed her that sweetu is in good condition and nothing to worry..geet gave her mom a flying kiss and went out with her friends.
Aditi , preet , varshika and geet decided to hang on to some movies for the rest of the day . They watched some English movies . aditi and geet kept talking useless stuffs and preet kept staring at aditi which dint go unnoticed by geet..she smiled at preet to which he gave a slight node and continued his staring session . while our varshika madam kept drooling over the filmy heros '.
It was till evening they watched some movies and after some time they had their snacks and bid a good bye to geet and left to their respecetive homes. Geet sat on her bed and recalled that days incidents. Smile crept her face and thought about the man who dashed her sweetu .
Geet (self talk ): geet this is not his fault .its your fault too na .. you should have stopped the car and attended the phone . See because of this my pyari sweetu got hurt. By the way he looked nice and handsome and '' hey wat are you thinking enough is enough . he hurt your sweetu and he is a complete dhusht dhanav . He dint even talked properly to me .no no he shouted at me . how dare any one shout at geet handa. Geet don't think about him . lets sleep . heyna teddy ? chalo good night .. with that she hugged her maima (oops !! her teddys name ) and slept .
After some time On the other hand maan who was still lost in work looked at the time .
Maan : oh my god ! how come I dint notice the time ? its nearing 12:15 . oh my god ! dadi ? oh shit I forgot the dinner ..
He immediately phoned his dadi instead nakul picked up the call sleepily and said "saab dadi had her dinner and slept ' yea she had her medicines ' ok saab bye . good night no no good morning' no early morning".
Maan banged his head with the phone in frustration and decided to leave home . while in car he remembered about geet..her smile , her voice and not to be forgotten her scolding .he started smiling unknowingly . the driver tanu who was driving the car got shocked but dint have the guts to say anything .so he drove as fast as he could and reached home . Having reached home the driver stepped out and opened the door for him . Within minutes he parked the car and moved out as fast as he could . His boss who was khadoos to him was actually smiling . This is somewat a new world wonder for him and he decided to spill the beans to dadi .
Part-3
The next day started . Maan got up at 5:30 and proceeded to do his morning exercise session. Tai chi was his favorite martial arts . Whenever he is angry on anything he used to let it out here . He excelled in all most everything . Swimming , karate , tai chi , chess and almost .. but today he could not concentrate well'. images of geet kept wondering around him . He felt helpless and ashamed of himself for not able to control his feelings . So he decided to head towards office . Dadi who woke up early was waiting for maan in the dining table so she could have her morning tea with him. She got to know about yesterdays night incident from tanu and made up a mental plan to check on it . She was very happy that his grand son had made up his mind to let some happiness in his life . She decided to venture slowly so that her plan dosent fail .
Maan came descending the stairs and saw dadi sitting over at the table .he went towards dadi took her blessings and sat near her. She offered him a cup . He took a sip in it and looked on to the paper.
Dadi : maan ?
Maan : ha dadi . still looking on to the paper.
Dadi : what have you decided ?
Maan : about wat ?
Dadi : as if you don't know
Maan : not again dadi . I have a important meeting at 9 . take care . bye
Dadi : please maan beta . listen to me once . for this old ladys sake , please accept for marriage . I wanna see the happiness in your life.
Maan just glared at his dadi. Not able to speak anything , he just left for the office . least he knew that he gonna meet his destiny again .
At handas mansion :
Geet came wipping her eyes wearing her tom and jerry pjs . shortly a kiddo dress. Dad who was drinking is coffee started smiling seeing his daughter who came down just woke up from her sleep with a loony in her hand and not to forget rubbing her eyes..she looked like a 4 year old baby came looking for her mom.
Geet : "Mamma ?????????"
Mom : "haan geet what happened ? here have your milk."
Geet sat with her dad and drank the milk just like a kid spilling it on all over her cheeks and nose . her mom and dad could do nothing just smile at their daughter who is behaving like a kid inspite of reaching the marriageable age .
Mr.handa bed good bye to her and left for attending a meeting .
Geet went and got ready for her college .She wore black top and a faded jean which made her look even more beautiful .she called aditi and informed her that she would be there in the college within 20 mins. She was about to leave when her dad called her .
Geet : hello dad !!!
Dad : ha geet. Have you started for the college?
Geet : no dad . am near the gate now . anything important ?
Dad: I have forgot an important file in the table. Can you bring it to the khuranna office now ? its urgent and rags is on leave so '''.
Geet : no problem dad. I have 2 hours time for college . I ll drop it in office .
Dad : thanks . bye .
Geet : bye dad .
Geet took the file and started for khuranna constructions. Least did she knew that her dhust dhanav is the MD of KC. She entered the office and asked the receptionist pinky for Mr . handa . pinky directed her towards her DDs cabin as none was allowed to enter the conference room . Geet sat there for some time and felt really bored so she decided to chat with pinky for some time . Both being very jovial natured just got clicked at the first time . By that time the meeting got over and Mr.handa said good bye to MSK and headed out . As pinky and geet were busy chatting they missed him going out . In few minutes Mr.Handa called geet.
Dad: geet where are you ?
Geet : dad am in KC . where are you ? I had been waiting for you since half an hour.
Dad : oh god ! I just now came out .
Geet : now what should I do with this file ?
Dad : ok , you go and give this Mr.Khuranna
Geet : okay . I need to rush . bye
Geet said bye to pinky and headed towards MSKs cabin .
Geet : may I come in ?
Maan : yes come in .
Both of them felt each others presense in the room but decided to ignore.
Geet : hello am geet handa . Mr. Handas daughter . he asked me to give this file to you .
Maan who was facing his back towards her turned to meet her face : tum
Geet : tum (at the same time )
Maan : tum yaha kya karenge ?
Geet : Its my question you criminal !
Maan : wat am criminal ?
Geet : yea, you tried to kill my sweetu .
Maan : go for a mental check up .
Geet : you go for a driving school .
Maan : uuuuuuuuuuuu'.
Geet : wat meeee ?
Maan : why are you here ?
Geet : I came to give this file to Mr. Khuranna
Maan : am Khuranna .
Geet (looked upward ) : hey bhabaji ! save this company and staffs . Such a big company in the hands of a criminal. Chi chi babaji I should not stay here or I ll also become a criminal .
Maan : ggeeeeeeeeeeeeetttttt..
Geet : wat ? I know my name is geet . Did you get that Mr. Khuranna ?
Before geet could say anything aditi called and enquired as to where she is .
Geet (on phone ) : am on the way aditi just met up with a criminal
Aditi and maan : wat ???
Geet to maan : don't shout am talking on phone . aditi I ll be there with 15 mins. Don't worry . yea , I wont meet any accidents unlike yesterday where some stupid dhust dhanav will drive car only to hit and kill my sweetu.
Maan stood there amused and was fuming with anger. she called him a criminal , dhust dhanav and wat not . No one had ever dared to speak to him like that . But today a girl speaking with such a loud voice equally with him.
Before he could speak up she dashed out of the cabin and drove away in her car swearing maan with all the bad words she know .
Maan on the other hand called up pinky and asked her to bar all the calls for one hour and dare not any one disturb him .
Part -4
In college
Geet being the very jovial and a easy go person is very much liked by everyone . Every guy drools over her and she gets atleast 5-10 proposals everyday. Its been the routine day except the encounter with "criminal". She scolded him with all the bad words she could under her breath. "uff' why bhabaji? Why ? why my day should start like this ? this dusht dhanav will kill my day .. please madad karna'"
Just now a guy passes her and heard the part "madad karna". He felt glad that the college beauty asking him some help. He went towards her adjusting his hair and dress. Thinking of giving a charming smile he gave her a ready to throw up expression. Seeing this our geet who was till now scolding maan rolled into laugher. The guy misunderstood that she is smiling at him . (poor guy !!! he dosent know that he is giving a throwing expression which he is thinking to be of a charming expression ).
Guy : wow !! you look beautiful when you smile . its like giving light to a blind person.
Before geet could respond the gang came towards her seeing all the tamasha going on.
Varshika : Hey stupid what will a blind person do with the light? Do try some other dialogue the next time . And also don't refer our text book because already 8 persons said those things..try some other books.
Aditi : can you never reach the college with in the said time geet ?
Geet : uff .. don't start that dhust dhanav '
Preet : who ? MSK ?
Geet : I ll say that afterwards. Lets go for the class. Its getting late.
That guy stood there referring to some other books for dialogues before trying the nth time .
IN OFFICE
Its been an hour since she left but his mind kept thinking about her. He could not concentrate in any of the work . His mind kept wondering about her. He imagined her everywhere. Feeling frustrated he called his secretory rita to bring a coffee for him.
Rita ' a modern and a show off girl . seeking for an opportunity to get close to maan just like other girls in the office . Wears short tops and jeans . Her hobby is to stare at him without blinking her eyes . Does over make up to impress him which makes her to look like a bitch imported from a fairy tale.
As usual with her dreamy look, she went towards maans cabin with the coffee.
Rita : may I come in sir ?
Maan : yea come in.
Rita :sir , your coffee.
Maan : keep it on the table and ask adi to bring the Handas's project file.
Rita : ok sir .
She stood there with her dreamy eyes without moving. Maan noticed this and got annoyed.
Maan (shouted ): whattttttttttttttt??? Why are you standing here ?
Rita : sorry sir . With that she literally ran away from the cabin and informed adi.
After some time ,
Adi :sir ??
Maan : yea adi, give me the file .
Adi : here sir . They have suggested some designs and they are quite impressive .
Maan : k I ll look into it .
Maan looked on to the desingns and felt impressed . he could not find any flaws but could easily say the person who prepared must be doing his studies.
Maan : who did this ?
Adi : I suppose it should Mr.handa's daughter. she was here to hand over some files on behalf of him sir.
Maan (selftalk ) : oh no that chatter box ?? well impressive . inspite of her non stop talkings she is atleast good in designing .
Adi : sir I think we need to include this . Its better than the one we designed for kids section floor. Her design includes everything that's the kids would love to.
Maan (selftalk ) : ofcourse why not ? she herself is a kid . thank god no one noticed when she was shouting at me . what would have happened if this news got to press.. then I would have been awarded with the title of "criminal of the year" award.
Thinking over this he smiled a little which did not go unnoticed by adi. He just stared at his boss unbelievingly. He was shocked to see him smiling after so many years .
Adi ' a very trusted employee of KC. Also the right hand of maan . he was with him in all his odd times as a moral support for maan his boss. He was happy to see him in this state and wished that the happiness could stay with him forever. His dreamland came to an end when maan called him.
Maan : ok adi , approve this design and line up the meeting this Friday .
Adi managed to blur out : ok sir . he was speechless that it was first time that he approved something without any argument . he decided to pass this on to pinky, the only one in the office who would love to talk to him.
Adi started searching for pinky and atlast found her near the cafeteria with her favourite cheese burger in her hand . he walked towards her .
Adi : hey pinky did you know something ? maan sir smiled today!!!!!
Pinky who was till now munching the burger, dropped her mouth open in shock. He kept her hand on adi's forehead and said "sir are you fine ?"
Adi : wat ?
Pinky : yes sir . say something that would happen . what you are saying ll never happen even when the world ends.
Adi :believe me yaar. He also approved Ms. Geet handa's design without any arguments .
Hearing geets name , pinkys face got bright .
Pinky : sir , I knew it . she is so beautiful and very nice . she is perfect for maan sir. She talks like me . no wonder maan sir ll like her.
Adi : thank god ! she dosent eat like you !
Pinky : sirrrrrrrrrrrrrr'..
Adi : ok leave this , we need to find a way to bring geet here . only she can handle him with her childish talks .
Pinky : sir, do you know some thing ? we have become good friends and I have her number even .
Adi : good work pinky . you got her number. Lets think of a plan to bring her.
LATER THE DAY
Rano called geet and asked her to join shopping with her. Geet bed bye to her friends and left for the mall . There she met up with her mom and left to buy some dress for her. She saw a beautiful anarkali suit and showed it to her mom.
Geet : mama this dress is so beautiful na ?
Rano : go and try it . let me choose some saries
Geet : okay, stay near the trial room mom .
After some time geet came out wearing the anarkali suit . she looked like an angel on earth that any men ll fall for.
Geet : mom how is this ?
Maans dadi who was standing near her looked at geet.
Dadi : you are looking so beautiful beta .
Geet (blushed): thnx mam .
Dadi (smiled ): call me dadi . don't need of any mam.
Rano who was selecting saris for her came in search of geet and saw her talking to someone.
Rano : geet ?
Geet : mom !! how am I looking ?
Rano : very beautiful .
Geet : mom she is dadi .
Rano : Namaste ma.
Dadi : Namaste beta .your daughter look beautiful .
Rano : haan .
Dadi (to geet ) : what are you doing beta ?
Geet : am doing my architecture . Waiting for my internship .
Dadi : oh ! which company you have applied ?
Geet : not yet dadi . I need to apply with my friends.
Dadi : oh ok beta . my grand son owns a construction firm . why don't you join there?
Geet : its okay dadi . why troubles for you ?
Dadi : no troubles beta . I like you very much so you should join the company with your friends. I ll talk to my grand son . here is my card .
Geet (smiled ) : thank you so much dadi .she hugged her and said bye to dadi .
Rano : thank you so much so much ma .
Dadi : its ok beta . see you soon. You must visit home one day .
Rano : ofcourse ma.
Dadi smiled at geet and rano . she mentally made up her plan to ask geet for her grand son maan . Least did she knew that geet is the one whom is grand son is falling for .
PART-5
A week passed . maan and geet were too involved in their respective works that they had forgotten to think about the other . The day was extremely busy for both . Maan asked adi to accept the internship applications and submit to him soon . Geet and her friends as per dadi's advice applied for the internship unaware of Maan . Adi who was sorting out the applications was very happy to find geets application . He immediately called pinky and let her know the news .
Adi : hey pinky , see this .
Pinky :wow adi sir !! geet gonna join here ? am so happy. we both ll go to cafeteria together and ofcourse to the newly opened restaurant.
Adi :Stop thinking about food . We need to come up with a plan to approve this application .
Pinky :Adi sir , see there are three more applications from the same college. I guess they have applied together.
Adi : oh but I guess we need only 6 interns here.
Pinky : Sir as far as she talked to me that day , we need to accommodate these four together or else they will seek some other company so they can work together .
Adi : Okay let me think of something .
Pinky : Don't think too much adi sir .
Adi : Alright let me suggest maan sir to transfer other two applicants to our Mumbai branch so we can accommodate all these four here .
Pinky : Ok sir . By the way am feeling hungry . Let me go and get something to eat. Are you coming ?
Adi (gave her a bewildered look ) : No thnx ,I mean you carry on .
AT KHURANNA MANSION
Dadi : Nakul arrange these flowers properly.
Nakul : Jee mam .
Dadi : Aur haan have you checked with the dinner ? the guests will be arriving soon . so everything be kept ready before that .
Nakul : yes mam everything is ready . panditji is calling you .
Dadi : ok . I ll go and check on to him .
Dadi moved towards panditji with the taal in her hand .
Dadi : panditji is everything ready ?
Panditji : yes madam ji . sab teek hai . We can start the pooja in half an hour .
Dadi : okay . I ll look on to the guest .
Just then rano and geet arrived . They moved towards dadi and geet took her blessings from her. Geet was wearing a red sari and looked like an angel in the evening . Some of the dadi's friends were invited for the pooja. It was long since savitri devi met two of her grand sons at the same time . if one is there at home other will be at the business trip and vice versa. But that day both of them were present so she decided to arrange a pooja for their well being .
Dadi : you are looking very beautiful in this saree beta .
Geet : thanks dadi . how are you dadi?
Dadi : am perfectly fine beta .
Rano : ma where are your grandsons ? Am very eager to see them .
Dadi : my first grand son hasent arrived from office yet and other one just returned india in the morning . its very rare to see them together . That's why I arranged for the pooja .
Rano : very nice ma .
Just then geet got a call from varshika and excused herself to attend it . Dadi introduced dev to rano and they kept talking for sometime .Geet made her way to the garden and stood mesmerized by the beauty of the flowers . She looked like the angel standing in the midst of flowers from the heaven .
Maan arrived from the office and stood there watching the scene . He could not take his eyes of her. She looked even more divine that saree . Least he knew that his brother, dadi and rano was watching the both . They understood what that look meant and thought of speaking to the other soon . Maan stood there still watching her.
Maan (self talk ) : Maan what happened to you ? your imaginations are going far day by day . First in office and now at home . This girl will make me mental . Tomorrow I need to go for the check up for sure.
He came out of his dream land after his brother literally shaked him twice . Maan who was kind of embrassed dosent want to show it to his brother and so decided to show his fake anger .
Maan : what dev ? why are you shouting ? I was thinking about one of my project .
Dev (suppressing his smile ): oh my bro ! I don't know that the project is walking in our garden .
Maan : wat ?
Dev : nothing bro . dadima is waiting for you .
Having said that both of them made their way inside . Dadi introduced maan to rano and asked him to change and come down soon to attend the pooja. Maan had no interest in attending the poojas . But for the sake of his dadi , he never spoke against her beliefs. After some time , geet came in and stood beside her mother .
Dadi introduced dev to geet . They just got together and started their non-stop chit chat .
Dev : geet what are you doing ? I mean studies '
Geet : Am doing my architecture and ofcourse applied for internship in your bros company .
Dev (shocked ) : do you know him ?
Geet : No yaar. Dadi only told to apply . I haven't seen him yet. I hope I would get to today .
Dev (selftalk ) : oh wow dadi , what a plan ?? you are too fast.. she is perfect for my bro ' I hope everything goes perfect .
Geet (waved her hands before him ) : hey hello ?? are you there ?
Dev (coming out of the trance ) : oh yea .. sure you will get there .. congrats in advance .
Geet : oh yea , thanks but for what ?
Dev : you will know that soon .
Geet stood there confused but dint ask to him and decided to leave it.
On the other hand maan came descending the stairs wearing a beautiful black sherwani . He looked dashing and every girl present there cannot keep their eyes of him . He stood their looking for his dadi while geet and dev made their way inside looking for dadi . Dadi came towards geet and started talking to her . Maan spotted dadi and moved to greet her. Dadi moved to introduce geet to maan .
Dadi : maan this is geet .
Maan and geet who were facing their back turned towards each other : tum ?? (in union )
Dadi , dev and rano stood their confused as to how they both came to know each other.
Maan : tum ? what are you doing here ?
Geet : you criminal ? what are you doing here ?
Dev , dadi and rano : criminal ?????
Geet : haan mama I told you na ? One criminal tried to kill my sweetu ? Its him only . He also shouted at me mama .
Dev and dadi : sweetu ? who is it ?
Geet : my pyari car .
Dev : car ? you named your car ?
Geet : haan its my sweetu . I love it very much and he ' he tried to kill my car ..(in angry tone ).
Maan stood there without knowing wat to do with her ' he started thinking " wow !! awesome .. now everyone will start addressing me as "criminal" . god ! what will I do with this girl ?" he stood there rubbing his temple ..
Dadi enjoyed the sight and gave a slight smile and winked at dev . She was convinced and determined that she choose the right girl for maan . Only she can manage and change him .
Geet (to maan ) : you criminal , why are you standing still ? say something .
Maan fumed with anger : Chup ! bilkul chup .
Geet : why should I ? you only dashed my car and more than that you only shouted at me .
Maan : "what me ? dashed your car ? if you dint speak on phone and drive , the accident would not have happened ."
Geet : "oh then what about you ? what where you doing ? did you not talk in phone that time ? what did you say that time ? yea I remember "just shut up" only na ? and one more thing its you who came in over speed not me ."
Maan : "oh yea did you come and see at what speed I was driving in my car ?"
Geet : "Even a blind person can say that you were driving on over speed."
Dadi , dev and rano stood there shocked not knowing what to do . dev and dadi were even more shocked that it was very much unlike to maan to argue so much and that too with a girl . It was dadi who came out of the trance first and decided to stop the fight . she sensed that if she dint stop it now then no one could ever stop it .
Dadi : "bus !! bohot ho gaya . stop it right now ."
Maan who was about to answer geet , stood shocked at seeing dadi . geet also stood still , seeing dadi .
Dadi (to geet ) : beta , did you know maan before ?
Geet : haan dadima . actually he hit my sweet and I fought with him .
Rano : geet , say sorry to maan .
Dadi : maan say sorry to her.
Geet and maan : Noooooooo'.
Rano : geet I said at once .
Dadi : maan you too.
Geet and maan looked at each other fuming with anger and said : sorry .
Both turned to opposite direction and left the place .
Dev was still in shock and said to dadi : dadi ? what is this ? is this a dream ? was it my bro ?
Dadi : yea am also confused but I know one thing . This is not a dream . I cant believe that he was fighting with her just to prove that fault is not his ..Its never like him.
Rano : am sorry ma . geet should not have talked like this . I ll talk to her. Its totally unlike her to shout at someone . She dosent get angry this easily but I don't know what happened to her '.
Dadi : don't worry beta . I ll talk to maan too'. I need to talk about an important thing to you but I guess its not the right time now ' I ll come to your home later.
Rano : ok ma . I guess its getting very late . I ll take the leave for now . See you soon ma .
Dadi : ok beta . ask geet to visit home often .
Rano : teek hai ma .
With that rano got her blessings and left for home with geet .
After the pooja got over dev and dadi sat in the dinning table waiting for maan . He came towards the table totally annoyed with the todays incident . Nakul served them the dinner and they started having their food . dadi decided to start her conversation .
Dadi : maan beta ?
Maan : haan dadima .
Dadi : if I ask you a favour , will you do it ?
Maan who was eating his food gave her a look and said : not again dadi .
Dadi : not about you marriage .
Maan : go ahead .
Dadi : I want four of my friends sons and daughters to have their internship in your company .
Dev who was silently watching the conversation tried hard not to laugh at him . Maan looked at him and narrowed his eyed questioning "Wat ?". dev noded as if saying saying nothing bro .
Maan : okay dadi . ask them to forward the applications . I ll have a look on to it . If they are capable they ll be given the required post.
Dadi : they have already submitted it . just have a glance to it .
Maan : okay dadi .
Dadi : Maan ,geet is so sweet na ?
Maan : wat ? geet ? she is a complete chatter box dadi ..did you know how she shouted at me that day ? she called me a criminal . more than that she came to my office and scolded me giving names..dhusht dhanav and what not .. seriously no one ever dared to talk to Maan singh khuranna like that ..Have you ever see someone giving those weird names to their cars ? you can see that exclusively here.. she ll make me go mad ' and he went on and on till he heard dev broke into laugher.
Dev who was till now silently hearing this , broke into laugher not able to hold anymore. He excused himself and left the table sensing his brothers anger . Maan just then realized that he himself gave all the extra information about her. He gave an annoying look to dadi and left the table .
Dadi was silently listening to his confession . Now she was double confirmed that geet will be the one and only bade bahu of khuranna khandan . she smiled to herself and said " maan I am your grand mother .now let me see maan singh khuranna , how you escape from marriage this time . I ll make sure all the ways are blocked for you except confessing it to geet.."

Maan headed towards his room totally annoyed with dadi antics. But he was surprised that he wasn't angry at geet . infact he liked her , to be true everything about her . her non-stop chatting , her swearing , her attire , her behavior , her attitude and everything ' he smiled to himself remembering the evening fight . the fact that he liked it surprised himself . he was ready to welcome changes in his life after a long time .
On the other hand geet was also thinking the same . she was never angry with a person like that before but she liked him at the same time . she could not find out the reason behind but she understood one thing . she was slowly attracted towards her dhusht dhanav . the men she had seen so far were totally different. Either they propose her or try to be friendly due to her dads influence which includes other big businessmen .she totally hated those types . But here he was totally ignoring her infact shouting which no one dares to .
Both made a mental note not to fight with each other when they see the next time . Thinking about each other they slowly fell on to a contended sleep .
Its been a week the incident happened . both think of each other at times and let a small smile to linger on their faces unknown to everyone . finally the day came . geet and her friends received the offer letters from the KC to work as interns . maan wasn't aware of geets application being acknowledged by him as he was busy on some onsight calls . Geet on the other hand was still unaware of maans presence as she had fought with him before dadi could introduce both .
That fine day the four friends need to give their accepted offer personally in the KC office . they made their way to the office . geet and varshika made together while preet picked up aditi on the way . geet and varshika made it first and was waiting for adi whom they were been told to submit their forms .
Pinky saw geet sitting with her friend and ran towards her and hugged her. Geet was overwhelmed by her gesture and smiled as it reached her eyes and they stared their chit chat.
Pinky : "geet am so happy that you are going to join our company."
Geet : wow ! me to yaar.
Pinky : "pata hai , myself and adi sir made so much plan for this ."
Geet : plans ? what plans ?
Pinky (who was caught ofguard) : no yaar . I mean we made up plan to go to the restaurants and shopping malls near by .
Geet : oh !! interesting .
By that time dev who came to office just now joined them .
Dev : hey geet! How are you ?
Geet : oh wow dev , nice to see you here. Am fine . how are you ?
Dev : fine yaar' first day in office , enjoy !!

Varshika who was just watching the conversation felt as if she had been left out . so she decided to interrupt ..

Geet gave a glare which instantly shut her up. Just then aditi and preet joined them . they went to meet adi in his cabin.
Geet : may I come in sir ?

Geet : hello am geet . they are my frnds varshika , aditi and preet.
Adi : hi guys . nice to meet you .
Preet : pleasure is ours sir .
Adi : ok , have you signed the forms with the required documents .

He took a look on to it and asked them to wait near the boss cabin till he comes . He knocked at the door asking for permission . maan who was busy with some blue prints did not look on the person and asked him to come inside .
Adi : sir , these are the files you asked .
Maan : yea , keep it on the table and leave .
Adi : sir the intern candidates are present here with the required documents . they are waiting outside .
Maan : okay ask them to come inside .
Adi : yes sir .
Adi called the four inside .
Adi : sir this is preet , aditi , varshika and geet .
Hearing the name "geet" , maan who was till then going through the blue prints looked at her .geet also looked at him and they had a small eye lock .
As they were with many others , they decided not to fight infront of them . adi interrupted them by giving the files of the candidates .
Adi : these are the details .
Maan : yea . he started going through the details of the candidates .
AFTER FEW MINUTES
Maan : ok guys listen . I want you to work properly and I expect strict professionalism here . I don't want to hear any of your personal gossibs especially roaming around in office hours .
Preet , varshika , aditi : yes sir .
Geet just watched everything silently . she knows wat he meant by strict professionalism . she felt the anger rise in her but remained calm . Maan saw this and gave a lop side grin .
Maan : Two of you will be joining our Mumbai branch for 2 months and ll be transferred here after .
The four of them were shocked on hearing the transfer as the main reason they had applied there is to work together . Adi was also equally shocked as he recommended other candidates for transfer . But he could not say much to his boss. So he decided to have words with geet and her friends .
Maan continued : okay that's all for now . You guys need to join the day after tomorrow in their respective centres . Is that clear ?
Geet , aditi , varshika and preet : yes sir .
Maan : Adi get the list from rita and inform them now .
Adi : okay sir .
Maan : now leave .

After coming out of the cabin ,
Adi : am sorry guys , I tried my level best to keep you guys here but I don't know why he changed his decision all of a sudden .

Geet got cautious : I mean may be some emergency , that's why he might have said so '
Adi : oh okay ..you guys wait here . let me get the list as where you all are placed .

Geet : yea , she is right . I think we need to take this offer. Moreover we ll be together after two months . We need to show him that we can work in any environment .

Aditi halfheartedly accepted it .they were waiting for adi to know who had been transferred to Mumbai .

Adi : because you guys qualified and there's no proper interns there . lucky you can escape from maan sir.

Varshika : No geet . With that she snatched her offer letter from adi and ran towards the exit .
Geet also ran after varshika forgetting that they are in office . On seeing the whole scene from his cabin maan made his way towards geet . he pulled her inside his cabin such a way that geet fell in top of maan while maan on the ground . (this fall happens inside maans cabin so that others don't notice ). They had a short eye lock . maan raised his hand and tucked her hair that fall on her cheeks.
On the other hand varshika ran like fire on her tail and dashed on to dev making him loose the balance . Thank god no one was there on the reception that time . Dev on top of her . varshika was breathing heavily and dev just watched her . Their so called romantic moment was interrupted by constant ringing of her mobile . Dev helped her to stand up and she picked up the phone .
Varshika : hello'
Preet : stupid where are you ?
Varshika : am in the reception area .
Preet : are you alive ?
Varshika : I hope am . she chased me like hell and I had to run like fire on my tail .. do you know how fast I ran ? if I had to run like this each and everytime , I would participate in the marathon next year .
Preet : ok ok cool . where is geet ?
Varshika : I don't know . she chased me but suddenly disappeared .
Preet : ok I ll search her . you wait near the car park .
Varshika : okay .
With tat she turned towards dev to apologize .
Varshika : Am sorry sir . I dint mean to dash at you . This stupid geet chased me that's why ..please am sorry .
Dev just saw her like the first time and he was in dream land . he liked her childish nature and gestures . he forgot himself totally .

Dev did not respond . he just watched her .

With that he came out of his trance and saw varshika who was about to cry anytime .
Dev : what happened ? are you okay ?
Varshika : yea am okay . but I think you are not . I had been calling you for 5 minutes but you dint respond . come lets go to doctor .
Dev : No varshika am fine . Nothing to worry .
Varshika : are you sure ?
Dev : yea am . By the way why did you run like this ? If bro sees it you ll be in trouble .
Varshika : because of him only so much trouble .

Varshika : "he wants geet to work as his secretory but she dosent want to . so she wants to shuffle it with mine . so I ran away and fell on you ." she said those things in a single breath.

The scene shifts from varshika to maneet . they are still in the same position . finally geet managed to get up . both were embrassed but decided not to show .

Having said this he smiled to himself and started doing his work . on the other hand preet was very happy that he could spend time with aditi and open his heart to her . he thought to himself that "I some how need to work out this'god has given me an option ..i should not lose this ' come on man. Its Sunday morning . Varshika , aditi and preet were present in the geet's house . they were discussing about their transfer to Mr.Handa . he told them not to worry and assured them that everything would be fine . Geet joined joined them few minutes later and it was decided that they would go for shopping to buy the essentials for preet and aditi .
AT THE SHOPPING MALL
Geet : hey we can go for salwar sections .
Aditi : yea .
Varshika and preet just followed them . they were discussing about the important documents to be taken along with them to mumbai .
Geet saw a beautiful red salwar suit . it was simple yet beautiful . she decided to gift it for arohi as she is a big salwar fonde.
Geet : hey try this one .
Aditi : I ll take it .
Geet : just go and try yaar.
Aditi : okay . you be here. Don't go anywhere.
Geet : as if u ll allow me .
Aditi : hmmmm..
As soon as aditi entered the trial room , geet texed preet to come to the shop immediately and asked him wait near the trial room 2. Preet thought some thing ll be wrong so he rushed with varshika . meanwhile geet saw varshika and signaled her leave the place . In some time , preet noticed varshika missing but he decided to wait near the trial room . just then aditi came out wearing the suit ..she looked stunning . preet could not take his eyes of her . aditi too felt something but decided to shrug it off.
Preet : aditi ??
Aditi : haan ..
Preet : you look beautiful !!!
Aditi (blushed ) : thank you . where is geet ?
Preet : haan woo'. By this time he sensed it was geets plan and looked hear and there searching her . he saw geet and varshika standing in one corner showing thumb up to him . both of them came towards aditi and preet.
Geet : aditi you look stunning yaar..
Varshika : you are looking like an angel .
Aditi : okay bus bus ,, I ll take this one .
Geet : why you don't like it ?
Aditi : I love it .
Geet (smiled ) : okay change fast . we ll go for other sections .
After aditi left to the room , preet thanked geet and varshika . They both teased him a lot and left towards the other sections .
Geet purchased some tops , handbags while varshika clicked on some salwars . preet was confused at which shirt he should choose while aditi silently watched him . she picked up the shirt other than the one he had in his hand and asked him to try . it was a formal shirt . he looked even more handsome in the attire. Geet and varshika silently giggled at their slowly growing love tree. It was past afternoon . they had their lunch in the near by restaurant and headed towards home . geet helped preet in packing while varshika with aditi .
At 6 pm ,
The four friends reached the airport . neither of them wanted to leave . they were so close from their childhood that even this mere separation was killing them . they double checked the documents they needed for the office .
Geet : hey call me as soon as you land .
Aditi : okay .
Varshika : where you guys have planned to stay ?
Aditi : I have booked a hotel room for a week. Within that I need to see for some apartment .
Preet : no need for that . you are going to stay with me .
Aditi : where?
Preet : we have a apartment in Mumbai . double bedroom . no need to worry .
Aditi : no its okay I ll manage .
Preet (little angry ) : from when onwards you started saying this ?
Geet : hey its safe if u stay with him .
aditi : But ..
Varshika : No but yet , you are staying there and its final .

The four friends hugged each other . geet and varshika bed good bye to them and headed towards each others home .
Geet laid on her bed thinking how her future gonna be ! many things happened in that month . she sent a silent prayer for the peaceful environment for the coming days in the office . while varshika in her room thought about the falling incident with dev . she blushed and slept with a smile .
Both had a peaceful sleep unware of what destiny had in store for them .
NEXT DAY
Maan as usual woke up early and got ready for his office . the day was routine except the fact that geet will be in office from today on . he started liking geet . he neither accepted it nor denied it . he liked the feeling . on the other hand , dev was also equally excited to go to office today . he wanted to be before his angel would arrive . dadi noticed the changes between her grand son . she understood that maan started to like geet but she dosent know why dev was so equally excited .she decided to work on her CID brain . she came up with a small plan of hers .
The two grand sons joined her in the dining table . maan started with reading papers while dev on some onsight calls . dadi observed these two and decided to execute her plan .
Dadi : maan beta ?
Maan : haan dadima .
Dadi : dev you too .
Dev (Just now finished his call ) : haan dadima .
Dadi : do you two have any important work today ?
Maan : haan dadi , today the new interns are joining . need to slot the work .
Dev : haan dadi . is there anything important ?
Dadi : I don't want you two to go office today .
Maan and dev : WHAT ??NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO'
Both were startled that they wont be able to see their respective angels today .
Dadi was also equally startled to expect the same reaction from both of her grand sons especially dev .

Maan : no dadima , I have a very important work today . there is a presentation today . so I need to be present personally . you can take dev if u want .
Dev was shocked and dosent know how to react for some time . he some how managed to find his voice : dadima I have an important onsight call today .i cant miss it . I need to be there in office today .
Dadi : if u two say like this , whom I ll ask ? okay you both can go . I ll manage . dadi expected both to stay after hearing her sympathy dialogue but maan and dev literally ran out of the house saying :sorry dadima .
Dadi was shocked beyond words . " so my dear grandsons, you two are upto something . I knew maan found geet . but what about dev ? Maan reached the office first and went towards his cabin. He was anxiously waiting for geet . he dosent know why but he was longing to see her by his side . geet was allotted the room adjusent to maan from where he couls her always . on the other hand dev wanted to buy something for varshika . he somehow came to know that she liked chocolates a lot . so he bought a big hersheve's bar. But did not have any idea of how he could give it to her.
Geet took blessings from her parents and started for the office . she picked varshika up on the way . both were kind of tensed as it was their first day . geet was really worried that she dosent have a good relation with her boss. She felt helpless but at the same time anxious to work with him . both reached the office at 8:45 . they saw pinky and adi waiting for them in the lobby .
Pinky : hey geet and varshika .
Geet : hi
Varshika : hi.
Adi : how you guys doing ?
Geet : I am really tensed yaar. I don't know what really maan sir is .
Pinky : what about you varshika ?
Varshika : I don't know yaar . dev sir seems to be nice but I have a doubt that he would change as a angry Dracula any time like his brother.
Just then dev entered and heard their conversation . he smiled to himself thinking about his description that varshika gave . he walked towards them pretended not to had heard anything . varshika was trembling with fear whether he heard what she said or not . fear was clearly visible in her face .
Dev : what happened to you varshika ? are you alright ?
Varshika : yea , am ok .
Dev : ok come to my cabin now . geet all the best .
Geet : thanks dev . I ll also leave to you khadoos bros cabin .

AT MAAN'S CABIN
Geet : sir , may I come in ?
Maan : yes come in
Geet : sir wo..
Maan : oh so madam , finally decided to come to my cabin .
Geet : ?
Maan : your cabin is next mine .
Geet : ok sir .
Maan : it's the first day , so am giving you the minimal work . get the chowdary's file and analyse their requirement . submit the report by 4 .
Geet : ok sir . may I ask one question ?
Maan : yea , go ahead .
Geet : are they the same people who deal with Handa industries ?
Maan : yes .
Geet : ok sir . I ll study and report it soon .
Maan : okay , you may leave now .
With that geet exited the cabin feeling a bit relieved . adi shows her the cabin . it was full of her taste . the colour she liked and the furnitures everything .. it was entirely different from that of maan's .
Geet : adi sir ?
Adi : haan geet.
Geet : my cabin is very beautiful . its exactly of my taste .
Adi : the room was renowed yesterday geet . maan sir wanted to change somethings so himself arranged it . its peculiar of him

Adi : ok geet . all the best . he expects the work to be done perfectly .

maan silently watched her from his cabin and smiled .

She was sought of tensed and worried . since it was her first day , she felt the need to know about her surroundings first . dev sought of understood her situation and started his conversation .
Dev : varshika , your cabin is next to mine .
Varshika : ok sir . with that she saw her room thorugh the glass window .
Dev : come lets go there .
Varshika : hmmm'
@ her cabin .
Dev : did you like the room?
Varshika : I love it dev sir .
Dev : hey no need to be formal here . call me dev .
Varshika : yes sir 'no sir ' sorry sir .
Dev (smiled seeing her tenseness ) : no need to get yaar.. feel free. Its necessary to work In this environment .
Varshika (with little hesitation ): ok dev .
Dev : since this is your first day , we don't gonna work .
Varshika : then what can we do ?
Dev : we better know about each other taste .
Varshika : am I searching for a bridegroom ?
Dev (laughed ): not really. It ll help you while drawing designs . you wont be worried if I would like or not . so its better to each other preferences .

Dev : okay lets start with me . you know I have a brother and a dadi . my parents dies a few years ago . I have finished my MBA and now currently here helping my bro . what about you ?
Varshika : am the only daughter to my parents . my dad owns the mehra group of industries .
Dev : hmmm..interesting . then you could have joined the internship there . why did you prefer here?
Varshika : if I were to join there , I would be treated as MD's daughter rather than a mere intern . I wanna complete my internship in a peaceful environment where people treat me for actually who I am not on the basis of my family .
Dev was impressed with her thoughts : am impressed varshika . am sure you ll experience the environment you ask for here .

Dev : okay what are your likes ?

He thanked god for providing him the situation to give her the chocolate .

Dev just jumping in excitement as a small child dance after getting icecream . he smiled and said : hmm.. just a guess .
AFTER SOME TIME IN GEET'S CABIN
Geet was sincerely studying the project details . she was too engrossed in her study . maan was passing by and he saw her too engrossed . he actually want to go to dev's cabin . least did he knew that his brother was chatting with his angel . he watched her making notes and highlighting the importane points . he smiled to himself and thought " well am surprised miss.geet handa . wow ! this chatter box can also do some work . lets see how your first assaignment is." With that he left to his cabin and started working on some blue prints . Later after some time , geet and varshika left for lunch with pinky and adi . they had a nice time and discussed how their boss were.
It was nearly 3 when maan came back from his meeting . he was really exhausted and asked the peon to bring a coffee for him . 10 mins passed . geet had finishes preparing the report . so she went towards maans cabin while accidentally he collided with the peon and coffee was spilled on the floor . the peon was trembling with the fear that if his boss sees this he would be thrown out of the job moreover he was waiting to get scolded by geet .
Peon : sorry mam . I dint notice you . its my fault . I ll clean it please don't say to sir . mam please .
Geet : hey hey hold on . its was not at all your fault . it was me who dint notice and dashed on to you . why are you asking sorry ?
Peon opened his mouth in surprise : wo wo ' mam please you go I ll clean it up soon .
Geet : okay , for whom you took coffee?
Peon : maan sir . he was so tired and called me up for coffee .
Geet : ok you clean this up soon . I ll make the coffee .
Peon : no mam its ok . I ll clean it up soon and bring him the coffee .
Geet : its okay baiya . I ll make it .. you ll be so eshausted with his meeting . moreover am his secretory , its my duty too .
Peon was overwhelmed when she addressed him as baiya : jee mam .
Geet : no need to call me mam . am very younger to you . call me geet .
Peon : jee wo wo '
Geet : ok you go baiya . sir ll be waiting .
With that she went to pantry first and made him a coffee .maan watched the whole scene from his cabin . he thought "wow god ! you are making her to offer her hand made coffee. must be my lucky day " she dosent know which flavor he would like . so she prepared black coffee with one cube sugar which she liked . geet made her way to his cabin .
Geet : excuse me sir .
Maan : yea come in .
Geet : sir your coffee .
Maan : I asked the peon to bring it . where is he ?
Geet : actually sorry sir , I actually colluded with him and the coffee was all over the floor . he is cleaning it up now . it wasn't his mistake . I dint notice him .
Maan : okay . what else ?
Geet : sir the report is finished .
Maan looked at the time .it was half an hour before the due . he took the file from her and went through . he was impressed with her work . she described even the difficult things in a much easier way so that even a non- business man could understand . geet was quite uneasy expecting his boss reaction .
Geet (self talk ) : oh my god ! it seems that he is checking thorough a magnifying glass . what if he finds some mistake and shout at me ? I double checked but I cant find anything . babaji madad karna pls '
Maan : hmmm..not bad miss handa . but you need to improve a lot .
Geet (self talk ) : dhust dhanav . cant he praise me little on my first day ?
Maan : hmmmm..ok ' now arrange the meeting the next 2 weeks and forward me once it is done .
Geet : ok sir .
Maan : ok .
With that geet left the cabin and started doing the work allotted .
Varshika on the other hand was also preparing the project report of some other company . she finished it and forwarded it to dev . he went through .
Dev : good work varshika .
Varshika : thnx dev .
Dev : ok let me know if u have any doubts .
Varshika : yea I do have some .
They had discussion till 7 . just then dev noticed the time and asked her to leave . geet also finished her work and forwarded the chart to maan who inturn asked her to leave as it was getting late . geet and varshika bed bye to their bosses made their way to down . geet dropped varshika home . having reached home at 8 , had her dinner and fell asleep on her bed tired with the days work .

Three weeks passes ,
As days passes by geet and varshika felt more comfortable with their bosses . geet was back to her herself.she argued with maan more than ever . maan had to eventually agree with her as he had no other choice or he need to face the silent treatment of his secretory . on the other hand dev and varshika had become more of a best friends . dev would join her whenever geet was out with maan for meetings . he made up a habit of gifting her favourite chocolates now and then .
It was one such day , geet had to leave with maan for a business lunch . so dev took varshika out for lunch . after ordering lunch in the restaurant ,
Dev : varshika , may I ask you something ?
Varshika : yea go ahead .
Dev : how did you , geet , aditi and preet became friends ?
Varshika : hmmmm'its been since out childhood . we met in out 1stgrade .
Dev : 1st grade ? how come you are in touch till now ?
Varshika : yea , it was a very funny incident and I remember it very well . we ll laugh like anything whenever we remember it .
Dev : am too waiting to hear the story .
Varshika :ok ..it was in our first day of our 1st . geet was in the first bench and me next to her . while aditi and preet at our back . geet brought sandwitch as lunch . preet snatched it from her and made her cry . myself and aditi being the super womans punched him .
Dev was laughing like anything : oh my god !! you punched him ?? seriously ' you are not any kind of superwoman '..
Varshika : you need to hear the remaining part also .
Dev (still laughing ): I ll die crying if I hear more ..
Varshika (smiling ): I can assure you . it ll not happen. The next day he bought sandwitch for all the four of us and asked sorry . from that day onwards we became friends and decided that we ll never ever separate . we made it a point that we study in the same class. Took the same group in 11thand joined the same college and same stream .
Dev : anyways you ll get separated after marriage na ?
Varshika : we have a plan for that also .
Dev : huh ..????
Varshika looked around her and said : promise you wont say this anyone . it's a big secret .
Dev : ok promise .
Varshika : if our parents wants to get myself and geet married we ll marry only brothers . we even decided how many childrens we ll have . myself and geet ll have a boy and a girl . while preet ll have twins 'a boy and a girl . how is it ?
Dev : seriously you are impossible .
Varshika : I know it . we ll get them married so that we aren't separated for ever .
Dev : what if your husbands dosent agree to it ?
Varshika : who gonna ask those idiots ?

Varshika : if they come in our way , they sure are .
Dev ( selftalk ) : dev , see how your fate had become ? god why me ? I should better behave with her properly or else my best married life would become a worse night mare . help me god .

Varshika :sir lunch came . lets have .
The waiter served it and left the place . they enjoyed their lunch but dev wasn't able to come out of the shock yet .
Dev : tell me this is a dream .
Varsihka : no its not .
Dev : how am I going to manage you in my future?
Varshika : what ? why should you ?
Dev :ummm..nothing I meant how your husband gonna tolerate you .
Varshika : that's his problem .
Dev : yea .
Dev paid the bill and left for office . he was in deep thought that how he gonna propose her and make her accept for marriage . he asked her to bar all the calls for one hour as wants sometime alone . he thought " oh my god ! what the hell ? if I want my marriage to happen , it means I have to patch up geet with maan . am gonna do more of a uncle's job than that of the partner of the company."
Geet was attending the meeting with maan . the meeting went smoothly and it was time for them to leave . they got the khanna's project and the clients were extremely happy with her presentation and so was maan .
Mr.Khanna : miss.geet am really impressed with your hardwork .
Geet : thank you sir . I must say all the thanks goes to maan sir . he guided me in every sir .
Mr. Khanna : wow Mr.khuranna , I must say you have a very beautiful and intelligent associate .
Maan : yea I agree . he looked at geet and they had a short eye lock .
Mr. khanna : ok Mr.Khuranna we ll be back with the further informations tomorrow . I ll introduce our C.E.O Mr. Rajesh then .
Maan : thank you Mr.Khanna .
Geet : thank you sir .
With that geet and maan left for office . geet started to develop feelings for each other but they something stopped them to accept it from inside . maan asked geet to make all the required arrangements for the next day's meeting . geet finishes all her work and left home with varshika .
Next day , everyone was busy in the office with their respective works . adi , varshika and geet was flying with the blue prints and the other documents while pinky assisting them . the meeting was scheduled at 5:30 evening . the day was extremely busy for both . geet was preparing the last minute changes while varshika drafted the necessary documents and mailing to her both bosses. Its time for the meeting .
Maan : welcome Mr.Khanna .
Mr.Khannna : hello Mr.khuranna . am very happy to see both of the brothers here .
Dev : hello Mr.Khanna .
Mr.Khanna : nice to meet you guys .
Maan : please take you seat .
Dev : this is varshika my secretory .
Varshika : hello sir .
Mr.khanna : hello . seems both the brothers got very smart associates .
Neither of them know how to respond . so they decided to keep quite .
Maan : geet ll give the presentation and you let us know if u wanna do some changes .
Mr.Khanna : ofcourse Mr.Khuranna my company C.E.O ll join us in some time .
The presentation went very well and the client was impressed all over again . just then his company C.E.O rajesh entered .
Mr.Khuranna : there you come rajesh .
Rajesh : sorry sir , the meeting got delayed .
Mr.Khuranna : its ok . meet miss geet and miss. Varshika maan and dev khuranna's secretorys .
Geet and varshika turned towards them and stood rooted . they gave him a most annoyed look which was evident to both maan and dev . rajesh stood there watching them with a smirk and forwarded his hand for a handshake . both did not want to shake their hand .so they refused by folding hands and said "namashkar". They both made excuse to bring some files and left the conference room . sensing the situation to be odd maan some how ended the meeting and send off the clients . by that it was nearly 7:30 . after sending off the clients maan was so angry that he would burst of any moment .
Maan : what the hell is wrong with those girls ?
Dev : am also quite shocked bro . I have never seen them behave so .
Maan : ok lets see what they were upto .
Dev :yes bro .
Both the brothers made their way to their cabin and stopped on their way when they both girls busy cursing rajesh
Geet : stupid , idiot ,fool . I never thought I would meet him here .
Varshika : why cant some lightening struck his head ?
Dev was about to laugh when he saw his brother giving him a stern look . both understood there something between them and rajesh and they decided to fing out .
Geet : kutthe , kaminey I pray the corporation should not close the drainage on the road and he should fall in that .
Varshika : I wish you should be left along with a gourilla .
Hearing this the two brothers burst out into laughing . they were not able to control their laugher . geet and varshika stood their shocked . they did not know what to do . it took 10mins for the two brothers to stop their laughing while the geet and varshika stood admiring them . maan for the first time had laughed so happily in his life time that he completely forgot about his surroundings . somehow maan and dev composed them selves and started their conversation .
Maan : who is this rajesh ?
Dev : how did you guys know him ?
Geet : wo wo '
Varshika : ummm' oh
Maan : come on , give me the answer .
Geet and varshika signaled something within themselves and counted 1,2,3 and started running towards the exit with their handbags . luckily there was no one in the office except them . maan and dev dint know whats happening there but they understood one thing they are cheated.
maan : why are they running like this ?
dev : i have no idea ... these girls will drive us nuts .
maan :i never leave them now . they owe me an explanation .
Maan started running behind geet . dev did not what to do so he also ran behind varshika. The two girls ran in the speed of lightening . they took the steps while maan and dev were on lift . geet and varshika reached the ground floor at the same time as maan and dev . they began chasing one another like small school childrens . geet quickly hid behind a car while varshika underneath the steps . which did not go unnoticed by either of them . maan quietly went behind geet and tapped her shoulder .
Geet : shhhh'chup varshika
Again maan tapped her shoulder .
Geet : are yaar am saying na otherwise that dhust dhanav ll notice . I don't know what he ll do if he catches me.
Maan got angry on geet for calling him with names but got an idea and smirked . he swiftly lifted her .
Geet was shocked and was about to shout . Maan quickly gave a deathly glare which made her shut up instantly. he took her to his cabin . on the other hand , dev too located varshika who was hiding under the steps . he went near her
Dev : are you waiting for some one ?
varshika : yea , am waiting for that idiot to leave the place .
Dev (shocked ) : which idiot ?
Varshika (Still dint look at his face ) : who else my boss . he is chasing me . thank god he dint see me yet .
Dev : don't thank god so soon because he saw you now and also heard you scolding him .
Varshika : ooh who ar'? With that she turned and faced him . the only which came out from her mouth is "aawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww'."
He immediately shut her mouth with his hand .
Dev : shut up .
Varshika :mmmm '. Mmmmm'mmmmmm ..
Dev : what ?
Varshika : mmm'mmm..mmm..trying to take his hand .
Dev understood what she meant . he dragged her to office .
at office ,
maan : why you guys are running as if u had seen a ghost ?
geet : actually he was our friend's friend .
varshika : it was a birthday party and we met him .
dev : for that you are running ?
geet : no actually , we mistook him to be a thief and poured paint on him and locked him in a room .
varshika : when we informed the people below , they said he is not a theif but indeed the birthday boy .
geet : on that day he told when we meet the next time , he would make it memorable like we did for him .
varshika : but we did not meet him after that . but when we met him today , he thought he ll do something and thats why we dint shake hands with him .
maan : what exactly is the reason to run a marathon and that too round the office ?
geet : i thought he would have told something to you . moreover we saw both of you in the pantry , so i guessed you ll pour something .
varshika : thats the reason .
dev : may be he is not doing anything . but i gonna do something for making me run behind you .

dev : no more interuptions , you two made us run and we are hungry , so make us something now .

after some time , geet and varshika served them noodles and chit chatted for sometime talking and laughing . and finally left home ..

Its been three and half weeks since aditi and preet reached Mumbai . they were well settled in the new office and the environment . aditi too kind of started liking preet. Preet took extra care of her since they are staying together. Preet and aditi both leave for office together and reach home together , they kind of having a good understanding among them . it was aditi's birthday. The four friends wanted to spend some time together . but their hectic schedule did not permit them to take leave . so preet , geet and varshika came up with a plan . it was decided that preet will plan a surprise party for aditi and propose her. Geet and varshika reached office and called her to wish .
Geet sat in her cabin and made a conference call to varshika and aditi.
Geet : hi aditi . happy birthday .
Varshika : happy birthday aditi .
Aditi ( was in tears ) : thnk you guys . I miss you badly .
Geet :I miss you so much .
Varshika : we had never been separated so far . I don't know how I gonna spend time without you . when are you coming ?
Maan and dev reached their secretaries cabin @ the same time and were shocked to hear that they were missing someone other than them .
Maan (selftalk ) : miss you ? whom does she missing ? does she have some one else in her life ? but she had never mentioned about him ? I need to find this out .
Dev ( selftalk ) : whom this might be ? had she found her idiot ? but I love her . what can I do now ? I better ask her .
Geet (aditi ) : okay take care .
Varshika : miss you . take care sweetie .
Dev (self talk ) : sweetie ? had she called me so one day ? by the way how will she call when she is not mine ?
Geet saw maan standing near the door . he looked lost .
Geet : ummmm'' sirrr?
There was no response from maan .
Geet : ssssiiiirrrrr'..?????
He came out of the trance and looked at her blankly .
Geet : sir , what happened ? do you need something ?
Maan : nothing . I came to get the blue prints of khannas project .
Geet : here it is sir .
Maan : ok..
Geet : can I ask you something ?
Maan : yea ..
Geet : sir I need two hour permission today .
Maan : what far ?
Geet : wo wo 'actually I need to attend my frnds birthday ..so (bit hesitantly ).
Maan ( half heartedly ) : okay ..
Geet was very happy: thank you so much sir . you made my day , I thought you wont grant it .. but you are so sweet .
With that she left the cabin and marched towards varshika's cabin , maan gave a sad smile and went to his cabin .

Varshika : dev , can I take two hours permission please ?
Dev : may I know the reason ?
Varshika : I need to attend my dearest birthday party .
dev noded and varshika jumped in joy . just then geet entered the cabin .
geet : sorry I ll come afterwards . it seems you guys are busy .
dev : no geet you carry on . I was anyways leaving .

after dev left , the two friends screamed on joy . thank god ..the cabin was sound proff or the people ear would have been bursted .

their joy knew no bounds . they never missed each others birthday since they had become friends. They decided to go fot shopping at 4 and buy gifts . they booked flight tickets to mumbai on the way . the return tickets were books in the midnight time . how could they miss their friend who gonna be proposed in few hours time ?

Geet and varshika rushed out of their cabins with a smile plastered on their faces . maan and dev sat there like devdas and decided to leave the office missing their mishti's presence . geet and varshika reached the mall and purchased some gifts for aditi and preet and made their way to the airport .

AT MUMBAI
Preet was so tensed and worried about aditi's response. He planned a surprise party for her with all her favourites . preet took leave for the day and only aditi attended the office . he was busy with the preparations . aditi missed hime badly . she tried calling him but he did not pick up . it was then she realized that her feelings for him was something beyond friendship . she thought about it for a while and was confused . so she left home . on reaching home , she found a gift wrapped box on her bed with a note on it , she took the note . it read ,

She unwrapped it and found a sleeveless white top . it was beautiful and she loved it . she refreshed herself and wore the dress . she found another note in the table .

Aditi was so thrilled , it was so much unlike preet being so romantic .for a second she thought someone was playing with her, but she decided to go with it .
AT KHURANNA MANSION IN DELHI .
Dadima was surprises and shocked to see both of her grandsons arriving so early to home . for a secong she thougth they might have come to get ready for attending some business party's . but they looked so pale . so she decided to ask them directly .
Dadi : are maan , dev you two so early ?
Maan : dadi am so tired . don't disturb me for dinner.
Dev : me too dadi .
With that they dosent give her a chance to speak more. They left to their rooms thinking about their love.
Dadi : what happened to these two ? behaving so weird !
Her CID brain started working and she decided to call adi to know more.
Dadi : hello adi .
Adi : jjjjeee..dadima . aap kaise hai ?
Dadi : am fine beta .
Adi : kuch kaam tha dadima ?
Dadi : haan adi . how is office going ? is geet coping up with her work ?
Adi : yes dadi . the office had completely changed after geet and varshika entered . maan and dev sir , dosent shout at us often . infact he is explaining the situation dadima.
Dadi : wow !! that's a drastic change adi . by the way who is varshika ?
Adi : she is dev sir's secretory dadima .

He laid down in his bed and staired at the cealing . he remembered the time he spent with her. His life treasure .he wants his treasure to last forever . he loved geet , he realized that he cant live without her . but what about her? Is she in love with someone else ? or am I wrong in judging her before expressing my self? I need to find this out . I should let my thoughts free ..

Dev was in deep thought . he encountered the moments he saw that day "take care sweetie" whom does she called sweetie ? may be a friend ? I cant imagine my life without her .i need to win her back . she does not know anything about my feelings . I must let her know . oh my god !! why are forcing me to such situations ? I had never been after a girl like this before . may be its time to change myself .
Dadi carefully watched her grandsons who are in ready to turn devdas stage . she decided to have a talk with geet's mom next morning .
Geet and varshika reached Mumbai airport on time . they got a cab and reached the venue that preet had told them .the place was beautifully decorated . they met with preet and had a chat till aditi arrived . they decided to give her even more surprise . so they hide behind the curtains .as soon as aditi reached the middle of the hall , soft music began to play and lights were lit on slowly one by one . she stood dumbstuck with the arrangements . preet walked towards aditi , he was blown down totally by her beauty . he bend down on his knees and said
" aditi , this whole universe beauty is nothing infront you . you look like an angel from the heaven . I want to spend the rest of my life with you . so will you marry me ?
Aditi was totally shocked but at the same time very happy . he could not say anything . she stood silently for some time . she walked towards preet and hugged him tightly and blured out a "yes". Preet was in cloud nine . he was so happy . he totally forgot that two other persons are standing behind them .
Geet and varshika made their way towards aditi and hugged her . aditi was so surprised and had tears in her eyes .
Aditi : am so happy .. how come you guys are here? You dint say me before?
Varshika : if we say it before, then whats the points of surprise ?
Geet : am so happy that you accepted preet .
Aditi blushed and shied . geet and varshika gave their gifts . they had dinner together and talked for some time . they need to leave early since they had their office the next day ' the two friends bid good bye to aditi and preet and left for the airport while the two love birds started romancing .
It was beautiful day . geet and varshika had returned home and was ready to leave for the office . at the same time dadi was thinking of a plan to meet geet's mom and varshika mom that day . so she called rano and informed of her visit . she also asked her to invite varhsika's mom .rano was confused but agreed .
on the other hand , dadima reached handa's residence . rano welcomed her . Rano introduced suchitra to dadi . rano , dadi and suchitra , varshika's mom started chit chatting .
Dadi: she is working as my grandson's secretory .
Rano : ma ,, what is the matter ? anything serious ?
dadi : well i think , can we change our friendship to relationship ?
Dadi : well my grandsons were so far lived with work for a while and i think its time for them to experience some happiness in their life . i can see them changed only after geet and varshika entered their life's . i want this to last forever beta .
Rano : per ma , she haven't even completed her studies yet .
Suchitra : they are still kids, they don't even know how to speak to others . how can they manage this big responsibility ?
Dadi : don't worry . am with them always . i ll look after then like my own daughters . they have the ability to melt those metal hearted guys . this means they can do anything .
Rano : ma wo wo ...
Dadi : no need of any urgency beta . i ll wait . you consult your family and reply me .
Suchitra : Teek hai ma .
Dadima bed them good bye and left home hoping for a positive reply sooner .
AT KHURANNA CONSTRUCTIONS
the meeting was about to start . everyone was present in the conference room .. geet and varshika were arranging the files .. varshika was about to give the presentation and just then rajesh joined them . varshika gave an annoying look which only geet , maan and dev understood . geet signaled her not to do somthing stupid ...varshika noded and started her presentation .geet took the charge during her part of presentation .. rajesh looked at them with wonderment and thought " wow !! these two devils are not bad .. presentation is wonderful but how can forget the incident . they spoiled my beutiful dress and that too on my birthday .. till now i dint take revenge . but today i came out with a plan ".
Mr. khanna : wow the presentation is awsome Mr. Khuranna . i must say you have got wonderful staffs .
maan : thank you Mr. Khanna
Maan : ofcourse rajesh .
Rajesh : Ms . Geet and Varshika you too should be there and that too in pairs . its our theme this time .
four if them dosent know what to say .
maan thought " pairs ? what stupid idea is this ? business party and he expect to come in pair ?
dev thinks " wow !! this is the wonderful time .. but how can i ask varshika ?
geet " pair ? how am i supposed to search a pair if he says before 4 hours ? definetely he is planning up something ."
rajesh gave geet and varshika "now what you gonna do" look and with that all of them left the room and made their way outside . he turned to geet " well Ms . Geet dont worry , am there to give you company in party. i too havent got any pair ."
maan who was following geet felt like throwing him out from the terrace the very moment . geet who dont want to accompany rajesh suddenly said " dont worry Mr.Rajesh i am already booked ."
maan and rajesh gave her a confused look . geet continued " why should i worry if maan sir is with me ? hena maan sir ?"
maan noded and felt so happy . his one problem is solved . rajesh turned towards varshika while she clinged on to dev and said " dev you ll be with me na ?" dev noded with smile written all over his face .
rajesh was so dissapointed that his plan was a utter flop . he then decided to make up some plan in the party . with that he left with Mr. Khanna .
PART -13
Its evening . the party was about to begin . maan came a bit early and was talking to Mr.Khanna . dev and varshika could not attend the party as they had to leave for London for a meeting with the board of directors at the last moment . so it was decided that only maan and geet will attend the meeting. Here maan was waiting for geet .he called her a couple of times and she stated that she would be there soon as she was stuck in the traffic . maan had some talk with the other business men . suddenly he felt her presense around him . he turned towards the entrance . there he saw her with some coupe of other business mans wife . she looked really beautiful . she made her way towards him . he was totally off. he just stared at her . Mr.Khanna saw this and smiled to himself and thought " oh Mr.Khuranna !! it seems your love story had been started but there Is no director to lead to a right path ' don't worry I ll direct it from here"
Geet came near maan . he just stared at her . dint speak a word . geet was confused with his reaction .
Geet : sir ???
Maan came out of the trance and asked " when did you come ?"
Geet : sorry sir , I was stuck in traffic and here Mr.Khanna's wife caught hold of me . I could not move from there ."
Maan : its ok . Mr.Khanna was looking for you . let proceed .
Geet : oh yea .
Maan and geet met with Mr.Khanna . he introduced geet to other businessmen . couple of young business men stared at geet . she looked so beautiful that no one could remover their gaze .
Geet just wandered and had a talk with some ladies . her eyes just gazed at maan . "he looked so handsome" sht thought . she started remembering her first meeting with him . her fight , the pooja and office meetings . she smiled . Mrs. Khanna noticed this and pointed to Mr.Khanna . both smiled at them and made a note to bring them together .
Mrs.Khanna : so geet , how is life going ?
Geet : wonderful mam .
Mrs.Khanna : how is office ? I head that MSK is so rude and arrogant . he never respects his staffs '.
Geet felt like kicking her out . but she had to remain calm for maan's sake " no mam . you had mistaken . he is so good to staffs . he never yells at anyone and infact help others when they are in problem . he is so understanding . some people who never have useful jobs spread romours like this ."
Mrs .Khanna smiled at seeing her possessiveness over maan . now she was confirmed that geet was in love with maan but haven't confessed it . on the other hand , Mr.Khanna came out with a plan .
Mr.Khanna : Mr. Khuranna , what do you think of geet ?
Maan : huh ?
Mr.Khanna : I mean is she able to cope up with your office work ? behaving and all ?
Maan thought why is he asking so : not at all Mr. Khanna . she is really good at work and has her limits with others . may I know why you are enquiring about my staff ?
Mr.Khanna : nothing Mr.Khuranna , I am seeking some alliance for my brothers son . so I thought of geet . she is so perfect .
Maan was shocked : WHAT ?????? ummm.. oh ' I think geet has a boyfriend .
Mr.Khanna some how controlled his laugher seeing maan's reaction . he thought he would confess his feeling for her but never expected this answer : well then I ll ask her itself then .
Maan stood there speechless . he thought " is this a business party or what ? is he turning this into a swayamvara ? how dare he think of my geet with someone .. oh my god !! I need to talk to her now ."
Just then the dance floor was open and rajesh came out with an announcement . " hello ladies and gentlemen !! I am very glad to announce you all that this project is a grand success . all the thanks goes to our company chairman Mr .Khanna and Mr.Khuranna and his secretory Miss. Geet . come on lets celebrate this grand success ." he glared at geet with a evil smile and continues " It would be nice to start with geet" . geet was so shocked . she dosent know what to do . she searched for maan but could not find him . on the other hand maan searched her . mean while rajesh came to geet and extended his hand " may I ?" she very well knew he ll do something to embrass her . just then maan got on to the situation . he saw geet and rajesh on the dance floor . he could guess that they were there for may be a minute .he could clearly some uncomfortness and tension on geet's face . he walked towards rajesh and turned " may I cut in ?". rajesh thought for a minute and said "sure".
After rajesh left , geet let out a sign of relief . she said " where were you maan ? I searched you ? I was so tensed ."
Maan was surprised that she dint call him sir this time . may be she could have forgotten in this tension . he felt really nice to hear his name from her .he looked into her eyes and said " I was just here . but you dint notice me."
Both looked on to each other eyes for a long time . the song changed on to some romantic numbers . they were lost in each other . he could see the love in her eyes . she too was able to see some sort caring and love in his eyes . they did not care about the surroundings . the lights were dim . Mr and Mrs . Khanna watched the love birds . they were perfect for each other . on the other hand rajesh sulked that he could not take his revenge .
Maan and geet were so lost in each other . maan whispered in geet ear
Maan : geet do you know what Mr.Khanna asked me ?
Geet : how will I know unless you tell me ?
Maan : he is seeking your hand for his brother's son .
Geet (smiled ) : well am already booked .
Maan loosened his hold a bit in her waist : well who is that guy ?
Geet got an idea and whispered in his ear : what ll I do if I the guy himself is asking the question ?
Maan was so happy with her response : well does that mean that I got the license ?
Geet : well I do think so '
Maan : I love you geet .
Geet blushed and hid her face in his chest and blured " I love you too maan".Geet was on cloud nine . she was so happy that he too loved him .. she could not describe her happiness at all ..maan on the other hand was very very happy that she accepted her feelings ..he promised himself that he ll make her happy always
They were brought out from their dream land when they heard the others clapping their hands . that is when they realized that they were only couple who were dancing in the floor . geet blushed and maan pulled her closer . Mr & Mrs .Khanna came towards them and wished
Mr.Khanna : wow !! I must say the dance was so awesome Mr.Khuranna .
Mrs.Khanna : you two look perfect . my hearty wishes .
Geet : thank you Mrs. Khanna .
With that they left the party and came outside . geet was about to call her driver but maan stopped her .
Maan : I ll drop you home .
Geet : its okay maan . I ll call the driver .
Maan : geeettt..
Geet : ok don't shout . I ll come .
Maan gave a naughty smile and with that they got on to the car . maan dropped her home and left for the mansion .
That night both could not sleep . they thought how they became so close with in a short period of time . maan turned around restlessly while geet staring at the stars . he could not take any further and called her .
Geets phone rang . she wondered who on the earth ll call her this time .
Geet picked up the cell and saw maans name . she felt shy , nervous and what not ?? she answered the call but did not talk anything neither did maan ..they could hear each other's breath . that was enough for them to calm down . both slept hearing the other's musical breath ..
PART-14
The morning drove away the darkness not only over the places but also in maan's heart.. he felt light . he wanted happiness which was readily given by geet . geet on the other hand felt everything to be a dream . she wondered whether such things happened really or its all her dream ?? her dream was interrupted by a phone call .
It was 8 am . maan got ready . he felt impatient to hear her voice . so he decided to call her . geet attended the call .
Maan : what are you doing darling ?
Geet in a sleepy voice : calling at this time . what will I do ? sleeping ..
Maan : oh oh what do you think the time is ?
Geet : may be around 6 ..
Maan : for your kind information its 8 .
Geet got up startled : WHAT ?????
Before maan could say anything rano entered her room to wake her up .
Rano : its getting late geet ..you dint go to office today ?? what happened ?
Geet : nahi mom . it's the stupid party . I had to sleep late and ..
Maan (in phone ): geet how dare you call the party stupid ???
Geet : shut up.
Rano who dint know that she talking in phone was shocked : geet are you asking me to shut up ?? I just said its getting late .
Geet startled and said : no mom I dint ask you to shut up . I was talking over phone .
Maan on the line giggled seeing geet's plight .
Rano : with whom ?
Geet : wo wo ..maanita ma .. she is my college friend..
Maan (in phone ): what ?? maanita ?? she ??
Rano : but you have never mentioned her name before.
Geet : she is my junior .
Maan (in phone ): geet this is not right . you have changed the name of MSK 'Maan singh khuranna .
Geet : umm..i know ..
Rano : geet if u don't like the party then why did you go ?
Geet : I wont go here after mom.
Maan (in phone ) : if you don't come, here after then for sure I ll take some other girls with me .. ummm ..let me think.. what about rita ??
Saying this he smiled and came down the stairs .he sat in the chair and asked nakul to bring his coffee . dadima watched smiling and talking to someone ' she could guess it was none other then geet . she silently watched him .
Geet could not scold him since her mom was with her : oh no sweety , if you do so , then I will turn your head side wards and chip off your nails .
On hearing this , maan who was drinking coffee till then , spat out .
Maan : WHAT ??
Geet (on phone ) : oh yea sweety !!! I am sure you wont do this here after .
Maan completely lost and dint care that dadi was sitting beside him : well geet , if you can turn my head and chip of my nails , then I can fire you if u are not in the office within 30 mins .
Geet :what ?? maan are you mad ? how can I get ready in 30 mins ?
Maan : that's your problem . get ready to face your boss there.
Geet took her dress and ran to the washroom . rano watched her like " what happened to her ? I cant understand this girl at all"
On the other as maan left for office , dadi broke out into laugher. She definitely never in her dreams thought geet would have said so '. She could not get her grand son's expression off her mind ..she felt so happy that she choose the right girl ..
AT LONDON AIRPORT
Dev and varshika were waiting in the airport . the trip made her realize her feeling to some extent . she felt something for dev . she could not explain it . on the other hand dev did not know how to express his feeling to her . he felt so suffocated . so he excused himself for getting a coffee and he left for some stalls .
It was nearly 20 mins and dev did not return . varshika's was kind of tensed as to where he might have gone . suddenly she heard a loud bang somewhere in the airport. People started shouting and running here and there . she saw some of the police man running towards some shop . she did not know what to do . she tried calling dev but it wasn't reachable . she went to search for him . on the other hand , dev who was buying some things heard a some loud sounds . he turned and saw towards it . he could only see full of smoke and one or two lying in a pool of blood . he could not think for a second . thank god nothing happened to him . he tried reaching varshika but people started running and he could not do anything . he went towards police and asked "sir , what happened ?"
Police : there is a bomb blast .
Dev : sir , is there any life damages ?
Police : yea , a girl may be 20-22 yrs is dead ..she seemed to have come with some friend or so ..
Dev : what ?? he started thinking about varshika .. the whole world shattered infront of him .. he could never imagine his life without her. He thought to himself "no!! it cant be her..he can never leave me"
Varshika was searching for dev and she finally found him . she saw him in tears . she ran towards him and hugged him tight and cried . dev stood there numb. He saw her . his happiness knew no bounds. He hugged her .
Varshika : where did you go ? I was so worried .
Dev : don't say anything .. I would have never forgiven myself if anything happens to you ..
Varshika : I felt I was dead .. please don't leave me and go .
Dev : I ll never leave you in my entire life .. my life nothing without you .
Varshika release herself and looked at him . he saw her and said
Dev : yes , varshika . the moment I heard if this incident , the thought of loosing you killed me . I don't know whether its right or wrong but the truth is I cant live without you . I want you in my life .I Dont know whether i would get a chance to express myself or not varshika . all i wanne say is I need you to share my happiness and sorrow .I love you . ll you mine forever ?
Varshika did not know what to say or do .. she simply stared at him . her eyes were filled with tears . she hugged him and cried . after some time she whispered " I love you".
That's it dev's happiness knew no bounds. He picked her up and twirled her in the air 'everyone around saw them .varshika blushed . he did not bother anything . when the flight announcement came , they picked up their luggage and boarded the flight .
AT DELHI
Geet reached the office @ 9:29. 1 min before the said time . she rushed towards maan's cabin . she was filled with anger and ready to explode any time . she knocked the door and went inside . maan gave her smuggy smile and continued looking at the file .
Geet was so irritated and she decided to irritate him : SIR,,
Maan was surprised when she addressed him as sir . he looked at blankly
Geet : sorry SIR . I got late because I got home late due to yesterday's party . so slept late and also my workaholic lover had to call me in the morning and keep talking nonsense and '..
He kept the file on the table and moved towards her . geet who was talking non-stop just then saw him and kind of tensed and moved backwards .
Geet : sir , what are you doing ? this is office .
Maan : I know geet but it seems that my lover wants some dosage to shut her mouth .
Geet : dosage ??
Maan : oh yea .
He pinned her on either side of wall . she could not move . both were lost in each other eyes . he moved closer and she closed her eyes . suddenly there was hussel and bussel in the office . everyone moved towards the reception . maan and geet saw these and went outside .
Maan : whats going on here? Is this office or what ? where is adi ?
Adi came out from the crowds and faced him .
Adi : sir , there is a bomblast in London airport.
Maan : so what ? it dosent mean that you guys have to leave your work and chat among yourselves .
Geet : maan ?? varshika and dev ?? she got tensed and clutched on to his arms .
Adi : yes sir they are supposed to be in the airport at that time .
Maan : what ?? he immediately tried calling dev's mobile while geet with varshika ..but both of their mobiles were switched off .
Geet started to panic and wondered back and forth .maan called adi and asked him enquire with the airport officials .
Maan : adi , don't say anything to dadi now . nothing might have happened . you confirm with the London authourities .
Maan thought " no dev ! nothing ll happen to you . I feel like you are safe now. Please call me now."
Geet on the other hand was equally tensed . it was nearly four hours since the incident ..adi ran towards maan and geet said " sir ! they are safe . they have boarded the flight .the flight ll land in some half and hour sir ."
Geets was very happy and said " maan , am going to airport " with that she ran towards the exit without giving him chance to speak . maan told adi that he would also leave for airport and walked fast towards the exit . when he reached the door and looked back . finding no one there he ran towards geet and his car . she knew that definitely he would come behind and thus waiting for him in the lot .
Geet was waiting for him in the parking lot. Maan came down in few minutes and asked his driver to come straight to airport while he is going with geet . geet was ready and stopped the car infront of him and maan got in to it .. geet started speeding up .
Maan : geet slow down ..
Geet : shut up maan . you know how tensed I was when I heard the news ?
Maan : hey I understand but they are safe now and flight is about to land . don't worry .
Geet slowed down a bit : maan I have to say something .
Maan : hmm..
Geet : myself , varshika ,aditi and preet made a promise .
Maan : what promise ?
Geet : that myself and varshika ll marry only brothers.
Maan absent mindedly : ok ..
After few seconds realization dawned upon him and shouted : WHAT ?? WHAT STUPID PROMISE IS THAT ?
Geet : maan don't call our promise stupid , we made it in our schooling .
Maan : hey what am I supposed to do now ah ? patch her up with dev ?
Geet : that's your problem .
Maan : why are you so so complicated ?
Geet : you better do something .
With that they reached airport and were waiting for them near the lounge . varshika and dev who did not expect the other two in the airport came outside hand in hand . they were busy in romance that they dint noticed the other two standing near them .
Geet looked at both with her eyes wide and mouth open .. maan was also equally confused . he whispered to geet " it seems they are super fast than us."
Geet unable to take it any longer nearly pounced on varshika : you idiot , fool , goose what the hell are you doing with your phone ? both friends hugged each other and silence engulfed .
After few minutes varshika broke the silence : am sorry geet , I tried calling you after the incident but the network was busy .
Geet : ok you are fine na ?
Varshika : yea , am alright .
Maan : dev are you alright ?
Dev looking at varshika : yea ..
Geet : maan , if you don't mind can I take the day off ?
Maan : hmmm.. take care you both . see you in office tomorrow .
Dev : yes you too varshika . bye
Geet and varshika bed bye to the brothers and made their way home . they reached varshika home .
Suchitra : varshika , tum teek tho ho na ? (guys my hindi sucks , so please bear even if its for few words ).
Varshika : haan mom !! am perfectly fine .
Suchitra : ok you go to your room and freshen up . you too geet . I ll be there soon .
Geet : yea mom .

Geet : you don't know how worried I was .
Varshika : are don't worry yaar, am fine na !!
Geet : hmm'I saw something in the airport , wats it ?
Varshika : what did you see ?
Geet : you with dev ??
Varshika on hearing dev's name blushed and remembered the airport scenes . she went to her dream land . on not getting any reply from her geet shook her from her thoughts .
Geet giving a teasing smile : something fishy going on !!
Varshikas : oh ..ummm'
Geet put a hand on her shoulder : are !! what happened to my varshika ??
Varshika : hey I need to say you something .
Geet : ummm..am listening
Varshika : actually 'actually '
Geet : are yaar jump of that word and proceed
Varshika took a deep breath and continued : woh !! dev proposed me in the London airport ..she closed her eyes fearing geet's reaction .
Geet was like on cloud nine and thought " oh my god !! you are so sweet !! you made my day , I was worried for our promise . now I have no problem . I have to say this to maan."
Varshika continued feeling guilty : but look we made a promise right ? I cant breach that '. So I think of talking to him ..
Geet : hey nothing like that gonna happen ' am very happy for you and dev ..
Varshika : but geet
Geet : no buts and yets ..now tell me how did he propose you ?
Varshika hesitated for a minute and eventually gave in and told her the whole story ..geet kind of felt sad that maan dint propose her yet . it was she who first opened up and he merely accepeted and nothing more than that . she wondered whether her dhusht dhanav ll ever be opening up his heart. Least did she knew that a big surprise is awaiting for her . she was about tell her and maan's relation but Her thoughts were interrupted by a phone call.
geet attended the call and said to varshika that she need to leave then and would call her soon . with that she left for her home feeling somewhere sad .
PART-16
Geet reached her home and saw her mom and dad in the living room . she was surprised to see her dad so early . normally he would be reaching home around midnight . but today it sounds so unusual and the look they had on their faces too was so unusual . they kind of tensed and worried . she made their way towards them . Mr.Handa and rano saw her and exchanged glances .
Geet : hi mom , hi dad .
Mr.Handa : hello beta .
Geet : how come you are so early ?
Mr.Handa : nothing big beta , just tired that why .
Geet (worries ): are you alright ?
Mr.Handa : am perfectly alright beta , just some tiredness .
Geet : mom ?? why did you asked me to come home soon ? anything serious ?
Rano : nothing important geet , just felt like seeing you now . I thought it would be great to spend time together when your dad is at home soon .
Geet : okay , but are you sure that you aren't hiding anything from me ?
Rano : what is there to hide from you ? ok you go and freshen up . I ll get something for you .
Geet : ok mom .
With that geet left the living room and made way to her room . she sensed something fishy but ignored it . Mr.Handa and rano exchanged glances and let out a sigh relief . soon as she entered the room ,
Mr.Handa : now the game starts 1,2,3,4,5,
Suddenly they heard geet scream . Mr.Handa and rano laughed their head out when they heard her scream .
Geet entered her room . it was unusually dark . usually her mom would switch on the side light for her all the time .
Geet : may be she might have forgotten it .
As soon as she entered , she heard someone calling her name .
Person : GEET..
Geet (scared ): who is this ??
Person took his mobile and played a ringtone . it's the evil laugh which is similar to the devil laughs in movies . that's it geet lost and started shouting " mama mama bhoot !! bhoot !! awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww''"
She took the stick near by and closed her eyes . when she felt that someone is near her , she started beating wildly without opening her eyes . the person was startled and tried calling her . everytime he opens his mouth , beatings would fall on his face '..
Mr.Handa and rano rolled on to laugher as it had become a big entertainment for them . the person finally yelled " hey drumstick stop beating me !! open your bloody eyes you idiot."
Hearing the word "drumstick" geet paused the stick in mid air . no one had ever got the nerve to call her with that name except one . its her brij bhaiyya . brij thought finally his pyari behen had got the news . he let out a sign of relief .
Geet was so happy and she ran and hugged him . the family were so happy to have him back after two years long time . he was quite busy with his business that he hardly got time to visit her pyari cousin .
Geet : bhaiya !! am so happy .
Brij : but am not , I came after two years and you bet me with a stick .
Geet : its your fault bhaiya . why did you frighten me ?
Brij : hmm..whats the thrill then ?
Just then Mr.Handa and Rano joined the scene . they had a hearty laugh after a long time . it was the time for dinner . everyone sat for the dinner .they had a nice chat . they talked foe sometime and left for bed as it was a tiring day for all of them especially for brij as he got a hell out of beating from her .
On the other hand maan was in his room thinking about the day's happenings . he remembered the conversation he had with dev in the evening .
FLASHBACK
Maan was on a important call at that time . he saw dev sitting on the terrace with a smile plastered on his face . he had seen him smiling a several times but it was so different . he could see the twinkling in his eyes . he was so tempted to ask the reason behind . he made his way towards him and tapped his shoulder .
Maan : dev ??
Dev came our of his dream land and faced maan : yes bro .
Maan : you seem to be happy today . whats the reason ?
Dev : wo bro , actually 'wo ..
Maan : its okay if you don't want to say . with that he turned to leave .

I felt it was varshika and it was the minute I realized that I should have made her aware of my feelings . yes bro ! Next day
Maan woke up from his dreamland . he came up with the ways to impress geet . "time for action maan" he said to himself . he got up and took shower . he left to office making some phone calls .
Geet on the other hand was very eager to introduce brij to maan . she then thought "may be later" and left for office ..
In office
it was nearly 9 am and everyone started to reach office . adi was busy with the files for that days presentation . suddenly a girl with short mini skirt entered the office giving the deadly glares to everyone . she walked towards adi and gave him a glare .

adi : its almost time . he ll be here soon . by the way how was your London trip ?
sasha : fine like always . have you prepared the contract papers ? clients ll be here soon .

with that she stormed off to her cabin . with in seconds every one heared a loud scream ..

Adi went in and saw the most wonderful place .. the cabin was filled with roses . he stood silently wondering what his maan sir is upto .

Adi who was just now silently listening to the conversation could not take further and led out his famous stylish laugher . sasha stormed off the cabin with "wait and watch"look ..adi too excused himself and left the room .
Just then geet noticed the room full of roses . she wondered who might have sent this . she wondered around and saw a note light on one basket . it read

Geet could not believe what she saw . the first thing that came to her mind was "maan and surprise ??" she tried calling maan but he dint pick it up . he was busy in a meeting . he just saw the caller id and smiled . geet wondered back and forth not getting why exactly he isn't picking it up . she then started doing her work .
It was past noon but still he dint show up . just then peon came inside and handed over a parcel to her . she wondered what it might be and opened it . there came another surprise . it was a beautiful white saree . with a mild silver workings . she fell in love with it on the spot . she saw a note with it .

Geet blushed with the word "darling" . it was nearly 4 . she decided to leave for home to get ready . she just prayed that no one would at home now . she made her way outside very happy and contended .

Sasha : for your kind information the office hours are upto 6 . so you cant leave early .

geet entered the hall...it was pitch dark..she was afraid of darkness...but today she wasnt...she knew her saviour is here...she could feel it ..she was equally tensed ... she never knew maan could plan a surprise for her ... her ached to hear those words...she made her way inside ..she could see anything ..she softle called out ""maan ??? "" ...it was more of loving tone ..
maan was totally blown of with her beauty ... he forgot everything ..he stood there mesmerised ... he never thought geet would be this beautiful in saree..he made a mental note to buy her more sarees...then he heard her calling out his name ... it was nearly 2 and he was giving a presentation to the london clients . his phone rang and it was geet . he excused himself and picked up the phone . what he heard shocked him and he could not believe it ..

just the varshika entered the room with dev ..as they were busy romancing , they missed the scene .. manneet jumped from their position as soon as they sensed some one coming in .

maan who was returning from a meeting around noon saw a mall. he stopped there thinking of buying some thing for geet . he some how came to know that geet had a craze for antique jewellaries . so he decided to buy her some . he entered the mall and was looking forwards for some . he was quite confused with wat to buy as he had never gone to shopping and especially for ladies .suddenly his eyes fell on a ring . he imagined it on her finger .he immediately bought and asked the attender to gift wrap it .
he was looking at other sections when he felt a tap on his shoulder . he turned and saw a man . he gave a 100 watt smile and hugged the person .
maan : oh my god !! is that you ?
person : oh yes hero..seems that you had forgotten me ?
maan : oh no yaar ..i lost all our friends contact ..

On reaching home , maan told his meeting about the long time friend brij . dadi felt happy that he finally shows some kind of emotions . she asked him to invite for dinner one day so that she could also get a chance to meet him '
The days passed for maan and geet with some cute office romance and fights . there was three days left for them to attend the Bangalore clients party . maan and geet were sitting in his cabin busy discussing the old age home's designs .

Geet : maan I said clearly . what sasha had done will definitely go flop . they wont like it .

Geet : okay , listen now . old age people would like to spend their time in peace without any interruptions or noises . that's why they don't prefer to live in the city limits and prefer out skirts. They prefer to walk in leisure time holding hands in hands with a cute fights and arguments . for this they need some parks surrounded by tress and not cinema halls or gyms . more over instead of building big big theatres and shopping centres , why don't we opt for a moderate size hospitals and small shopping malls and parks ? they will feel at home maan .
Maan listened to her carefully and felt a valid point in it . so he called sasha in his cabin and informed her to make appropriate changes .
Sasha : but MK , you had already approved these designs .
Maan : they can be last minute changes sasha .
Sasha eyes fell on geet and fumed with anger . she could not control her anger . never in her experience had maan failed to approve her designs .
Sasha : well some people here dosent have the job except intruding in others business .

Sasha fumed with maan's response but could not speak back since it would give her even more bad opinion . she just stared at geet and left the cabin .
Geet felt some where bad with sasha but decided not to pay any heed . maan watched her internly and understood her thinking . he laid a hand on her shoulders and said : don't worry geet , I ll deal with her .
Geet : no problem maan . I don't know why she behaves in the same way when ever she sees me .
Maan : don't pay any heed ' leave it .
In order to bring back her bubbly self , he started asking whether she informed her parents regarding the business trip or not .
Geet : haan maan . I told dad , he readily accepted ..mom na she told not to trouble you . geet made a baby face for which maan laughed .
Maan still laughing : oh yes geet . you should surely follow that .
Geet made an angry face and smacked his arm : oh am troubling you ? ah ? ugg..i cant believe you said that ' she started giving light punches in his arms .
Maan enjoyed troubling geet . suddenly he pulled her in his arms and kissed her gently . geet who was shocked first , eventually started responding . the gentle one soon turned into a slow and a passionate one . they moved and sat on the sofa and nearby . they broke out from the kiss and maan rested his forehead on hers . geet blushed and maan closed his eyes capturing the beautiful moment they shared .
After a while they started with things they need to take for the meeting ..eventually it ended on the dress selection for party ' the only thing they dint knew was that there was a silent spectator to the romance in the office 'it was none other than adi , who was from time to time reporting about their growing relationship to dadi , who seemed more than happy for their relationship '. Preet unable to take his friends anger finally managed to blur out"haan dad, she is perfectly fine . nothing to worry . we can go home."
Dad , mom , rajji , tito , daarji looked at one another not able to speak for some time . After some time dad broke the silence and said "Okay beta go home and take rest .. no need of college today and I ll book a new car today.."
"Uff my friends" murmured geet .

Maan's car entered the Khurana construction ally ' as soon as the car entered , the security guard switched on the siren button to let the employees know about his arrival. The employees who were till then chit chatting dispersed immediately and ran towards their respective places as if they were been chased by mad dogs . One adjusted his tie while the other one tucked in his shirt. The girls checked their make up with a little hope that their DD for once will look at them and give a charming smile .
Maan entered his office and everyone stood up and wished him . Adi , head of the accounts department who looked extremely worried silently watched his boss entering his cabin. Pinky , the receptionist saw watched adi and asked him what happened . adi who was already ready to burst into crying explained everything . pinky who was standing silently with a pity face faced adi and said " sir have you got enough bank balance to last for 2 months ? own house or rent house ?"Adi dosent know how to respond and just dreamt of being kicked out of the office by his boss like a football. He gave a nervous laugh when he heard a phone ring in his cabin.
On the other line ,
Maan : ADIIIIIIIIIIIIII ''''
Adi : yes sirrrr.
Maan : How long does it take to pick up the phone ?
Adi : sorry sir .
Maan : Bring the handa's contract papers now .
Adi : yes sir . he said only to realize that the line went dead before he could respond .
Pinky : good luck adi sir , see you in cafeteria if you are alive.
Adi gave her a glare and rushed to his boss cabin with the file
Adi : sirrrrrrrrrr'.
Maan : yes, come in . when is the meeting with the handas ?
Adi : sorry sir they have cancelled the meeting and scheduled it tomorrow .
Maan : what ? why did you not inform immediately ?
Adi : sorry sir I have tried reaching your phone but you were not available .
Maan : why did they cancel ? I guess its supposed to be starting in 10 min .
Adi : Their daughter had an accident and they need to rush sir .
The word accident brought maan to a trance . He remembered how beautiful she looked even in that simple attire . He just could not help himself to stop thinking about her.. the way she looked ' oh my god ! what am I thinking? Am supposed to be angry on her. What does she think she is ? I ll show her what the real Maan singh khuranna can look like if I see her once again .
Adi who was updating him with the details of the next meeting realized that maan isn't responding . He called him twice . Having got no response he shouted SIRRRRRRRRRRRR '.
Maan : what adi ? am not deaf . why are you shouting ?
Adi : sorry sir , you dint respond . that's why .
Maan : ok leave the file and schedule the meeting tomorrow 9 am.
Adi : ok sir.
After adi left , maan was angry on himself for loosing himself like that . He kept himself busy with files to avoid thinking about her.
On the other hand preet , aditi and varshika reached home and headed towards geets room where they spend most of their time .
Geet : guys I wont leave him .
Preet : who ?
Geet : the guy who hit my sweetu
Aditi : do you know his name ? car number ?
Varshika :how was he looking ? is he smart and handsome ? business man ?
The trio shot a glare at her which instantly made her to shut the mouth .
Geet : I don't know . he said something DSK or MSK '
Preet : what MSK ? do you mean the business tycoon Maan singh khuranna ?
Aditi : Whoever it is , he hit our geet . We need to teach him a lesson.
Preet : are you our of your mind ? he is the top businessman in india and you want to teach him ?
Before aditi could respond rano geets mom entered the room .. "hi mom" wished all of them . "hi" said rano. She asked whether geet was feeling fine and informed her that sweetu is in good condition and nothing to worry..geet gave her mom a flying kiss and went out with her friends.
Aditi , preet , varshika and geet decided to hang on to some movies for the rest of the day . They watched some English movies . aditi and geet kept talking useless stuffs and preet kept staring at aditi which dint go unnoticed by geet..she smiled at preet to which he gave a slight node and continued his staring session . while our varshika madam kept drooling over the filmy heros '.
It was till evening they watched some movies and after some time they had their snacks and bid a good bye to geet and left to their respecetive homes. Geet sat on her bed and recalled that days incidents. Smile crept her face and thought about the man who dashed her sweetu .
Geet (self talk ): geet this is not his fault .its your fault too na .. you should have stopped the car and attended the phone . See because of this my pyari sweetu got hurt. By the way he looked nice and handsome and '' hey wat are you thinking enough is enough . he hurt your sweetu and he is a complete dhusht dhanav . He dint even talked properly to me .no no he shouted at me . how dare any one shout at geet handa. Geet don't think about him . lets sleep . heyna teddy ? chalo good night .. with that she hugged her maima (oops !! her teddys name ) and slept .
After some time On the other hand maan who was still lost in work looked at the time .
Maan : oh my god ! how come I dint notice the time ? its nearing 12:15 . oh my god ! dadi ? oh shit I forgot the dinner ..
He immediately phoned his dadi instead nakul picked up the call sleepily and said "saab dadi had her dinner and slept ' yea she had her medicines ' ok saab bye . good night no no good morning' no early morning".
Maan banged his head with the phone in frustration and decided to leave home . while in car he remembered about geet..her smile , her voice and not to be forgotten her scolding .he started smiling unknowingly . the driver tanu who was driving the car got shocked but dint have the guts to say anything .so he drove as fast as he could and reached home . Having reached home the driver stepped out and opened the door for him . Within minutes he parked the car and moved out as fast as he could . His boss who was khadoos to him was actually smiling . This is somewat a new world wonder for him and he decided to spill the beans to dadi .
Part-3
The next day started . Maan got up at 5:30 and proceeded to do his morning exercise session. Tai chi was his favorite martial arts . Whenever he is angry on anything he used to let it out here . He excelled in all most everything . Swimming , karate , tai chi , chess and almost .. but today he could not concentrate well'. images of geet kept wondering around him . He felt helpless and ashamed of himself for not able to control his feelings . So he decided to head towards office . Dadi who woke up early was waiting for maan in the dining table so she could have her morning tea with him. She got to know about yesterdays night incident from tanu and made up a mental plan to check on it . She was very happy that his grand son had made up his mind to let some happiness in his life . She decided to venture slowly so that her plan dosent fail .
Maan came descending the stairs and saw dadi sitting over at the table .he went towards dadi took her blessings and sat near her. She offered him a cup . He took a sip in it and looked on to the paper.
Dadi : maan ?
Maan : ha dadi . still looking on to the paper.
Dadi : what have you decided ?
Maan : about wat ?
Dadi : as if you don't know
Maan : not again dadi . I have a important meeting at 9 . take care . bye
Dadi : please maan beta . listen to me once . for this old ladys sake , please accept for marriage . I wanna see the happiness in your life.
Maan just glared at his dadi. Not able to speak anything , he just left for the office . least he knew that he gonna meet his destiny again .
At handas mansion :
Geet came wipping her eyes wearing her tom and jerry pjs . shortly a kiddo dress. Dad who was drinking is coffee started smiling seeing his daughter who came down just woke up from her sleep with a loony in her hand and not to forget rubbing her eyes..she looked like a 4 year old baby came looking for her mom.
Geet : "Mamma ?????????"
Mom : "haan geet what happened ? here have your milk."
Geet sat with her dad and drank the milk just like a kid spilling it on all over her cheeks and nose . her mom and dad could do nothing just smile at their daughter who is behaving like a kid inspite of reaching the marriageable age .
Mr.handa bed good bye to her and left for attending a meeting .
Geet went and got ready for her college .She wore black top and a faded jean which made her look even more beautiful .she called aditi and informed her that she would be there in the college within 20 mins. She was about to leave when her dad called her .
Geet : hello dad !!!
Dad : ha geet. Have you started for the college?
Geet : no dad . am near the gate now . anything important ?
Dad: I have forgot an important file in the table. Can you bring it to the khuranna office now ? its urgent and rags is on leave so '''.
Geet : no problem dad. I have 2 hours time for college . I ll drop it in office .
Dad : thanks . bye .
Geet : bye dad .
Geet took the file and started for khuranna constructions. Least did she knew that her dhust dhanav is the MD of KC. She entered the office and asked the receptionist pinky for Mr . handa . pinky directed her towards her DDs cabin as none was allowed to enter the conference room . Geet sat there for some time and felt really bored so she decided to chat with pinky for some time . Both being very jovial natured just got clicked at the first time . By that time the meeting got over and Mr.handa said good bye to MSK and headed out . As pinky and geet were busy chatting they missed him going out . In few minutes Mr.Handa called geet.
Dad: geet where are you ?
Geet : dad am in KC . where are you ? I had been waiting for you since half an hour.
Dad : oh god ! I just now came out .
Geet : now what should I do with this file ?
Dad : ok , you go and give this Mr.Khuranna
Geet : okay . I need to rush . bye
Geet said bye to pinky and headed towards MSKs cabin .
Geet : may I come in ?
Maan : yes come in .
Both of them felt each others presense in the room but decided to ignore.
Geet : hello am geet handa . Mr. Handas daughter . he asked me to give this file to you .
Maan who was facing his back towards her turned to meet her face : tum
Geet : tum (at the same time )
Maan : tum yaha kya karenge ?
Geet : Its my question you criminal !
Maan : wat am criminal ?
Geet : yea, you tried to kill my sweetu .
Maan : go for a mental check up .
Geet : you go for a driving school .

Geet : I came to give this file to Mr. Khuranna

Geet (looked upward ) : hey bhabaji ! save this company and staffs . Such a big company in the hands of a criminal. Chi chi babaji I should not stay here or I ll also become a criminal .
Maan : ggeeeeeeeeeeeeetttttt..
Geet : wat ? I know my name is geet . Did you get that Mr. Khuranna ?
Before geet could say anything aditi called and enquired as to where she is .
Geet (on phone ) : am on the way aditi just met up with a criminal
Aditi and maan : wat ???
Geet to maan : don't shout am talking on phone . aditi I ll be there with 15 mins. Don't worry . yea , I wont meet any accidents unlike yesterday where some stupid dhust dhanav will drive car only to hit and kill my sweetu.
Maan stood there amused and was fuming with anger. she called him a criminal , dhust dhanav and wat not . No one had ever dared to speak to him like that . But today a girl speaking with such a loud voice equally with him.
Before he could speak up she dashed out of the cabin and drove away in her car swearing maan with all the bad words she know .
Maan on the other hand called up pinky and asked her to bar all the calls for one hour and dare not any one disturb him .
Part -4
In college
Geet being the very jovial and a easy go person is very much liked by everyone . Every guy drools over her and she gets atleast 5-10 proposals everyday. Its been the routine day except the encounter with "criminal". She scolded him with all the bad words she could under her breath. "uff' why bhabaji? Why ? why my day should start like this ? this dusht dhanav will kill my day .. please madad karna'"
Just now a guy passes her and heard the part "madad karna". He felt glad that the college beauty asking him some help. He went towards her adjusting his hair and dress. Thinking of giving a charming smile he gave her a ready to throw up expression. Seeing this our geet who was till now scolding maan rolled into laugher. The guy misunderstood that she is smiling at him . (poor guy !!! he dosent know that he is giving a throwing expression which he is thinking to be of a charming expression ).
Guy : wow !! you look beautiful when you smile . its like giving light to a blind person.
Before geet could respond the gang came towards her seeing all the tamasha going on.
Varshika : Hey stupid what will a blind person do with the light? Do try some other dialogue the next time . And also don't refer our text book because already 8 persons said those things..try some other books.
Aditi : can you never reach the college with in the said time geet ?
Geet : uff .. don't start that dhust dhanav '
Preet : who ? MSK ?
Geet : I ll say that afterwards. Lets go for the class. Its getting late.
That guy stood there referring to some other books for dialogues before trying the nth time .
IN OFFICE
Its been an hour since she left but his mind kept thinking about her. He could not concentrate in any of the work . His mind kept wondering about her. He imagined her everywhere. Feeling frustrated he called his secretory rita to bring a coffee for him.
Rita ' a modern and a show off girl . seeking for an opportunity to get close to maan just like other girls in the office . Wears short tops and jeans . Her hobby is to stare at him without blinking her eyes . Does over make up to impress him which makes her to look like a bitch imported from a fairy tale.
As usual with her dreamy look, she went towards maans cabin with the coffee.
Rita : may I come in sir ?
Maan : yea come in.
Rita :sir , your coffee.
Maan : keep it on the table and ask adi to bring the Handas's project file.
Rita : ok sir .
She stood there with her dreamy eyes without moving. Maan noticed this and got annoyed.
Maan (shouted ): whattttttttttttttt??? Why are you standing here ?
Rita : sorry sir . With that she literally ran away from the cabin and informed adi.
After some time ,
Adi :sir ??
Maan : yea adi, give me the file .
Adi : here sir . They have suggested some designs and they are quite impressive .
Maan : k I ll look into it .
Maan looked on to the desingns and felt impressed . he could not find any flaws but could easily say the person who prepared must be doing his studies.
Maan : who did this ?
Adi : I suppose it should Mr.handa's daughter. she was here to hand over some files on behalf of him sir.
Maan (selftalk ) : oh no that chatter box ?? well impressive . inspite of her non stop talkings she is atleast good in designing .
Adi : sir I think we need to include this . Its better than the one we designed for kids section floor. Her design includes everything that's the kids would love to.
Maan (selftalk ) : ofcourse why not ? she herself is a kid . thank god no one noticed when she was shouting at me . what would have happened if this news got to press.. then I would have been awarded with the title of "criminal of the year" award.
Thinking over this he smiled a little which did not go unnoticed by adi. He just stared at his boss unbelievingly. He was shocked to see him smiling after so many years .
Adi ' a very trusted employee of KC. Also the right hand of maan . he was with him in all his odd times as a moral support for maan his boss. He was happy to see him in this state and wished that the happiness could stay with him forever. His dreamland came to an end when maan called him.
Maan : ok adi , approve this design and line up the meeting this Friday .
Adi managed to blur out : ok sir . he was speechless that it was first time that he approved something without any argument . he decided to pass this on to pinky, the only one in the office who would love to talk to him.
Adi started searching for pinky and atlast found her near the cafeteria with her favourite cheese burger in her hand . he walked towards her .
Adi : hey pinky did you know something ? maan sir smiled today!!!!!
Pinky who was till now munching the burger, dropped her mouth open in shock. He kept her hand on adi's forehead and said "sir are you fine ?"
Adi : wat ?
Pinky : yes sir . say something that would happen . what you are saying ll never happen even when the world ends.
Adi :believe me yaar. He also approved Ms. Geet handa's design without any arguments .
Hearing geets name , pinkys face got bright .
Pinky : sir , I knew it . she is so beautiful and very nice . she is perfect for maan sir. She talks like me . no wonder maan sir ll like her.
Adi : thank god ! she dosent eat like you !
Pinky : sirrrrrrrrrrrrrr'..
Adi : ok leave this , we need to find a way to bring geet here . only she can handle him with her childish talks .

Rano called geet and asked her to join shopping with her. Geet bed bye to her friends and left for the mall . There she met up with her mom and left to buy some dress for her. She saw a beautiful anarkali suit and showed it to her mom.
Geet : mama this dress is so beautiful na ?
Rano : go and try it . let me choose some saries
Geet : okay, stay near the trial room mom .
After some time geet came out wearing the anarkali suit . she looked like an angel on earth that any men ll fall for.
Geet : mom how is this ?
Maans dadi who was standing near her looked at geet.
Dadi : you are looking so beautiful beta .
Geet (blushed): thnx mam .
Dadi (smiled ): call me dadi . don't need of any mam.
Rano who was selecting saris for her came in search of geet and saw her talking to someone.

Geet : mom !! how am I looking ?

Dadi smiled at geet and rano . she mentally made up her plan to ask geet for her grand son maan . Least did she knew that geet is the one whom is grand son is falling for .

A week passed . maan and geet were too involved in their respective works that they had forgotten to think about the other . The day was extremely busy for both . Maan asked adi to accept the internship applications and submit to him soon . Geet and her friends as per dadi's advice applied for the internship unaware of Maan . Adi who was sorting out the applications was very happy to find geets application . He immediately called pinky and let her know the news .
Adi : hey pinky , see this .
Pinky :wow adi sir !! geet gonna join here ? am so happy. we both ll go to cafeteria together and ofcourse to the newly opened restaurant.
Adi :Stop thinking about food . We need to come up with a plan to approve this application .
Pinky :Adi sir , see there are three more applications from the same college. I guess they have applied together.
Adi : oh but I guess we need only 6 interns here.
Pinky : Sir as far as she talked to me that day , we need to accommodate these four together or else they will seek some other company so they can work together .
Adi : Okay let me think of something .
Pinky : Don't think too much adi sir .
Adi : Alright let me suggest maan sir to transfer other two applicants to our Mumbai branch so we can accommodate all these four here .
Pinky : Ok sir . By the way am feeling hungry . Let me go and get something to eat. Are you coming ?
Adi (gave her a bewildered look ) : No thnx ,I mean you carry on .
AT KHURANNA MANSION
Dadi : Nakul arrange these flowers properly.
Nakul : Jee mam .
Dadi : Aur haan have you checked with the dinner ? the guests will be arriving soon . so everything be kept ready before that .
Nakul : yes mam everything is ready . panditji is calling you .
Dadi : ok . I ll go and check on to him .
Dadi moved towards panditji with the taal in her hand .
Dadi : panditji is everything ready ?
Panditji : yes madam ji . sab teek hai . We can start the pooja in half an hour .
Dadi : okay . I ll look on to the guest .
Just then rano and geet arrived . They moved towards dadi and geet took her blessings from her. Geet was wearing a red sari and looked like an angel in the evening . Some of the dadi's friends were invited for the pooja. It was long since savitri devi met two of her grand sons at the same time . if one is there at home other will be at the business trip and vice versa. But that day both of them were present so she decided to arrange a pooja for their well being .
Dadi : you are looking very beautiful in this saree beta .
Geet : thanks dadi . how are you dadi?
Dadi : am perfectly fine beta .
Rano : ma where are your grandsons ? Am very eager to see them .
Dadi : my first grand son hasent arrived from office yet and other one just returned india in the morning . its very rare to see them together . That's why I arranged for the pooja .

Just then geet got a call from varshika and excused herself to attend it . Dadi introduced dev to rano and they kept talking for sometime .Geet made her way to the garden and stood mesmerized by the beauty of the flowers . She looked like the angel standing in the midst of flowers from the heaven .
Maan arrived from the office and stood there watching the scene . He could not take his eyes of her. She looked even more divine that saree . Least he knew that his brother, dadi and rano was watching the both . They understood what that look meant and thought of speaking to the other soon . Maan stood there still watching her.
Maan (self talk ) : Maan what happened to you ? your imaginations are going far day by day . First in office and now at home . This girl will make me mental . Tomorrow I need to go for the check up for sure.
He came out of his dream land after his brother literally shaked him twice . Maan who was kind of embrassed dosent want to show it to his brother and so decided to show his fake anger .
Maan : what dev ? why are you shouting ? I was thinking about one of my project .
Dev (suppressing his smile ): oh my bro ! I don't know that the project is walking in our garden .
Maan : wat ?
Dev : nothing bro . dadima is waiting for you .
Having said that both of them made their way inside . Dadi introduced maan to rano and asked him to change and come down soon to attend the pooja. Maan had no interest in attending the poojas . But for the sake of his dadi , he never spoke against her beliefs. After some time , geet came in and stood beside her mother .
Dadi introduced dev to geet . They just got together and started their non-stop chit chat .
Dev : geet what are you doing ? I mean studies '
Geet : Am doing my architecture and ofcourse applied for internship in your bros company .
Dev (shocked ) : do you know him ?
Geet : No yaar. Dadi only told to apply . I haven't seen him yet. I hope I would get to today .

He stood their looking for his dadi while geet and dev made their way inside looking for dadi . Dadi came towards geet and started talking to her . Maan spotted dadi and moved to greet her. Dadi moved to introduce geet to maan .
Dadi : maan this is geet .

Dadi , dev and rano stood their confused as to how they both came to know each other.
Maan : tum ? what are you doing here ?

Maan stood there without knowing wat to do with her ' he started thinking " wow !! awesome .. now everyone will start addressing me as "criminal" . god ! what will I do with this girl ?" he stood there rubbing his temple ..
Dadi enjoyed the sight and gave a slight smile and winked at dev . She was convinced and determined that she choose the right girl for maan . Only she can manage and change him .
Geet (to maan ) : you criminal , why are you standing still ? say something .
Maan fumed with anger : Chup ! bilkul chup .
Geet : why should I ? you only dashed my car and more than that you only shouted at me .
Maan : "what me ? dashed your car ? if you dint speak on phone and drive , the accident would not have happened ."
Geet : "oh then what about you ? what where you doing ? did you not talk in phone that time ? what did you say that time ? yea I remember "just shut up" only na ? and one more thing its you who came in over speed not me ."
Maan : "oh yea did you come and see at what speed I was driving in my car ?"
Geet : "Even a blind person can say that you were driving on over speed."
Dadi , dev and rano stood there shocked not knowing what to do . dev and dadi were even more shocked that it was very much unlike to maan to argue so much and that too with a girl . It was dadi who came out of the trance first and decided to stop the fight . she sensed that if she dint stop it now then no one could ever stop it .
Dadi : "bus !! bohot ho gaya . stop it right now ."
Maan who was about to answer geet , stood shocked at seeing dadi . geet also stood still , seeing dadi .
Dadi (to geet ) : beta , did you know maan before ?
Geet : haan dadima . actually he hit my sweet and I fought with him .
Rano : geet , say sorry to maan .
Dadi : maan say sorry to her.

Both turned to opposite direction and left the place .
Dev was still in shock and said to dadi : dadi ? what is this ? is this a dream ? was it my bro ?
Dadi : yea am also confused but I know one thing . This is not a dream . I cant believe that he was fighting with her just to prove that fault is not his ..Its never like him.
Rano : am sorry ma . geet should not have talked like this . I ll talk to her. Its totally unlike her to shout at someone . She dosent get angry this easily but I don't know what happened to her '.
Dadi : don't worry beta . I ll talk to maan too'. I need to talk about an important thing to you but I guess its not the right time now ' I ll come to your home later.
Rano : ok ma . I guess its getting very late . I ll take the leave for now . See you soon ma .
Dadi : ok beta . ask geet to visit home often .
Rano : teek hai ma .
With that rano got her blessings and left for home with geet .
After the pooja got over dev and dadi sat in the dinning table waiting for maan . He came towards the table totally annoyed with the todays incident . Nakul served them the dinner and they started having their food . dadi decided to start her conversation .
Dadi : maan beta ?
Maan : haan dadima .
Dadi : if I ask you a favour , will you do it ?
Maan who was eating his food gave her a look and said : not again dadi .
Dadi : not about you marriage .
Maan : go ahead .
Dadi : I want four of my friends sons and daughters to have their internship in your company .
Dev who was silently watching the conversation tried hard not to laugh at him . Maan looked at him and narrowed his eyed questioning "Wat ?". dev noded as if saying saying nothing bro .
Maan : okay dadi . ask them to forward the applications . I ll have a look on to it . If they are capable they ll be given the required post.
Dadi : they have already submitted it . just have a glance to it .
Maan : okay dadi .
Dadi : Maan ,geet is so sweet na ?
Maan : wat ? geet ? she is a complete chatter box dadi ..did you know how she shouted at me that day ? she called me a criminal . more than that she came to my office and scolded me giving names..dhusht dhanav and what not .. seriously no one ever dared to talk to Maan singh khuranna like that ..Have you ever see someone giving those weird names to their cars ? you can see that exclusively here.. she ll make me go mad ' and he went on and on till he heard dev broke into laugher.
Dev who was till now silently hearing this , broke into laugher not able to hold anymore. He excused himself and left the table sensing his brothers anger . Maan just then realized that he himself gave all the extra information about her. He gave an annoying look to dadi and left the table .
Dadi was silently listening to his confession . Now she was double confirmed that geet will be the one and only bade bahu of khuranna khandan . she smiled to herself and said " maan I am your grand mother .now let me see maan singh khuranna , how you escape from marriage this time . I ll make sure all the ways are blocked for you except confessing it to geet.."

Maan headed towards his room totally annoyed with dadi antics. But he was surprised that he wasn't angry at geet . infact he liked her , to be true everything about her . her non-stop chatting , her swearing , her attire , her behavior , her attitude and everything ' he smiled to himself remembering the evening fight . the fact that he liked it surprised himself . he was ready to welcome changes in his life after a long time .
On the other hand geet was also thinking the same . she was never angry with a person like that before but she liked him at the same time . she could not find out the reason behind but she understood one thing . she was slowly attracted towards her dhusht dhanav . the men she had seen so far were totally different. Either they propose her or try to be friendly due to her dads influence which includes other big businessmen .she totally hated those types . But here he was totally ignoring her infact shouting which no one dares to .
Both made a mental note not to fight with each other when they see the next time . Thinking about each other they slowly fell on to a contended sleep .
Its been a week the incident happened . both think of each other at times and let a small smile to linger on their faces unknown to everyone . finally the day came . geet and her friends received the offer letters from the KC to work as interns . maan wasn't aware of geets application being acknowledged by him as he was busy on some onsight calls . Geet on the other hand was still unaware of maans presence as she had fought with him before dadi could introduce both .
That fine day the four friends need to give their accepted offer personally in the KC office . they made their way to the office . geet and varshika made together while preet picked up aditi on the way . geet and varshika made it first and was waiting for adi whom they were been told to submit their forms .
Pinky saw geet sitting with her friend and ran towards her and hugged her. Geet was overwhelmed by her gesture and smiled as it reached her eyes and they stared their chit chat.
Pinky : "geet am so happy that you are going to join our company."
Geet : wow ! me to yaar.
Pinky : "pata hai , myself and adi sir made so much plan for this ."
Geet : plans ? what plans ?
Pinky (who was caught ofguard) : no yaar . I mean we made up plan to go to the restaurants and shopping malls near by .
Geet : oh !! interesting .
By that time dev who came to office just now joined them .
Dev : hey geet! How are you ?
Geet : oh wow dev , nice to see you here. Am fine . how are you ?
Dev : fine yaar' first day in office , enjoy !!
Geet : yup. Came to submit the acceptance form.
Varshika who was just watching the conversation felt as if she had been left out . so she decided to interrupt ..
Varshika : ahem ..ahem ' am also here .. its been 10 mins you are talking . do you even realize am standing here ?
Geet just then realized : sorry varshi . I totally forgot . hey this is dev . I told na I met dadi in a mall . this is her grand son .
Geet (to dev ) : dev , this is my friend varshika .

dev :you too joining here ?

Dev : okay guys its getting late . you know na my bro .. he ll freak out if he says anyone chit chatting .

Dev suppressed his laughter by hearing the way his future bhabi calling his bro : yea the same criminal .
Geet : does he come here regularly ?
Dev : yea ofcourse this is the main office .
Geet who although liked it but decided to show fake anger : no way .
Dev : There's no other way geet . enjoy . having said that he left for his cabin..
Varshika : hey whats going on here ?
Geet : oh my god !! why are you making my life hell ?
Varshika : hey while am here to make it a pleasant one why are you calling the god ?
Geet gave a glare which instantly shut her up. Just then aditi and preet joined them . they went to meet adi in his cabin.
Geet : may I come in sir ?
Adi : yea , come in .
Geet : hello am geet . they are my frnds varshika , aditi and preet.
Adi : hi guys . nice to meet you .
Preet : pleasure is ours sir .
Adi : ok , have you signed the forms with the required documents .
Geet : yea , here it is .
Adi : ok .
He took a look on to it and asked them to wait near the boss cabin till he comes . He knocked at the door asking for permission . maan who was busy with some blue prints did not look on the person and asked him to come inside .
Adi : sir , these are the files you asked .
Maan : yea , keep it on the table and leave .
Adi : sir the intern candidates are present here with the required documents . they are waiting outside .
Maan : okay ask them to come inside .
Adi : yes sir .
Adi called the four inside .
Adi : sir this is preet , aditi , varshika and geet .
Hearing the name "geet" , maan who was till then going through the blue prints looked at her .geet also looked at him and they had a small eye lock .
As they were with many others , they decided not to fight infront of them . adi interrupted them by giving the files of the candidates .
Adi : these are the details .
Maan : yea . he started going through the details of the candidates .
AFTER FEW MINUTES
Maan : ok guys listen . I want you to work properly and I expect strict professionalism here . I don't want to hear any of your personal gossibs especially roaming around in office hours .
Preet , varshika , aditi : yes sir .
Geet just watched everything silently . she knows wat he meant by strict professionalism . she felt the anger rise in her but remained calm . Maan saw this and gave a lop side grin .
Maan : Two of you will be joining our Mumbai branch for 2 months and ll be transferred here after .
The four of them were shocked on hearing the transfer as the main reason they had applied there is to work together . Adi was also equally shocked as he recommended other candidates for transfer . But he could not say much to his boss. So he decided to have words with geet and her friends .
Maan continued : okay that's all for now . You guys need to join the day after tomorrow in their respective centres . Is that clear ?
Geet , aditi , varshika and preet : yes sir .
Maan : Adi get the list from rita and inform them now .
Adi : okay sir .
Maan : now leave .
Adi : yes sir .
Geet , varshika , preet and aditi : thank you sir .
After coming out of the cabin ,
Adi : am sorry guys , I tried my level best to keep you guys here but I don't know why he changed his decision all of a sudden .
Geet : but I know .
Aditi , preet, varshika and adi : what ????
Geet got cautious : I mean may be some emergency , that's why he might have said so '
Adi : oh okay ..you guys wait here . let me get the list as where you all are placed .
Preet :okay .
After adi left , preet asked geet : hey geet this is the guy you told that day ? I mean who hit your sweetu ?
Geet : yea the same criminal .
Aditi : hey we can see some other company . I think that's the reason why he transferred us .. before we join the company , he is trying to separate us ..after who knows ?
Preet : hey calm down . lets think over it .
Varshika : no we need to take up this . we need to show him our friendship power !! we will talk daily' if we dint take up this offer , he will definitely consider us as week.
Geet : yea , she is right . I think we need to take this offer. Moreover we ll be together after two months . We need to show him that we can work in any environment .
Aditi : are you mad ? Why we need to show him all these ? Lets see for some other companies .
Preet : but there's no time yaar..we need to report tomorrow to our college .
Geet : we ll take this and its final .
Aditi halfheartedly accepted it .they were waiting for adi to know who had been transferred to Mumbai .
Adi who came after few minutes was very happy but decided to show some fake sorrow to them
Adi : Am really sorry guys . This gonna be very difficult .
Geet : what happened ?
Preet : who had been transferred?
Aditi : we are waiting sir .
Varshika : why are you giving so much build up ?
Adi : ok guys ..calm down . aditi and preet are transferred to Mumbai . you ll informed about your designation there . all the best . You have to leave to Mumbai tomorrow night flight .
Preet and aditi : what ? why ?
Adi : which question I should answer first ?
Preet : why are we transferred ?
Adi : because you guys qualified and there's no proper interns there . lucky you can escape from maan sir.
Aditi ( in as sad tone ) : okay .
Geet : adi sir , what about us ?
Adi : sorry geet , you have to be very strong ! this happens sometimes .
Geet : ???
Adi : you are going to work as maan sir's secretory .
Geet : WHAT ???? ARE YOU GUYS PLANNING TO MAKE MY LIFE A HELL ????
Adi : calm down geet . We can't do much . maan sir had himself selected you as his secretory .
Geet : but he already have a secretary right ?
Adi : Yea ,She is getting her contract period over by Monday . sir isn't interested in extended it .so you ll be his secretary from then on. You will be told about your job responsibilities then .
Varshika : hey what about me ? Am I the secretary number 2 ?
Adi : No you are dev sir's secretary .
Varshika : great escape .
Geet : hey why don't we shuffle ?
Varshika : shuffle what ?
Geet : our job .
Varshika : you mean me as maan sir's secretory and you as dev sir's secretory ?
Geet(with a naughty smile advanced towards to their offer letters ) : yea .
Varshika : No geet . With that she snatched her offer letter from adi and ran towards the exit .
Geet also ran after varshika forgetting that they are in office . On seeing the whole scene from his cabin maan made his way towards geet . he pulled her inside his cabin such a way that geet fell in top of maan while maan on the ground . (this fall happens inside maans cabin so that others don't notice ). They had a short eye lock . maan raised his hand and tucked her hair that fall on her cheeks.
On the other hand varshika ran like fire on her tail and dashed on to dev making him loose the balance . Thank god no one was there on the reception that time . Dev on top of her . varshika was breathing heavily and dev just watched her . Their so called romantic moment was interrupted by constant ringing of her mobile . Dev helped her to stand up and she picked up the phone .
Varshika : hello'
Preet : stupid where are you ?
Varshika : am in the reception area .
Preet : are you alive ?
Varshika : I hope am . she chased me like hell and I had to run like fire on my tail .. do you know how fast I ran ? if I had to run like this each and everytime , I would participate in the marathon next year .
Preet : ok ok cool . where is geet ?
Varshika : I don't know . she chased me but suddenly disappeared .
Preet : ok I ll search her . you wait near the car park .
Varshika : okay .
With tat she turned towards dev to apologize .
Varshika : Am sorry sir . I dint mean to dash at you . This stupid geet chased me that's why ..please am sorry .
Dev just saw her like the first time and he was in dream land . he liked her childish nature and gestures . he forgot himself totally .
Varshika : hello ??? sir are you there?
Dev did not respond . he just watched her .
Varshika : oh my god !! it seems sir has lost his hearing and speaking capacity . what will I do ? she shouted at her top voice . "sssiiiirrrrrr''"
With that he came out of his trance and saw varshika who was about to cry anytime .
Dev : what happened ? are you okay ?
Varshika : yea am okay . but I think you are not . I had been calling you for 5 minutes but you dint respond . come lets go to doctor .
Dev : No varshika am fine . Nothing to worry .
Varshika : are you sure ?
Dev : yea am . By the way why did you run like this ? If bro sees it you ll be in trouble .
Varshika : because of him only so much trouble .
Dev : what ?
Varshika : "he wants geet to work as his secretory but she dosent want to . so she wants to shuffle it with mine . so I ran away and fell on you ." she said those things in a single breath.
Dev who was amased at how a person can talk like this at a short time , finally blured out : whats your post ?
Varshika : your secretory .
Dev : wow !!
Varshika : wat ?
Dev :mmm..nothing I said good . okay you be ready by monday.
Varshika : okay .
Dev : then I ll take leave . bye . have a nice day .

The scene shifts from varshika to maneet . they are still in the same position . finally geet managed to get up . both were embrassed but decided not to show .
Maan : miss .geet handa what do you think of yourself ?
Geet : there is no need to say anyone what I think of myself .
Maan (with little angry ) : this is not a play ground . this is KC . I expect you to think the same .
Geet : did I say this is a zoo ?
Maan : but you ll make it a zoo soon.
Geet got angry on hearing this and decided to speack about the job offer : what do you want ? why did you appoint me as your secretory ? you know I cant stand you for a minute .
Maan : geet this is my office and I have the whole right to do what ever I like .
Geet : oh then am resigning it .
Maan : you cant geet . you have signed the contract papers . you have to work under me .

Maan : ok as of now , go and learn how to behave with the booss from now on .
Geet : you and your stupid office .

With that geet left his cabin in anger and made her way to the parking lot .
Maan : now let us see geet handa . how you can escape from me ??? I ll show what the real maan sigh khuranna can be ' after all you called me "criminal" , so I need to behave like the one '
Having said this he smiled to himself and started doing his work . on the other hand preet was very happy that he could spend time with aditi and open his heart to her . he thought to himself that "I some how need to work out this'god has given me an option ..i should not lose this ' come on man. You can do it . think of something'" the four friends with different plannings in their mind , left the office '

Its Sunday morning . Varshika , aditi and preet were present in the geet's house . they were discussing about their transfer to Mr.Handa . he told them not to worry and assured them that everything would be fine . Geet joined joined them few minutes later and it was decided that they would go for shopping to buy the essentials for preet and aditi .
AT THE SHOPPING MALL
Geet : hey we can go for salwar sections .
Aditi : yea .
Varshika and preet just followed them . they were discussing about the important documents to be taken along with them to mumbai .
Geet saw a beautiful red salwar suit . it was simple yet beautiful . she decided to gift it for arohi as she is a big salwar fonde.
Geet : hey try this one .
Aditi : I ll take it .
Geet : just go and try yaar.
Aditi : okay . you be here. Don't go anywhere.
Geet : as if u ll allow me .
Aditi : hmmmm..
As soon as aditi entered the trial room , geet texed preet to come to the shop immediately and asked him wait near the trial room 2. Preet thought some thing ll be wrong so he rushed with varshika . meanwhile geet saw varshika and signaled her leave the place . In some time , preet noticed varshika missing but he decided to wait near the trial room . just then aditi came out wearing the suit ..she looked stunning . preet could not take his eyes of her . aditi too felt something but decided to shrug it off.
Preet : aditi ??
Aditi : haan ..
Preet : you look beautiful !!!
Aditi (blushed ) : thank you . where is geet ?
Preet : haan woo'. By this time he sensed it was geets plan and looked hear and there searching her . he saw geet and varshika standing in one corner showing thumb up to him . both of them came towards aditi and preet.
Geet : aditi you look stunning yaar..
Varshika : you are looking like an angel .
Aditi : okay bus bus ,, I ll take this one .
Geet : why you don't like it ?
Aditi : I love it .
Geet (smiled ) : okay change fast . we ll go for other sections .
After aditi left to the room , preet thanked geet and varshika . They both teased him a lot and left towards the other sections .
Geet purchased some tops , handbags while varshika clicked on some salwars . preet was confused at which shirt he should choose while aditi silently watched him . she picked up the shirt other than the one he had in his hand and asked him to try . it was a formal shirt . he looked even more handsome in the attire. Geet and varshika silently giggled at their slowly growing love tree. It was past afternoon . they had their lunch in the near by restaurant and headed towards home . geet helped preet in packing while varshika with aditi .
At 6 pm ,
The four friends reached the airport . neither of them wanted to leave . they were so close from their childhood that even this mere separation was killing them . they double checked the documents they needed for the office .
Geet : hey call me as soon as you land .
Aditi : okay .
Varshika : where you guys have planned to stay ?
Aditi : I have booked a hotel room for a week. Within that I need to see for some apartment .
Preet : no need for that . you are going to stay with me .
Aditi : where?
Preet : we have a apartment in Mumbai . double bedroom . no need to worry .
Aditi : no its okay I ll manage .
Preet (little angry ) : from when onwards you started saying this ?
Geet : hey its safe if u stay with him .
aditi : But ..
Varshika : No but yet , you are staying there and its final .
Aditi : okay I ll stay there .
Preet (bit relieved ) : thnx .
The four friends hugged each other . geet and varshika bed good bye to them and headed towards each others home .
Geet laid on her bed thinking how her future gonna be ! many things happened in that month . she sent a silent prayer for the peaceful environment for the coming days in the office . while varshika in her room thought about the falling incident with dev . she blushed and slept with a smile .
Both had a peaceful sleep unware of what destiny had in store for them .
NEXT DAY
Maan as usual woke up early and got ready for his office . the day was routine except the fact that geet will be in office from today on . he started liking geet . he neither accepted it nor denied it . he liked the feeling . on the other hand , dev was also equally excited to go to office today . he wanted to be before his angel would arrive . dadi noticed the changes between her grand son . she understood that maan started to like geet but she dosent know why dev was so equally excited .she decided to work on her CID brain . she came up with a small plan of hers .
The two grand sons joined her in the dining table . maan started with reading papers while dev on some onsight calls . dadi observed these two and decided to execute her plan .
Dadi : maan beta ?
Maan : haan dadima .
Dadi : dev you too .
Dev (Just now finished his call ) : haan dadima .
Dadi : do you two have any important work today ?
Maan : haan dadi , today the new interns are joining . need to slot the work .
Dev : haan dadi . is there anything important ?
Dadi : I don't want you two to go office today .
Maan and dev : WHAT ??NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO'
Both were startled that they wont be able to see their respective angels today .
Dadi was also equally startled to expect the same reaction from both of her grand sons especially dev .
Dadi : why two both are shouting like this ?
Maan : no dadima , I have a very important work today . there is a presentation today . so I need to be present personally . you can take dev if u want .
Dev was shocked and dosent know how to react for some time . he some how managed to find his voice : dadima I have an important onsight call today .i cant miss it . I need to be there in office today .
Dadi : if u two say like this , whom I ll ask ? okay you both can go . I ll manage . dadi expected both to stay after hearing her sympathy dialogue but maan and dev literally ran out of the house saying :sorry dadima .
Dadi was shocked beyond words . " so my dear grandsons, you two are upto something . I knew maan found geet . but what about dev ? I need to keep an eye on both . am very happy that you two atlast decided to make this old lady happy with your marriage . I ll make it special . I am your dadi . I know how to bring the truth out from you both ."
KHURANNA OFFICE
Maan reached the office first and went towards his cabin. He was anxiously waiting for geet . he dosent know why but he was longing to see her by his side . geet was allotted the room adjusent to maan from where he couls her always . on the other hand dev wanted to buy something for varshika . he somehow came to know that she liked chocolates a lot . so he bought a big hersheve's bar. But did not have any idea of how he could give it to her.
Geet took blessings from her parents and started for the office . she picked varshika up on the way . both were kind of tensed as it was their first day . geet was really worried that she dosent have a good relation with her boss. She felt helpless but at the same time anxious to work with him . both reached the office at 8:45 . they saw pinky and adi waiting for them in the lobby .
Pinky : hey geet and varshika .
Geet : hi
Varshika : hi.
Adi : how you guys doing ?
Geet : I am really tensed yaar. I don't know what really maan sir is .
Pinky : what about you varshika ?
Varshika : I don't know yaar . dev sir seems to be nice but I have a doubt that he would change as a angry Dracula any time like his brother.
Just then dev entered and heard their conversation . he smiled to himself thinking about his description that varshika gave . he walked towards them pretended not to had heard anything . varshika was trembling with fear whether he heard what she said or not . fear was clearly visible in her face .
Dev : what happened to you varshika ? are you alright ?
Varshika : yea , am ok .
Dev : ok come to my cabin now . geet all the best .
Geet : thanks dev . I ll also leave to you khadoos bros cabin .
Geet and varshika hugged each other . varshika left to dev's cabin while geet to maan' s.

AT MAAN'S CABIN
Geet : sir , may I come in ?
Maan : yes come in
Geet : sir wo..
Maan : oh so madam , finally decided to come to my cabin .
Geet : ?
Maan : your cabin is next mine .
Geet : ok sir .
Maan : it's the first day , so am giving you the minimal work . get the chowdary's file and analyse their requirement . submit the report by 4 .
Geet : ok sir . may I ask one question ?
Maan : yea , go ahead .
Geet : are they the same people who deal with Handa industries ?
Maan : yes .
Geet : ok sir . I ll study and report it soon .
Maan : okay , you may leave now .
With that geet exited the cabin feeling a bit relieved . adi shows her the cabin . it was full of her taste . the colour she liked and the furnitures everything .. it was entirely different from that of maan's .
Geet : adi sir ?
Adi : haan geet.
Geet : my cabin is very beautiful . its exactly of my taste .
Adi : the room was renowed yesterday geet . maan sir wanted to change somethings so himself arranged it . its peculiar of him

Adi : ok geet . all the best . he expects the work to be done perfectly .

maan silently watched her from his cabin and smiled .

She was sought of tensed and worried . since it was her first day , she felt the need to know about her surroundings first . dev sought of understood her situation and started his conversation .
Dev : varshika , your cabin is next to mine .
Varshika : ok sir . with that she saw her room thorugh the glass window .
Dev : come lets go there .
Varshika : hmmm'

Dev : did you like the room?
Varshika : I love it dev sir .
Dev : hey no need to be formal here . call me dev .
Varshika : yes sir 'no sir ' sorry sir .
Dev (smiled seeing her tenseness ) : no need to get yaar.. feel free. Its necessary to work In this environment .
Varshika (with little hesitation ): ok dev .
Dev : since this is your first day , we don't gonna work .
Varshika : then what can we do ?
Dev : we better know about each other taste .

He thanked god for providing him the situation to give her the chocolate .

Dev just jumping in excitement as a small child dance after getting icecream . he smiled and said : hmm.. just a guess .
AFTER SOME TIME IN GEET'S CABIN
Geet was sincerely studying the project details . she was too engrossed in her study . maan was passing by and he saw her too engrossed . he actually want to go to dev's cabin . least did he knew that his brother was chatting with his angel . he watched her making notes and highlighting the importane points . he smiled to himself and thought " well am surprised miss.geet handa . wow ! this chatter box can also do some work . lets see how your first assaignment is." With that he left to his cabin and started working on some blue prints . Later after some time , geet and varshika left for lunch with pinky and adi . they had a nice time and discussed how their boss were.
It was nearly 3 when maan came back from his meeting . he was really exhausted and asked the peon to bring a coffee for him . 10 mins passed . geet had finishes preparing the report . so she went towards maans cabin while accidentally he collided with the peon and coffee was spilled on the floor . the peon was trembling with the fear that if his boss sees this he would be thrown out of the job moreover he was waiting to get scolded by geet .
Peon : sorry mam . I dint notice you . its my fault . I ll clean it please don't say to sir . mam please .
Geet : hey hey hold on . its was not at all your fault . it was me who dint notice and dashed on to you . why are you asking sorry ?
Peon opened his mouth in surprise : wo wo ' mam please you go I ll clean it up soon .
Geet : okay , for whom you took coffee?
Peon : maan sir . he was so tired and called me up for coffee .
Geet : ok you clean this up soon . I ll make the coffee .
Peon : no mam its ok . I ll clean it up soon and bring him the coffee .
Geet : its okay baiya . I ll make it .. you ll be so eshausted with his meeting . moreover am his secretory , its my duty too .
Peon was overwhelmed when she addressed him as baiya : jee mam .
Geet : no need to call me mam . am very younger to you . call me geet .
Peon : jee wo wo '
Geet : ok you go baiya . sir ll be waiting .
With that she went to pantry first and made him a coffee .maan watched the whole scene from his cabin . he thought "wow god ! you are making her to offer her hand made coffee. must be my lucky day " she dosent know which flavor he would like . so she prepared black coffee with one cube sugar which she liked . geet made her way to his cabin .
Geet : excuse me sir .
Maan : yea come in .
Geet : sir your coffee .
Maan : I asked the peon to bring it . where is he ?
Geet : actually sorry sir , I actually colluded with him and the coffee was all over the floor . he is cleaning it up now . it wasn't his mistake . I dint notice him .
Maan : okay . what else ?
Geet : sir the report is finished .
Maan looked at the time .it was half an hour before the due . he took the file from her and went through . he was impressed with her work . she described even the difficult things in a much easier way so that even a non- business man could understand . geet was quite uneasy expecting his boss reaction .
Geet (self talk ) : oh my god ! it seems that he is checking thorough a magnifying glass . what if he finds some mistake and shout at me ? I double checked but I cant find anything . babaji madad karna pls '
Maan : hmmm..not bad miss handa . but you need to improve a lot .
Geet (self talk ) : dhust dhanav . cant he praise me little on my first day ?
Maan : hmmmm..ok ' now arrange the meeting the next 2 weeks and forward me once it is done .
Geet : ok sir .
Maan : ok .
With that geet left the cabin and started doing the work allotted .
Varshika on the other hand was also preparing the project report of some other company . she finished it and forwarded it to dev . he went through .
Dev : good work varshika .
Varshika : thnx dev .
Dev : ok let me know if u have any doubts .
Varshika : yea I do have some .
They had discussion till 7 . just then dev noticed the time and asked her to leave . geet also finished her work and forwarded the chart to maan who inturn asked her to leave as it was getting late . geet and varshika bed bye to their bosses made their way to down . geet dropped varshika home . having reached home at 8 , had her dinner and fell asleep on her bed tired with the days work .

Three weeks passes ,
As days passes by geet and varshika felt more comfortable with their bosses . geet was back to her herself.she argued with maan more than ever . maan had to eventually agree with her as he had no other choice or he need to face the silent treatment of his secretory . on the other hand dev and varshika had become more of a best friends . dev would join her whenever geet was out with maan for meetings . he made up a habit of gifting her favourite chocolates now and then .
It was one such day , geet had to leave with maan for a business lunch . so dev took varshika out for lunch . after ordering lunch in the restaurant ,
Dev : varshika , may I ask you something ?
Varshika : yea go ahead .
Dev : how did you , geet , aditi and preet became friends ?
Varshika : hmmmm'its been since out childhood . we met in out 1stgrade .
Dev : 1st grade ? how come you are in touch till now ?
Varshika : yea , it was a very funny incident and I remember it very well . we ll laugh like anything whenever we remember it .
Dev : am too waiting to hear the story .
Varshika :ok ..it was in our first day of our 1st . geet was in the first bench and me next to her . while aditi and preet at our back . geet brought sandwitch as lunch . preet snatched it from her and made her cry . myself and aditi being the super womans punched him .
Dev was laughing like anything : oh my god !! you punched him ?? seriously ' you are not any kind of superwoman '..
Varshika : you need to hear the remaining part also .
Dev (still laughing ): I ll die crying if I hear more ..
Varshika (smiling ): I can assure you . it ll not happen. The next day he bought sandwitch for all the four of us and asked sorry . from that day onwards we became friends and decided that we ll never ever separate . we made it a point that we study in the same class. Took the same group in 11thand joined the same college and same stream .
Dev : anyways you ll get separated after marriage na ?
Varshika : we have a plan for that also .
Dev : huh ..????
Varshika looked around her and said : promise you wont say this anyone . it's a big secret .
Dev : ok promise .
Varshika : if our parents wants to get myself and geet married we ll marry only brothers . we even decided how many childrens we ll have . myself and geet ll have a boy and a girl . while preet ll have twins 'a boy and a girl . how is it ?
Dev : seriously you are impossible .
Varshika : I know it . we ll get them married so that we aren't separated for ever .
Dev : what if your husbands dosent agree to it ?
Varshika : who gonna ask those idiots ?

Varshika : if they come in our way , they sure are .
Dev ( selftalk ) : dev , see how your fate had become ? god why me ? I should better behave with her properly or else my best married life would become a worse night mare . help me god .

Varshika :sir lunch came . lets have .
The waiter served it and left the place . they enjoyed their lunch but dev wasn't able to come out of the shock yet .
Dev : tell me this is a dream .
Varsihka : no its not .
Dev : how am I going to manage you in my future?
Varshika : what ? why should you ?
Dev :ummm..nothing I meant how your husband gonna tolerate you .
Varshika : that's his problem .
Dev : yea .
Dev paid the bill and left for office . he was in deep thought that how he gonna propose her and make her accept for marriage . he asked her to bar all the calls for one hour as wants sometime alone . he thought " oh my god ! what the hell ? if I want my marriage to happen , it means I have to patch up geet with maan . am gonna do more of a uncle's job than that of the partner of the company."
Geet was attending the meeting with maan . the meeting went smoothly and it was time for them to leave . they got the khanna's project and the clients were extremely happy with her presentation and so was maan .
Mr.Khanna : miss.geet am really impressed with your hardwork .
Geet : thank you sir . I must say all the thanks goes to maan sir . he guided me in every sir .
Mr. Khanna : wow Mr.khuranna , I must say you have a very beautiful and intelligent associate .
Maan : yea I agree . he looked at geet and they had a short eye lock .
Mr. khanna : ok Mr.Khuranna we ll be back with the further informations tomorrow . I ll introduce our C.E.O Mr. Rajesh then .
Maan : thank you Mr.Khanna .
Geet : thank you sir .
With that geet and maan left for office . geet started to develop feelings for each other but they something stopped them to accept it from inside . maan asked geet to make all the required arrangements for the next day's meeting . geet finishes all her work and left home with varshika .
Next day , everyone was busy in the office with their respective works . adi , varshika and geet was flying with the blue prints and the other documents while pinky assisting them . the meeting was scheduled at 5:30 evening . the day was extremely busy for both . geet was preparing the last minute changes while varshika drafted the necessary documents and mailing to her both bosses. Its time for the meeting .
Maan : welcome Mr.Khanna .
Mr.Khannna : hello Mr.khuranna . am very happy to see both of the brothers here .
Dev : hello Mr.Khanna .
Mr.Khanna : nice to meet you guys .
Maan : please take you seat .
Dev : this is varshika my secretory .
Varshika : hello sir .
Mr.khanna : hello . seems both the brothers got very smart associates .
Neither of them know how to respond . so they decided to keep quite .
Maan : geet ll give the presentation and you let us know if u wanna do some changes .
Mr.Khanna : ofcourse Mr.Khuranna my company C.E.O ll join us in some time .
The presentation went very well and the client was impressed all over again . just then his company C.E.O rajesh entered .
Mr.Khuranna : there you come rajesh .
Rajesh : sorry sir , the meeting got delayed .
Mr.Khuranna : its ok . meet miss geet and miss. Varshika maan and dev khuranna's secretorys .
Geet and varshika turned towards them and stood rooted . they gave him a most annoyed look which was evident to both maan and dev . rajesh stood there watching them with a smirk and forwarded his hand for a handshake . both did not want to shake their hand .so they refused by folding hands and said "namashkar". They both made excuse to bring some files and left the conference room . sensing the situation to be odd maan some how ended the meeting and send off the clients . by that it was nearly 7:30 . after sending off the clients maan was so angry that he would burst of any moment .
Maan : what the hell is wrong with those girls ?
Dev : am also quite shocked bro . I have never seen them behave so .
Maan : ok lets see what they were upto .
Dev :yes bro .
Both the brothers made their way to their cabin and stopped on their way when they both girls busy cursing rajesh
Geet : stupid , idiot ,fool . I never thought I would meet him here .
Varshika : why cant some lightening struck his head ?
Dev was about to laugh when he saw his brother giving him a stern look . both understood there something between them and rajesh and they decided to fing out .
Geet : kutthe , kaminey I pray the corporation should not close the drainage on the road and he should fall in that .
Varshika : I wish you should be left along with a gourilla .
Hearing this the two brothers burst out into laughing . they were not able to control their laugher . geet and varshika stood their shocked . they did not know what to do . it took 10mins for the two brothers to stop their laughing while the geet and varshika stood admiring them . maan for the first time had laughed so happily in his life time that he completely forgot about his surroundings . somehow maan and dev composed them selves and started their conversation .
Maan : who is this rajesh ?
Dev : how did you guys know him ?
Geet : wo wo '
Varshika : ummm' oh
Maan : come on , give me the answer .
Geet and varshika signaled something within themselves and counted 1,2,3 and started running towards the exit with their handbags . luckily there was no one in the office except them . maan and dev dint know whats happening there but they understood one thing they are cheated.
maan : why are they running like this ?
dev : i have no idea ... these girls will drive us nuts .
maan :i never leave them now . they owe me an explanation .
Maan started running behind geet . dev did not what to do so he also ran behind varshika. The two girls ran in the speed of lightening . they took the steps while maan and dev were on lift . geet and varshika reached the ground floor at the same time as maan and dev . they began chasing one another like small school childrens . geet quickly hid behind a car while varshika underneath the steps . which did not go unnoticed by either of them . maan quietly went behind geet and tapped her shoulder .
Geet : shhhh'chup varshika
Again maan tapped her shoulder .
Geet : are yaar am saying na otherwise that dhust dhanav ll notice . I don't know what he ll do if he catches me.
Maan got angry on geet for calling him with names but got an idea and smirked . he swiftly lifted her .
Geet was shocked and was about to shout . Maan quickly gave a deathly glare which made her shut up instantly. he took her to his cabin . on the other hand , dev too located varshika who was hiding under the steps . he went near her
Dev : are you waiting for some one ?
varshika : yea , am waiting for that idiot to leave the place .
Dev (shocked ) : which idiot ?
Varshika (Still dint look at his face ) : who else my boss . he is chasing me . thank god he dint see me yet .
Dev : don't thank god so soon because he saw you now and also heard you scolding him .
Varshika : ooh who ar'? With that she turned and faced him . the only which came out from her mouth is "aawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww'."
He immediately shut her mouth with his hand .
Dev : shut up .
Varshika :mmmm '. Mmmmm'mmmmmm ..
Dev : what ?
Varshika : mmm'mmm..mmm..trying to take his hand .
Dev understood what she meant . he dragged her to office .
at office ,
maan : why you guys are running as if u had seen a ghost ?
geet : actually he was our friend's friend .
varshika : it was a birthday party and we met him .
dev : for that you are running ?
geet : no actually , we mistook him to be a thief and poured paint on him and locked him in a room .
varshika : when we informed the people below , they said he is not a theif but indeed the birthday boy .
geet : on that day he told when we meet the next time , he would make it memorable like we did for him .
varshika : but we did not meet him after that . but when we met him today , he thought he ll do something and thats why we dint shake hands with him .
maan : what exactly is the reason to run a marathon and that too round the office ?
geet : i thought he would have told something to you . moreover we saw both of you in the pantry , so i guessed you ll pour something .
varshika : thats the reason .
dev : may be he is not doing anything . but i gonna do something for making me run behind you .
varshika : who asked you to run ?
maan : and geet you too .
geet : well what is my fault ? if u run behind me ?
dev : no more interuptions , you two made us run and we are hungry , so make us something now .

maan : and dont show your smartness here by adding more of salt ot chilli powder because you ll eat first .

after some time , geet and varshika served them noodles and chit chatted for sometime talking and laughing . and finally left home ..

Its been three and half weeks since aditi and preet reached Mumbai . they were well settled in the new office and the environment . aditi too kind of started liking preet. Preet took extra care of her since they are staying together. Preet and aditi both leave for office together and reach home together , they kind of having a good understanding among them . it was aditi's birthday. The four friends wanted to spend some time together . but their hectic schedule did not permit them to take leave . so preet , geet and varshika came up with a plan . it was decided that preet will plan a surprise party for aditi and propose her. Geet and varshika reached office and called her to wish .
Geet sat in her cabin and made a conference call to varshika and aditi.
Geet : hi aditi . happy birthday .
Varshika : happy birthday aditi .
Aditi ( was in tears ) : thnk you guys . I miss you badly .
Geet :I miss you so much .
Varshika : we had never been separated so far . I don't know how I gonna spend time without you . when are you coming ?
Maan and dev reached their secretaries cabin @ the same time and were shocked to hear that they were missing someone other than them .
Maan (selftalk ) : miss you ? whom does she missing ? does she have some one else in her life ? but she had never mentioned about him ? I need to find this out .
Dev ( selftalk ) : whom this might be ? had she found her idiot ? but I love her . what can I do now ? I better ask her .
Geet (aditi ) : okay take care .
Varshika : miss you . take care sweetie .
Dev (self talk ) : sweetie ? had she called me so one day ? by the way how will she call when she is not mine ?
Geet saw maan standing near the door . he looked lost .
Geet : ummmm'' sirrr?
There was no response from maan .
Geet : ssssiiiirrrrr'..?????
He came out of the trance and looked at her blankly .
Geet : sir , what happened ? do you need something ?
Maan : nothing . I came to get the blue prints of khannas project .
Geet : here it is sir .
Maan : ok..
Geet : can I ask you something ?

Geet : sir I need two hour permission today .
Maan : what far ?
Geet : wo wo 'actually I need to attend my frnds birthday ..so (bit hesitantly ).

Geet was very happy: thank you so much sir . you made my day , I thought you wont grant it .. but you are so sweet .
With that she left the cabin and marched towards varshika's cabin , maan gave a sad smile and went to his cabin .

Dev : may I know the reason ?
Varshika : I need to attend my dearest birthday party .
dev noded and varshika jumped in joy . just then geet entered the cabin .
geet : sorry I ll come afterwards . it seems you guys are busy .
dev : no geet you carry on . I was anyways leaving .

after dev left , the two friends screamed on joy . thank god ..the cabin was sound proff or the people ear would have been bursted .
geet and varshika ( in union ) " I got the permission .
their joy knew no bounds . they never missed each others birthday since they had become friends. They decided to go fot shopping at 4 and buy gifts . they booked flight tickets to mumbai on the way . the return tickets were books in the midnight time . how could they miss their friend who gonna be proposed in few hours time ?

Geet and varshika rushed out of their cabins with a smile plastered on their faces . maan and dev sat there like devdas and decided to leave the office missing their mishti's presence . geet and varshika reached the mall and purchased some gifts for aditi and preet and made their way to the airport .

Preet was so tensed and worried about aditi's response. He planned a surprise party for her with all her favourites . preet took leave for the day and only aditi attended the office . he was busy with the preparations . aditi missed hime badly . she tried calling him but he did not pick up . it was then she realized that her feelings for him was something beyond friendship . she thought about it for a while and was confused . so she left home . on reaching home , she found a gift wrapped box on her bed with a note on it , she took the note . it read ,

She unwrapped it and found a sleeveless white top . it was beautiful and she loved it . she refreshed herself and wore the dress . she found another note in the table .

Aditi was so thrilled , it was so much unlike preet being so romantic .for a second she thought someone was playing with her, but she decided to go with it .
AT KHURANNA MANSION IN DELHI .
Dadima was surprises and shocked to see both of her grandsons arriving so early to home . for a secong she thougth they might have come to get ready for attending some business party's . but they looked so pale . so she decided to ask them directly .
Dadi : are maan , dev you two so early ?
Maan : dadi am so tired . don't disturb me for dinner.
Dev : me too dadi .
With that they dosent give her a chance to speak more. They left to their rooms thinking about their love.
Dadi : what happened to these two ? behaving so weird !
Her CID brain started working and she decided to call adi to know more.
Dadi : hello adi .
Adi : jjjjeee..dadima . aap kaise hai ?
Dadi : am fine beta .

Adi : yes dadi . the office had completely changed after geet and varshika entered . maan and dev sir , dosent shout at us often . infact he is explaining the situation dadima.

He laid down in his bed and staired at the cealing . he remembered the time he spent with her. His life treasure .he wants his treasure to last forever . he loved geet , he realized that he cant live without her . but what about her? Is she in love with someone else ? or am I wrong in judging her before expressing my self? I need to find this out . I should let my thoughts free ..

Dev was in deep thought . he encountered the moments he saw that day "take care sweetie" whom does she called sweetie ? may be a friend ? I cant imagine my life without her .i need to win her back . she does not know anything about my feelings . I must let her know . oh my god !! why are forcing me to such situations ? I had never been after a girl like this before . may be its time to change myself .
Dadi carefully watched her grandsons who are in ready to turn devdas stage . she decided to have a talk with geet's mom next morning .
Geet and varshika reached Mumbai airport on time . they got a cab and reached the venue that preet had told them .the place was beautifully decorated . they met with preet and had a chat till aditi arrived . they decided to give her even more surprise . so they hide behind the curtains .as soon as aditi reached the middle of the hall , soft music began to play and lights were lit on slowly one by one . she stood dumbstuck with the arrangements . preet walked towards aditi , he was blown down totally by her beauty . he bend down on his knees and said
" aditi , this whole universe beauty is nothing infront you . you look like an angel from the heaven . I want to spend the rest of my life with you . so will you marry me ?
Aditi was totally shocked but at the same time very happy . he could not say anything . she stood silently for some time . she walked towards preet and hugged him tightly and blured out a "yes". Preet was in cloud nine . he was so happy . he totally forgot that two other persons are standing behind them .
Geet and varshika made their way towards aditi and hugged her . aditi was so surprised and had tears in her eyes .
Aditi : am so happy .. how come you guys are here? You dint say me before?
Varshika : if we say it before, then whats the points of surprise ?
Geet : am so happy that you accepted preet .
Aditi blushed and shied . geet and varshika gave their gifts . they had dinner together and talked for some time . they need to leave early since they had their office the next day ' the two friends bid good bye to aditi and preet and left for the airport while the two love birds started romancing .

It was beautiful day . geet and varshika had returned home and was ready to leave for the office . at the same time dadi was thinking of a plan to meet geet's mom and varshika mom that day . so she called rano and informed of her visit . she also asked her to invite varhsika's mom .rano was confused but agreed .
maan and dev left for office early as they had some important meetingregarding khanna's project . the same was in the case of varshika and geet . the meeting was scheduled at 11 so they were busy preparing the necessary documents .
on the other hand , dadima reached handa's residence . rano welcomed her . Rano introduced suchitra to dadi . rano , dadi and suchitra , varshika's mom started chit chatting .
suchitra : ma, how did you know varshika ?
Dadi: she is working as my grandson's secretory .
suchitra : oo...
Rano : ma ,, what is the matter ? anything serious ?
dadi : well i think , can we change our friendship to relationship ?
Rano was confused and so was Suchitra .
Dadi : well my grandsons were so far lived with work for a while and i think its time for them to experience some happiness in their life . i can see them changed only after geet and varshika entered their life's . i want this to last forever beta .

the meeting was about to start . everyone was present in the conference room .. geet and varshika were arranging the files .. varshika was about to give the presentation and just then rajesh joined them . varshika gave an annoying look which only geet , maan and dev understood . geet signaled her not to do somthing stupid ...varshika noded and started her presentation .geet took the charge during her part of presentation .. rajesh looked at them with wonderment and thought " wow !! these two devils are not bad .. presentation is wonderful but how can forget the incident . they spoiled my beutiful dress and that too on my birthday .. till now i dint take revenge . but today i came out with a plan ".
Mr. khanna : wow the presentation is awsome Mr. Khuranna . i must say you have got wonderful staffs .
maan : thank you Mr. Khanna
Rajesh : by the way Mr. Khuranna , we have to decided to throw up a party for this project tonight . it would be pleasure to invite you and dev . .

Rajesh : Ms . Geet and Varshika you too should be there and that too in pairs . its our theme this time .

rajesh gave geet and varshika "now what you gonna do" look and with that all of them left the room and made their way outside . he turned to geet " well Ms . Geet dont worry , am there to give you company in party. i too havent got any pair ."
maan who was following geet felt like throwing him out from the terrace the very moment . geet who dont want to accompany rajesh suddenly said " dont worry Mr.Rajesh i am already booked ."
maan and rajesh gave her a confused look . geet continued " why should i worry if maan sir is with me ? hena maan sir ?"
maan noded and felt so happy . his one problem is solved . rajesh turned towards varshika while she clinged on to dev and said " dev you ll be with me na ?" dev noded with smile written all over his face .
rajesh was so dissapointed that his plan was a utter flop . he then decided to make up some plan in the party . with that he left with Mr. Khanna .

Its evening . the party was about to begin . maan came a bit early and was talking to Mr.Khanna . dev and varshika could not attend the party as they had to leave for London for a meeting with the board of directors at the last moment . so it was decided that only maan and geet will attend the meeting. Here maan was waiting for geet .he called her a couple of times and she stated that she would be there soon as she was stuck in the traffic . maan had some talk with the other business men . suddenly he felt her presense around him . he turned towards the entrance . there he saw her with some coupe of other business mans wife . she looked really beautiful . she made her way towards him . he was totally off. he just stared at her . Mr.Khanna saw this and smiled to himself and thought " oh Mr.Khuranna !! it seems your love story had been started but there Is no director to lead to a right path ' don't worry I ll direct it from here"
Geet came near maan . he just stared at her . dint speak a word . geet was confused with his reaction .
Geet : sir ???
Maan came out of the trance and asked " when did you come ?"
Geet : sorry sir , I was stuck in traffic and here Mr.Khanna's wife caught hold of me . I could not move from there ."
Maan : its ok . Mr.Khanna was looking for you . let proceed .
Geet : oh yea .
Maan and geet met with Mr.Khanna . he introduced geet to other businessmen . couple of young business men stared at geet . she looked so beautiful that no one could remover their gaze .
Geet just wandered and had a talk with some ladies . her eyes just gazed at maan . "he looked so handsome" sht thought . she started remembering her first meeting with him . her fight , the pooja and office meetings . she smiled . Mrs. Khanna noticed this and pointed to Mr.Khanna . both smiled at them and made a note to bring them together .
Mrs.Khanna : so geet , how is life going ?
Geet : wonderful mam .
Mrs.Khanna : how is office ? I head that MSK is so rude and arrogant . he never respects his staffs '.
Geet felt like kicking her out . but she had to remain calm for maan's sake " no mam . you had mistaken . he is so good to staffs . he never yells at anyone and infact help others when they are in problem . he is so understanding . some people who never have useful jobs spread romours like this ."
Mrs .Khanna smiled at seeing her possessiveness over maan . now she was confirmed that geet was in love with maan but haven't confessed it . on the other hand , Mr.Khanna came out with a plan .
Mr.Khanna : Mr. Khuranna , what do you think of geet ?
Maan : huh ?
Mr.Khanna : I mean is she able to cope up with your office work ? behaving and all ?
Maan thought why is he asking so : not at all Mr. Khanna . she is really good at work and has her limits with others . may I know why you are enquiring about my staff ?
Mr.Khanna : nothing Mr.Khuranna , I am seeking some alliance for my brothers son . so I thought of geet . she is so perfect .
Maan was shocked : WHAT ?????? ummm.. oh ' I think geet has a boyfriend .
Mr.Khanna some how controlled his laugher seeing maan's reaction . he thought he would confess his feeling for her but never expected this answer : well then I ll ask her itself then .
Maan stood there speechless . he thought " is this a business party or what ? is he turning this into a swayamvara ? how dare he think of my geet with someone .. oh my god !! I need to talk to her now ."
Just then the dance floor was open and rajesh came out with an announcement . " hello ladies and gentlemen !! I am very glad to announce you all that this project is a grand success . all the thanks goes to our company chairman Mr .Khanna and Mr.Khuranna and his secretory Miss. Geet . come on lets celebrate this grand success ." he glared at geet with a evil smile and continues " It would be nice to start with geet" . geet was so shocked . she dosent know what to do . she searched for maan but could not find him . on the other hand maan searched her . mean while rajesh came to geet and extended his hand " may I ?" she very well knew he ll do something to embrass her . just then maan got on to the situation . he saw geet and rajesh on the dance floor . he could guess that they were there for may be a minute .he could clearly some uncomfortness and tension on geet's face . he walked towards rajesh and turned " may I cut in ?". rajesh thought for a minute and said "sure".
After rajesh left , geet let out a sign of relief . she said " where were you maan ? I searched you ? I was so tensed ."
Maan was surprised that she dint call him sir this time . may be she could have forgotten in this tension . he felt really nice to hear his name from her .he looked into her eyes and said " I was just here . but you dint notice me."
Both looked on to each other eyes for a long time . the song changed on to some romantic numbers . they were lost in each other . he could see the love in her eyes . she too was able to see some sort caring and love in his eyes . they did not care about the surroundings . the lights were dim . Mr and Mrs . Khanna watched the love birds . they were perfect for each other . on the other hand rajesh sulked that he could not take his revenge .
Maan and geet were so lost in each other . maan whispered in geet ear
Maan : geet do you know what Mr.Khanna asked me ?
Geet : how will I know unless you tell me ?
Maan : he is seeking your hand for his brother's son .
Geet (smiled ) : well am already booked .
Maan loosened his hold a bit in her waist : well who is that guy ?
Geet got an idea and whispered in his ear : what ll I do if I the guy himself is asking the question ?
Maan was so happy with her response : well does that mean that I got the license ?
Geet : well I do think so '
Maan : I love you geet .
Geet blushed and hid her face in his chest and blured " I love you too maan".Geet was on cloud nine . she was so happy that he too loved him .. she could not describe her happiness at all ..maan on the other hand was very very happy that she accepted her feelings ..he promised himself that he ll make her happy always
They were brought out from their dream land when they heard the others clapping their hands . that is when they realized that they were only couple who were dancing in the floor . geet blushed and maan pulled her closer . Mr & Mrs .Khanna came towards them and wished
Mr.Khanna : wow !! I must say the dance was so awesome Mr.Khuranna .
Mrs.Khanna : you two look perfect . my hearty wishes .
Geet : thank you Mrs. Khanna .
With that they left the party and came outside . geet was about to call her driver but maan stopped her .
Maan : I ll drop you home .
Geet : its okay maan . I ll call the driver .
Maan : geeettt..
Geet : ok don't shout . I ll come .
Maan gave a naughty smile and with that they got on to the car . maan dropped her home and left for the mansion .
That night both could not sleep . they thought how they became so close with in a short period of time . maan turned around restlessly while geet staring at the stars . he could not take any further and called her .
Geets phone rang . she wondered who on the earth ll call her this time .
Geet picked up the cell and saw maans name . she felt shy , nervous and what not ?? she answered the call but did not talk anything neither did maan ..they could hear each other's breath . that was enough for them to calm down . both slept hearing the other's musical breath ..
PART-14
The morning drove away the darkness not only over the places but also in maan's heart.. he felt light . he wanted happiness which was readily given by geet . geet on the other hand felt everything to be a dream . she wondered whether such things happened really or its all her dream ?? her dream was interrupted by a phone call .
It was 8 am . maan got ready . he felt impatient to hear her voice . so he decided to call her . geet attended the call .
Maan : what are you doing darling ?
Geet in a sleepy voice : calling at this time . what will I do ? sleeping ..
Maan : oh oh what do you think the time is ?
Geet : may be around 6 ..
Maan : for your kind information its 8 .
Geet got up startled : WHAT ?????
Before maan could say anything rano entered her room to wake her up .
Rano : its getting late geet ..you dint go to office today ?? what happened ?
Geet : nahi mom . it's the stupid party . I had to sleep late and ..
Maan (in phone ): geet how dare you call the party stupid ???
Geet : shut up.
Rano who dint know that she talking in phone was shocked : geet are you asking me to shut up ?? I just said its getting late .
Geet startled and said : no mom I dint ask you to shut up . I was talking over phone .
Maan on the line giggled seeing geet's plight .
Rano : with whom ?
Geet : wo wo ..maanita ma .. she is my college friend..
Maan (in phone ): what ?? maanita ?? she ??
Rano : but you have never mentioned her name before.
Geet : she is my junior .
Maan (in phone ): geet this is not right . you have changed the name of MSK 'Maan singh khuranna .
Geet : umm..i know ..
Rano : geet if u don't like the party then why did you go ?
Geet : I wont go here after mom.
Maan (in phone ) : if you don't come, here after then for sure I ll take some other girls with me .. ummm ..let me think.. what about rita ??
Saying this he smiled and came down the stairs .he sat in the chair and asked nakul to bring his coffee . dadima watched smiling and talking to someone ' she could guess it was none other then geet . she silently watched him .
Geet could not scold him since her mom was with her : oh no sweety , if you do so , then I will turn your head side wards and chip off your nails .
On hearing this , maan who was drinking coffee till then , spat out .
Maan : WHAT ??
Geet (on phone ) : oh yea sweety !!! I am sure you wont do this here after .
Maan completely lost and dint care that dadi was sitting beside him : well geet , if you can turn my head and chip of my nails , then I can fire you if u are not in the office within 30 mins .
Geet :what ?? maan are you mad ? how can I get ready in 30 mins ?
Maan : that's your problem . get ready to face your boss there.
Geet took her dress and ran to the washroom . rano watched her like " what happened to her ? I cant understand this girl at all"
On the other as maan left for office , dadi broke out into laugher. She definitely never in her dreams thought geet would have said so '. She could not get her grand son's expression off her mind ..she felt so happy that she choose the right girl ..
AT LONDON AIRPORT
Dev and varshika were waiting in the airport . the trip made her realize her feeling to some extent . she felt something for dev . she could not explain it . on the other hand dev did not know how to express his feeling to her . he felt so suffocated . so he excused himself for getting a coffee and he left for some stalls .
It was nearly 20 mins and dev did not return . varshika's was kind of tensed as to where he might have gone . suddenly she heard a loud bang somewhere in the airport. People started shouting and running here and there . she saw some of the police man running towards some shop . she did not know what to do . she tried calling dev but it wasn't reachable . she went to search for him . on the other hand , dev who was buying some things heard a some loud sounds . he turned and saw towards it . he could only see full of smoke and one or two lying in a pool of blood . he could not think for a second . thank god nothing happened to him . he tried reaching varshika but people started running and he could not do anything . he went towards police and asked "sir , what happened ?"
Police : there is a bomb blast .
Dev : sir , is there any life damages ?
Police : yea , a girl may be 20-22 yrs is dead ..she seemed to have come with some friend or so ..
Dev : what ?? he started thinking about varshika .. the whole world shattered infront of him .. he could never imagine his life without her. He thought to himself "no!! it cant be her..he can never leave me"
Varshika was searching for dev and she finally found him . she saw him in tears . she ran towards him and hugged him tight and cried . dev stood there numb. He saw her . his happiness knew no bounds. He hugged her .
Varshika : where did you go ? I was so worried .
Dev : don't say anything .. I would have never forgiven myself if anything happens to you ..
Varshika : I felt I was dead .. please don't leave me and go .
Dev : I ll never leave you in my entire life .. my life nothing without you .
Varshika release herself and looked at him . he saw her and said
Dev : yes , varshika . the moment I heard if this incident , the thought of loosing you killed me . I don't know whether its right or wrong but the truth is I cant live without you . I want you in my life .I Dont know whether i would get a chance to express myself or not varshika . all i wanne say is I need you to share my happiness and sorrow .I love you . ll you mine forever ?
Varshika did not know what to say or do .. she simply stared at him . her eyes were filled with tears . she hugged him and cried . after some time she whispered " I love you".
That's it dev's happiness knew no bounds. He picked her up and twirled her in the air 'everyone around saw them .varshika blushed . he did not bother anything . when the flight announcement came , they picked up their luggage and boarded the flight .
AT DELHI
Geet reached the office @ 9:29. 1 min before the said time . she rushed towards maan's cabin . she was filled with anger and ready to explode any time . she knocked the door and went inside . maan gave her smuggy smile and continued looking at the file .
Geet was so irritated and she decided to irritate him : SIR,,
Maan was surprised when she addressed him as sir . he looked at blankly
Geet : sorry SIR . I got late because I got home late due to yesterday's party . so slept late and also my workaholic lover had to call me in the morning and keep talking nonsense and '..
He kept the file on the table and moved towards her . geet who was talking non-stop just then saw him and kind of tensed and moved backwards .
Geet : sir , what are you doing ? this is office .
Maan : I know geet but it seems that my lover wants some dosage to shut her mouth .
Geet : dosage ??
Maan : oh yea .
He pinned her on either side of wall . she could not move . both were lost in each other eyes . he moved closer and she closed her eyes . suddenly there was hussel and bussel in the office . everyone moved towards the reception . maan and geet saw these and went outside .
Maan : whats going on here? Is this office or what ? where is adi ?
Adi came out from the crowds and faced him .
Adi : sir , there is a bomblast in London airport.
Maan : so what ? it dosent mean that you guys have to leave your work and chat among yourselves .
Geet : maan ?? varshika and dev ?? she got tensed and clutched on to his arms .
Adi : yes sir they are supposed to be in the airport at that time .
Maan : what ?? he immediately tried calling dev's mobile while geet with varshika ..but both of their mobiles were switched off .
Geet started to panic and wondered back and forth .maan called adi and asked him enquire with the airport officials .
Maan : adi , don't say anything to dadi now . nothing might have happened . you confirm with the London authourities .
Maan thought " no dev ! nothing ll happen to you . I feel like you are safe now. Please call me now."
Geet on the other hand was equally tensed . it was nearly four hours since the incident ..adi ran towards maan and geet said " sir ! they are safe . they have boarded the flight .the flight ll land in some half and hour sir ."
Geets was very happy and said " maan , am going to airport " with that she ran towards the exit without giving him chance to speak . maan told adi that he would also leave for airport and walked fast towards the exit . when he reached the door and looked back . finding no one there he ran towards geet and his car . she knew that definitely he would come behind and thus waiting for him in the lot .
part-15
Geet was waiting for him in the parking lot. Maan came down in few minutes and asked his driver to come straight to airport while he is going with geet . geet was ready and stopped the car infront of him and maan got in to it .. geet started speeding up .
Maan : geet slow down ..
Geet : shut up maan . you know how tensed I was when I heard the news ?
Maan : hey I understand but they are safe now and flight is about to land . don't worry .
Geet slowed down a bit : maan I have to say something .
Maan : hmm..
Geet : myself , varshika ,aditi and preet made a promise .
Maan : what promise ?
Geet : that myself and varshika ll marry only brothers.
Maan absent mindedly : ok ..
After few seconds realization dawned upon him and shouted : WHAT ?? WHAT STUPID PROMISE IS THAT ?
Geet : maan don't call our promise stupid , we made it in our schooling .
Maan : hey what am I supposed to do now ah ? patch her up with dev ?
Geet : that's your problem .
Maan : why are you so so complicated ?
Geet : you better do something .
With that they reached airport and were waiting for them near the lounge . varshika and dev who did not expect the other two in the airport came outside hand in hand . they were busy in romance that they dint noticed the other two standing near them .
Geet looked at both with her eyes wide and mouth open .. maan was also equally confused . he whispered to geet " it seems they are super fast than us."
Geet unable to take it any longer nearly pounced on varshika : you idiot , fool , goose what the hell are you doing with your phone ? both friends hugged each other and silence engulfed .
After few minutes varshika broke the silence : am sorry geet , I tried calling you after the incident but the network was busy .
Geet : ok you are fine na ?
Varshika : yea , am alright .
Maan : dev are you alright ?
Dev looking at varshika : yea ..
Geet : maan , if you don't mind can I take the day off ?
Maan : hmmm.. take care you both . see you in office tomorrow .
Dev : yes you too varshika . bye
Geet and varshika bed bye to the brothers and made their way home . they reached varshika home .
Suchitra : varshika , tum teek tho ho na ? (guys my hindi sucks , so please bear even if its for few words ).
Varshika : haan mom !! am perfectly fine .
Suchitra : ok you go to your room and freshen up . you too geet . I ll be there soon .
Geet : yea mom .

Geet : you don't know how worried I was .
Varshika : are don't worry yaar, am fine na !!
Geet : hmm'I saw something in the airport , wats it ?
Varshika : what did you see ?
Geet : you with dev ??
Varshika on hearing dev's name blushed and remembered the airport scenes . she went to her dream land . on not getting any reply from her geet shook her from her thoughts .
Geet giving a teasing smile : something fishy going on !!
Varshikas : oh ..ummm'
Geet put a hand on her shoulder : are !! what happened to my varshika ??
Varshika : hey I need to say you something .
Geet : ummm..am listening
Varshika : actually 'actually '
Geet : are yaar jump of that word and proceed
Varshika took a deep breath and continued : woh !! dev proposed me in the London airport ..she closed her eyes fearing geet's reaction .
Geet was like on cloud nine and thought " oh my god !! you are so sweet !! you made my day , I was worried for our promise . now I have no problem . I have to say this to maan."
Varshika continued feeling guilty : but look we made a promise right ? I cant breach that '. So I think of talking to him ..
Geet : hey nothing like that gonna happen ' am very happy for you and dev ..
Varshika : but geet
Geet : no buts and yets ..now tell me how did he propose you ?
Varshika hesitated for a minute and eventually gave in and told her the whole story ..geet kind of felt sad that maan dint propose her yet . it was she who first opened up and he merely accepeted and nothing more than that . she wondered whether her dhusht dhanav ll ever be opening up his heart. Least did she knew that a big surprise is awaiting for her . she was about tell her and maan's relation but Her thoughts were interrupted by a phone call.
geet attended the call and said to varshika that she need to leave then and would call her soon . with that she left for her home feeling somewhere sad .
Geet reached her home and saw her mom and dad in the living room . she was surprised to see her dad so early . normally he would be reaching home around midnight . but today it sounds so unusual and the look they had on their faces too was so unusual . they kind of tensed and worried . she made their way towards them . Mr.Handa and rano saw her and exchanged glances .
Geet : hi mom , hi dad .
Mr.Handa : hello beta .
Geet : how come you are so early ?
Mr.Handa : nothing big beta , just tired that why .
Geet (worries ): are you alright ?
Mr.Handa : am perfectly alright beta , just some tiredness .
Geet : mom ?? why did you asked me to come home soon ? anything serious ?
Rano : nothing important geet , just felt like seeing you now . I thought it would be great to spend time together when your dad is at home soon .
Geet : okay , but are you sure that you aren't hiding anything from me ?
Rano : what is there to hide from you ? ok you go and freshen up . I ll get something for you .
Geet : ok mom .
With that geet left the living room and made way to her room . she sensed something fishy but ignored it . Mr.Handa and rano exchanged glances and let out a sigh relief . soon as she entered the room ,
Mr.Handa : now the game starts 1,2,3,4,5,
Suddenly they heard geet scream . Mr.Handa and rano laughed their head out when they heard her scream .
Geet entered her room . it was unusually dark . usually her mom would switch on the side light for her all the time .
Geet : may be she might have forgotten it .
As soon as she entered , she heard someone calling her name .
Person : GEET..
Geet (scared ): who is this ??
Person took his mobile and played a ringtone . it's the evil laugh which is similar to the devil laughs in movies . that's it geet lost and started shouting " mama mama bhoot !! bhoot !! awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww''"
She took the stick near by and closed her eyes . when she felt that someone is near her , she started beating wildly without opening her eyes . the person was startled and tried calling her . everytime he opens his mouth , beatings would fall on his face '..
Mr.Handa and rano rolled on to laugher as it had become a big entertainment for them . the person finally yelled " hey drumstick stop beating me !! open your bloody eyes you idiot."
Hearing the word "drumstick" geet paused the stick in mid air . no one had ever got the nerve to call her with that name except one . its her brij bhaiyya . brij thought finally his pyari behen had got the news . he let out a sign of relief .
Geet was so happy and she ran and hugged him . the family were so happy to have him back after two years long time . he was quite busy with his business that he hardly got time to visit her pyari cousin .
Geet : bhaiya !! am so happy .
Brij : but am not , I came after two years and you bet me with a stick .
Geet : its your fault bhaiya . why did you frighten me ?
Brij : hmm..whats the thrill then ?
Just then Mr.Handa and Rano joined the scene . they had a hearty laugh after a long time . it was the time for dinner . everyone sat for the dinner .they had a nice chat . they talked foe sometime and left for bed as it was a tiring day for all of them especially for brij as he got a hell out of beating from her .
On the other hand maan was in his room thinking about the day's happenings . he remembered the conversation he had with dev in the evening .
FLASHBACK
Maan was on a important call at that time . he saw dev sitting on the terrace with a smile plastered on his face . he had seen him smiling a several times but it was so different . he could see the twinkling in his eyes . he was so tempted to ask the reason behind . he made his way towards him and tapped his shoulder .
Maan : dev ??
Dev came our of his dream land and faced maan : yes bro .
Maan : you seem to be happy today . whats the reason ?
Dev : wo bro , actually 'wo ..
Maan : its okay if you don't want to say . with that he turned to leave .
Dev called out to him and said : there is nothing I can from you bro . am very happy today
Maan : hmm..then may I know the reason ?
Dev : when I was in the London airport , I suddenly heard some bang . when I enquired about it I found out that a girl between 19-21 age is severly injured with remote chanced of survival . I felt it was varshika and it was the minute I realized that I should have made her aware of my feelings . yes bro ! I love her .. whole world crashed infront of me . but then I saw her coming infront of me . the feelings I felt when I saw her alive ..i could not express out of my mind ''' I proposed her on the spot and she accepted it . am very happy bro !!"
When dev said these words , maan saw him shedding tears of happiness . he too was emotional . maan felt happy for his brother . but just then he realized that he dint ask geet properly .. he wondered how she would feel when varshika says this to her '.. but then he felt happy remembering their promise . he thought " oh my god !!! am very happy that there is no intrutions in my love path but I need to propose her '.. every girl would have dream of their love !! I should make it special enough for her ' I should show what she meants to me .. her happiness matters to me 'geet I promise you , you wont forget that in your life."
Dev saw mixed emotions in maan's face . he felt a change in him . he wanted to ask him whats going on in his mind but he feared that he would spoil the pleasant moments now !! so he thought he would deal with it later ''..
BACK TO PRESENT
Maan could not sleep ' he thought of ways he could please her . ' his hand made towards his cell ..he tried calling her but could not '.he liked the change . he accepted that he fell in love 'he smiled seeing his plight . never in his dream had he thought that he would fell in love with a girl and that too a chatter box like her .
Geet on the other hand for the time being forgot about the proposal issue . she thought "may be its too much to expect a romantic proposal from mr.khadoos." with that she slept having dreams with her Khandoos I mean her lovely charming the great MSK '
Both were in dreamland unaware of what in store in for them ''.
PART-17.
Next day
Maan woke up from his dreamland . he came up with the ways to impress geet . "time for action maan" he said to himself . he got up and took shower . he left to office making some phone calls .
Geet on the other hand was very eager to introduce brij to maan . she then thought "may be later" and left for office ..
In office
it was nearly 9 am and everyone started to reach office . adi was busy with the files for that days presentation . suddenly a girl with short mini skirt entered the office giving the deadly glares to everyone . she walked towards adi and gave him a glare .
adi : good morning sasha .
sasha : good adi . where is MK ?
adi : its almost time . he ll be here soon . by the way how was your London trip ?
sasha : fine like always . have you prepared the contract papers ? clients ll be here soon .
adi : oh yea , by the way congrats for the project .
sasha : oh shut up adi . this is such a silly thing . don't waste my time . get back to work .
with that she stormed off to her cabin . with in seconds every one heared a loud scream ..
sasha : ahhhhhhh'.
Adi came rushing towards her : wwwat happened sasha ??
Sasha : what the hell is this ??
Adi : what ??
Sasha : just see this my cabin ..
Adi went in and saw the most wonderful place .. the cabin was filled with roses . he stood silently wondering what his maan sir is upto .
Adi : sasha , why are you here ? this is not your cabin .
Sasha : what this is my cabin .
Adi : no sasha , your cabin is shifted near that left side corner .
Sasha : what the hell ??? why what happened to this cabin ?
Adi : this is now geet's cabin .
Sasha : who is she ?
Adi : maan sir's secretory .
Sasha : 2 months away from the office and no one informed me about this change . so irresponsible .
Adi : you can ask sir if you want .
Sasha : I ll ask him and what the hell is in that cabin ???
Adi : cant you see it ? its roses .
Sasha : that's what am also asking . what are they doing here ? throw it out . I don't know what MK ll do on seeing this garbage here .
Adi : but I suppose this is for geet .

That's the time geet entered her cabin hearing some noices . she saw adi with a girl looking like a absoluter devil with a heavy make up . she wondered who it might be as she had never seen her before .
Geet : hi adi !!!
Adi : hi geet . this is sasha , the head architect . she is off to London for 2 months . just now she came .
Geet : oh hi mam ..
Sasha gave her filthy look : oh you are that famous geet . don't try to act smart in front of MK . he wont be interested in behenji's like you .
Geet : EXCUSE ME !!!
Sasha : oh yea , you heard me right !!! you know what , he hates roses . am sure he gonna fire you seeing your garden .
Geet was so angry and just spit it back : oh well lets see mam .by the way what are you doing in my cabin ?
Sasha : its my cabin .
Geet : well its mine now . I have so many work unlike others who just show off themselves with heavy make up's absolutely like a devil. So ll you carry on with your work ?
Adi who was just now silently listening to the conversation could not take further and led out his famous stylish laugher . sasha stormed off the cabin with "wait and watch"look ..adi too excused himself and left the room .
Just then geet noticed the room full of roses . she wondered who might have sent this . she wondered around and saw a note light on one basket . it read
" to my mishti ' your maan is waiting for you . be there @ Maiden's hall @ 6 ."
Geet could not believe what she saw . the first thing that came to her mind was "maan and surprise ??" she tried calling maan but he dint pick it up . he was busy in a meeting . he just saw the caller id and smiled . geet wondered back and forth not getting why exactly he isn't picking it up . she then started doing her work .
It was past noon but still he dint show up . just then peon came inside and handed over a parcel to her . she wondered what it might be and opened it . there came another surprise . it was a beautiful white saree . with a mild silver workings . she fell in love with it on the spot . she saw a note with it .
" love to see in this saree . don't disappoint me darling."
Geet blushed with the word "darling" . it was nearly 4 . she decided to leave for home to get ready . she just prayed that no one would at home now . she made her way outside very happy and contended .
Sasha saw geet leaving early and smirked thinking that she got a chance to shout at her . she called geet .
Sasha : where do you think you are going miss ??
Geet : to home .
Sasha : for your kind information the office hours are upto 6 . so you cant leave early .
Geet : well I have finished my work and leaving .
Sasha : no you are not .here is the file . complete it now .
Geet : am maan's secretory not yours .so don't you dare order me .
Sasha : how dare you ?
Geet : I don't have time to argue with you .
With that geet left behind a fuming sasha . geet was so happy with the surprise. She could not help but fall in love with her Khadoos all over again .
Maan on the other hand could not help but smile thining of his mishti . he loved her beyond imagination . he could not stop thinking of her . he hoped that he could stay with her expectations .
PART-18Maan was waiting for her ..minutes seems hours ..each passing second he felt that his heart would explode with the tension building up . he knew he loved geet and geet too loved him . but he want to make it special for her . he hired a full hall and decorated with beautuiful red and white roses .. roses ??he thought to himself ...the flower once i hate , the smell i felt it disgusted . now everything changes ..only for her !!for my angel ... he could help but smile . yes today gonna be the most important day for me ..am afraid ! yes Maan singh khuranna is afraid .. he waited for those three words ... his train of thoughts came to an abrubt end when he saw geet on a beautiful white saree he presented ..his heart missed beats ...
geet entered the hall...it was pitch dark..she was afraid of darkness...but today she wasnt...she knew her saviour is here...she could feel it ..she was equally tensed ... she never knew maan could plan a surprise for her ... her ached to hear those words...she made her way inside ..she could see anything ..she softle called out ""maan ??? "" ...it was more of loving tone ..
maan was totally blown of with her beauty ... he forgot everything ..he stood there mesmerised ... he never thought geet would be this beautiful in saree..he made a mental note to buy her more sarees...then he heard her calling out his name ... " wow !!my name sounds more beautiful from her mouth "he thought ..... he could see a slight frown on her face even in the darkness ...he smiled and made his way towards her ...
as maan made his way towards her , slowly the lights were lit on ... geet could see roses every where ... the place was so beautiful... she could also see some pictures of her and maan .... then she saw him ...their eyes locked...they forgot everything ..... their hearts ready to capture the moment to relish it life long..they made their way towards each other...
they could feel the tension building inside them ....they stood in silence for sometime ...it was then maan spoke to her .
Maan : geet ..you are looking beautiful.
Geet blushed . Her cheeks grew dark shade of pink..she could say anything but pass a dashing smile at him ..maan was clean bold with it ... just then a slow music started in the background ...
Maan extended his hand with his cute charming smile ..geet held on to it and they started dancing . it was slow romantic music .. time passed but none realised ..geet rested her head on maan's shoulder while his hand on her waist ..they had a very contended look on their faces . he rested his head on her head .. they could stay like that forever ...
maan directed geet to the dinner table... it was filled with geet's favourite dishes . it was a small table for two perfectly decorated with a silver sheets and rose petals and candle lit on in the middle .. maan helped her with the chair and sat opposite to her comfortably ...geet loved the food and they started enjoying not only their food but their closeness ... now the dinner was finished and maan could feel his heart beats raising ... he knew now its time to let his feeling out ... he took her in the side of the hall where there was mini- garden set up.. he looked at her eyes . knelt on to his knees totally to geet's surprise...he held to her hand and looked at her ..
" geet ! i was trying to come for a conclusion for a long time .. and today i had come up with it . i could not concentrated on anything since the day i saw you . i fought with myself . i did not like the change in myself . till i saw you , i thought these love are not true and people loves others only for money but you proved me wrong . i felt myself getting drowned in your selfless love and care . i could not conclude whether its love or not till that day in the Mr.Khanns party ..but it was then i realised that i had fallen in love with yo ...i could not see u with anyone else..it made my blood boil . i felt jealous .. i could share you with anyone else.."
by this time geet felt very happy that maan loved her unconditionally and had tears in her eyes . seeing her he just continue .
" yes geet !! the mere thought of loosing you makes me mad .. i dont know where you had been since long ? i feel i will go mad if i stay away from you ..you changed me geet ..you made me smile and brought the colours to my black and white life...yes geet , i want you in my life forever .... i want to make you mine and cherish this life forever... i am madly in love with you Geet handa !!! so will marry me and become as Mrs. Geet maan singh khuranna ??? "
geet could not hold back her tears and instantly hugged maan and cried her heart out .. no one had ever told like this .. she felt very special ... she was on cloud nine ..maan could not comprehend anything but hugged her back...still some where the fear geet rejecting him was there .... but geet like understood his plight lifted her face and looked his face and said " yes Mr.Maan singh khuranna !! i love you and am ready to become Mrs.Geet maan singh khuranna "...
This was the thing that maan had been dying to hear for .. he gave her million dollar smile and closed the gap between them . the kiss was so passionate.. their hearts felt light and they could not help but let out their bottled up emotions ... it was a long one and they eventually stopped to catch breath ..maan rested his head on her forehead..
yes, this was the most happiest day of his life .. he admitted that love does exist ..just then he took out a ring from his pocket and slid in to her finger ..it was beautiful platinum ring and geet loved ..she hugged him...they stayed there for sometime...they spoke about their likes and dislikes for some time after which maan dropped her home ...awaiting for the dawn to bring more happiness in their life... the next day geet would be his official and personal and wat not girl friend !!!!!
PART -19. The romantic night , their hugs and the infinite kisses,,,,,,, nothing seems to get off their mind even for a moment..its a heaven to live in ..who would let go of this ? let alone our maan and geet ?
AT OFFICE
yes its the first day ..their official day as lovers.. maan laughed at his own thought ..how did i not notice her before ??? but now i gonna make her every day special ...she is my angel ... he put up a hard face as soon as he entered the office.
people started running here and there . sasha along with tasha was watching him .. maan called adi to bring some projects reports ..
adi entered his cabin in few seconds . he saw his boss being busy in some phone call and hence waited . as soon as he finished his call ,
adi : sir file .
maan : oh yes adi . what is the status of noida project ?
adi : sir it ll be ready by tomorrow morning .
maan got little angry : i guess its supposed to be on my table today morning .
adi : yes sir , but there are some last minute changes and sasha maam is working on it .
maan : i dont want any excuses adi .
adi : sorry sir , sasha mam tried reaching you yesterday evening bt you werent available ..soo...
suddenly maan got remembered of the day before night and a small smile touched his lips but to his bad lck it dint go unnoticed by adi .
maan controled his smile and said with an attitude : okay but i want the report on my table by noon ..make it fast .
adi : okay sir .. with that he left the cabin thinking what his boss is upto ..
mean while geet was watching the entire show from her cabin and thought "so my angry , dhusht dhanav is back " and set out for her work.. on the other hand maan could not wait to see his love but was peroccupied with his meetings ..
it was nearly 2 and he was giving a presentation to the london clients . his phone rang and it was geet . he excused himself and picked up the phone . what he heard shocked him and he could not believe it ..
geet : i love you baby .ummmah ummmah ummaah ....
geet let out a sheepish smile knowing what effect it would have on him .
maan on the other sitting infront of the clients did not know wat to do ..if it had been an other place he would have just gone and hugged her and kissed her .. but now he could not do anything . he just said "i ll call you in some time " .
he thought "geet i gonna get you for this "

all thorough the meeting he could not concentrate and he just wanna finish off fast and run away . he was counting every seconds and minutes which was totally unlike of him . eventually he got the contract and sent off the clients ..he was winding up things after the clients leave when suddenly the door sprang open .. geet literally jumped to him and hugged him tightly ..
geet : maan i missed you missed you so much ..
maan : "wow geet i never knew i would be rewarded with a massive hug for not seeing youfor few hours " he said teasingly ..
geet : maan ..
maan hugged her tightly and rested his head on hers...time seems to freeze and they could stay like that forever but fate seems to be a fate and it comes in the form of varshika .
just the varshika entered the room with dev ..as they were busy romancing , they missed the scene .. manneet jumped from their position as soon as they sensed some one coming in .
dev : bro , how was the meeting ?
maan : umm.. got the project .
dev : congrats bro.
maan : thanks .. mean while varshika and geet started busy chatting ..
dev :bro , i got a call from Mr. chopra . he wants us to sign the deal in banglore.. he had arranged a party and he said that he would glad if we make it up there.
maan : lets see..
dev : bro , we have 8 days to convey them .
maan : okay infrom them that we ll be present .
dev : bro one more thing . they said that it would be nice if we make it up with our assiciates .
maan looked at geet and gave a slight smile and said : okay book the tickets for four .
dev thanked his starts and said : ji bro .
maan and geet could not get their free time since some one or the other seems to be with them all the time ..how ever their endless staring session continues ..
maan who was returning from a meeting around noon saw a mall. he stopped there thinking of buying some thing for geet . he some how came to know that geet had a craze for antique jewellaries . so he decided to buy her some . he entered the mall and was looking forwards for some . he was quite confused with wat to buy as he had never gone to shopping and especially for ladies .suddenly his eyes fell on a ring . he imagined it on her finger .he immediately bought and asked the attender to gift wrap it .
he was looking at other sections when he felt a tap on his shoulder . he turned and saw a man . he gave a 100 watt smile and hugged the person .
maan : oh my god !! is that you ?
person : oh yes hero..seems that you had forgotten me ?
maan : oh no yaar ..i lost all our friends contact ..
person : hmm...now you are so famous and girls go gaga on you !!
PART-20
Brij : oye hoye !! okay tell me how is dadi ? dev ?
Maan : they are absolutely fine , how about your pyari pyari cousin ?
Brij : she is absolutely fine and by the way am staying there only .
Maan : its so so nice to see you brij . I missed you a lot man .
Brij : what to do maan , the life changes entirely after our college . I had never ever imagined that I would take over my dad's business . everything was so fast .
Maan : yes , the same case here . well everything have a reason . come on lets go have a coffee.
Brij : okay ,
Maan paid the bill and went to the nearest restaurant . they had a nice time and catched up with the events that took place in each other's absence . maan and brij were close friends from college days . not because they belong to the same class society but the care and responsibility to help others in times of hard ships . they completely lost their time tracks and were chatting with each other for nearly 3 hours . they talked about their business , their friends and family . it was after they heard maan's phone ring that they stopped and realized the time . it was dadima asking him about his whereabouts . having informed dadi , both frnds bid good bye after exchanging numbers and promises for visiting the home soon .
On reaching home , maan told his meeting about the long time friend brij . dadi felt happy that he finally shows some kind of emotions . she asked him to invite for dinner one day so that she could also get a chance to meet him '
The days passed for maan and geet with some cute office romance and fights . there was three days left for them to attend the Bangalore clients party . maan and geet were sitting in his cabin busy discussing the old age home's designs .
Maan : geet are you planning to listen to me or not ?
Geet : maan I said clearly . what sasha had done will definitely go flop . they wont like it .
Maan : but I cant find any flaw here .
Geet : well your eyes are not proper then .
Maan : geeettttt..
Geet : maaaan'.
Maan calmed himself a bit and said : okay go on with your suggestion.
Geet : I ll if you keep shut for few minutes without any interruptions .
Maan fumed : OKAY ''.
Geet : okay , listen now . old age people would like to spend their time in peace without any interruptions or noises . that's why they don't prefer to live in the city limits and prefer out skirts. They prefer to walk in leisure time holding hands in hands with a cute fights and arguments . for this they need some parks surrounded by tress and not cinema halls or gyms . more over instead of building big big theatres and shopping centres , why don't we opt for a moderate size hospitals and small shopping malls and parks ? they will feel at home maan .
Maan listened to her carefully and felt a valid point in it . so he called sasha in his cabin and informed her to make appropriate changes .
Sasha : but MK , you had already approved these designs .
Maan : they can be last minute changes sasha .
Sasha eyes fell on geet and fumed with anger . she could not control her anger . never in her experience had maan failed to approve her designs .
Sasha : well some people here dosent have the job except intruding in others business .
Geet very well understood her taunting and replyed her back with equal harshness .
Geet : well some people dosent know how to design for old age homes . instead they design for a disco .
Sasha : well you are just a trainee and you don't have any damn rights to interfere in my work . so stay in your limits .
Maan stood there watching the heated argument between the two and before geet could reply , he spat out : enough sasha . I don't understand this . who is the boss here ? me or you ? you work here under me and you are bound to obey my orders and not bossing me around . get back to work now .
Sasha fumed with maan's response but could not speak back since it would give her even more bad opinion . she just stared at geet and left the cabin .
Geet felt some where bad with sasha but decided not to pay any heed . maan watched her internly and understood her thinking . he laid a hand on her shoulders and said : don't worry geet , I ll deal with her .
Geet : no problem maan . I don't know why she behaves in the same way when ever she sees me .
Maan : don't pay any heed ' leave it .
In order to bring back her bubbly self , he started asking whether she informed her parents regarding the business trip or not .
Geet : haan maan . I told dad , he readily accepted ..mom na she told not to trouble you . geet made a baby face for which maan laughed .
Maan still laughing : oh yes geet . you should surely follow that .
Geet made an angry face and smacked his arm : oh am troubling you ? ah ? ugg..i cant believe you said that ' she started giving light punches in his arms .
Maan enjoyed troubling geet . suddenly he pulled her in his arms and kissed her gently . geet who was shocked first , eventually started responding . the gentle one soon turned into a slow and a passionate one . they moved and sat on the sofa and nearby . they broke out from the kiss and maan rested his forehead on hers . geet blushed and maan closed his eyes capturing the beautiful moment they shared .
After a while they started with things they need to take for the meeting ..eventually it ended on the dress selection for party ' the only thing they dint knew was that there was a silent spectator to the romance in the office 'it was none other than adi , who was from time to time reporting about their growing relationship to dadi , who seemed more than happy for their relationship '. She made a lot of mental plans including the venue of marriage and the receptions '.
