part-21 .
It was Tuesday . A day left for the four to leave for Bangalore .. geet was so confused in what dress to wear for the party and hence decided to go for shopping with varshika . both reached the mall and in no time their hands were full of bags . just then varshika's mobile rang and panic hit her face . geet who was watching her got worried and hence asked the matter .
Geet : hey varshika ? who s it ? what happened ?
Varshika could not control her tears :papa '.
Geet became panic : hey wat papa ? wat happened to him ?
Varshika could neither move nor in a position to say anything . she some how managed to say the hospital name . both moved their without talking any further time .
On reaching the hospital geet found out from the doctors that varshika's dad had a light attack and still in the critical condition . she felt that in that situation its not well for varshika to travel and hence she called maan and let him know the situation . Maan and dev reached there within 20 mins . Varshika's mom was with her dad leaving her outside to calm down a bit . As soon as she saw dev , she ran up to him and hugged him tightly . she cried her heart out . Dev some how consoled her and calmed her down . Both maan and dev stayed there in the hospital till night and it was decided that only geet and maan would attend the meeting .
Dev : bro , I guess I need to stay here .
Maan : ofcourse dev , she needs you now . don't worry about meeting . I ll see to it .
Dev : thanks bro .
Maan : if you need anything just call me .
Dev : yea .
With that maan and geet went towards their home and rested a bit as they had their flight in a couple of hrs .
IN HOSPITAL
Varshika's dad was becoming normal and was shifted to the normal ward . just then dev went to enquire the doctor .
Dev : excuse me Dr.
Dr : yes .
Dev : hi , am dev . how is Mr. gupta ?
Dr : a light attack . he is stable now . but avoid much of stress as possible .
Dev : okay dr. when can he be discharged ?
Dr : a day of observation would do . do strictly follow the medications .
Dev : ofcourse doctor .
With that dev went to see his future father & mother in law . Mr. Gupta who has regained conscious thanked him for his help for which dev politely replied that its his duty to look after him as he considers him like a father . for which varshika gave him a slight smile .
AT AIRPORT
Maan reached the airport earlier and was waiting for geet . she reached there a bit late . she was so down with the last happenings and just remained quite . they both passed through the security checks and entered the plane . it was past midnight and none had slept . with in an hour they reached Bangalore . they collected their luggage and hence left for the hotel .
AT HOTEL
Maan moved towards the reception area and enquired about the room .
Maan : hello , this is Maan Sigh Khuranna . I had made a booking for two rooms .
Receptionist: just a minute sir , I ll check it out .
Maan waited for sometime while geet who was so sleepy just looked here and there .
Receptionist: sorry sir , its only one room that had been booked .
Maan : what ??? In fact I booked four rooms and cancelled two .
Receptionist: sorry sir , but three rooms had been cancelled not two .
Maan : shit , I knew its me who had cancelled it . okay just book another room now .
Receptionist: sorry sir , we don't have any other vacant rooms today .
Maan : GO TO HELL YOU LADY .
Receptionist: sorry sir ..
Maan : what the hell do you think? Cant you hear properly what your customers say ?
Geet who was till then watching the scene interfered and said : maan , am so tired . lets just take the room na . any ways its only for two days . please .
Maan noticed that she was indeed tired just nodded and gave a sharp angry look at the receptionist: okay give me the key .
The receptionist who was so frightened that he immediately gave the key and asked the peon near by to help them out with their luggage . the peon showed them their room and settled the luggage . maan thanked him and gave some money . he then locked the room and found geet sleeping peacefully on the bed .he saw the time and it was nearly 5 . he was so tired that he too slept on the other side and drifted off to deep slumber .
It was nearly 2 when he got up . he felt a slight weight over him . he tried to move but he could not . he opened his eyes slowly to find geet sleeping near by with her head rested over his chest . initially he was shocked as to they were in such a position but soon realized that it was all due the last happenings . a smile crept in his face on seeing his sleeping angel . he ran his hands on her hair to wake her up . she stirred a bit and slowly opened her eyes to find herself resting on his chest and his hands around her waist . she gave him a small smile . both loved it and wanted to stay like that forever . but they had to get ready for that day's party and hence unwillingly got up and dressed . maan was wearing a black shining coat while geet a cream and white mixed choli like thing . since it was a retro theme , they dressed accordingly and reached the venue .
As soon as they entered the venue , none were able to keep their eyes of them . all the girls were drooling on him even the married ones while all the gent's eyes were on geet . soon they were treated by Mr.chopra . he introduced both of them to his company's members . they signed the deal and everyone set to enjoy the party .
Maan asked geet for a dance and it was a slow and romantic number. he kept her hand to his shoulders and guided to the dance floor .Their steps entirely matched with one another .
they looked into each others eyes and entirely forgot the surroundings .......
they danced and danced ......everyone saw them in awww and clapped their hands which brought them out of their dream land .
The party was a grand success and hit ... the media persons covered the entire rooff.. ofcourse the sweet dance and romance dint miss their eyes

Maan and geet returned to their hotel room completely lost in each other . they longed with each other . but they do knew their limits . maan kissed her forehead and hugged her and slept .
Next day morning
The sun rays slowly made the way into the room . geet stirred a bit hearing the phone call. The time was 9 a.m. . she wondered who on earth who would call her then . she took her phone and saw the name flashed . its her dad .
Geet : hello dad . good morning .
Dad : good morning .
Geet : whats the matter dad ? so early ?
Dad :hmm..nothing geet . where are you staying now ?
Geet sensed something wrong : why dad ? is there anything problem ?
Dad: I need you to come home immediately .
Geet could hear a change of voice but could not figure out why : but dad , I have a meeting to attend here . anyways I ll be there in tomorrow morning na ??
Dad : cant you hear what I say ? I said come home now . I ll send brij to airport . is that clear ?
Geet was in tears now and just said : okay .
Dad : okay bye .
Before geet could reply anything phone went dead . she turned and saw maan sleeping peacefully . but the peacefulness did not last long . maan cell started ringing ..it was only then maan opened his sleepy eyes and saw geet had woken up earlier and sitting with tears . he was shocked to as what might have happened . geet did not let him speak anything instead gestured him to attend the phone call. Maan who could not understand anything just did what she told .
He took the phone and it was dev .
Maan : hello .
Dev : hello bro.
Maan : whats the matter ?
Dev : bro , can you come back today ?
Maan : whats the urgency now ?
Dev : bro , I guess its not wise to stay there now ..dadima does not know wat to do ? we had been receiving calls since morning .
Maan : dev , don't talk in riddles , just spit it out .
Dev : bro , you dint see the news ?
Maan : what news ?
Dev : bro , press had taken photos of the last night party in which you and geet,,,,,,
Maan now understood what he meant and he closed his eyes feeling helpless . he now understood why geet was in tears . he said : okay , I ll be there in afternoon .
Dev : okay bro , I ll see you in the airport .
Maan kept the mobile down and turned towards geet : geet ..
Geet hugged him and wept : maan , dad ka phone aya tha . he shouted at me for no reason and he asked me to come home immediately ..i don't know why ?
Maan just then realized she does not knew anything about the news . : geet , wo yesterdays party pics had been published in news papers . our dance and everything . I guess that's why your dad might have called you .
Geet saw maan in horror : oh god !!what can we do now ? how ll I face dad ?
Maan : geet don't worry , I ll talk to dadima as soon as I reach home ..
Geet : maan , I cant stay away from you . she cried and cried ..pls do something maan .
Maan could not stand her tears but at the same time did not know what to do . maan called adi and booked his tickets . both got ready and reached the airport. Geet's eyes were red with crying . Through out the journey she kept saying "maan I cant live without you" . he assured her that nothing would happen .
They reached the delhi airport . geet saw brij waiting for her . she bed good bye to maan with teary eye and went towards brij while maan went with dev .
Brij silently collected the bag from her and made his towards the car . Geet too sat there silently without saying anything'
Maan on the other side was worrying like hell . he was thinking of one way or the other to let his dadima know about it .. he thought" oh god ! what have I gotten into ? what might be her reaction after seeing the news. .uff this press , why should they cover the party and why especially the dancing sequence ?"

PART : 23
Geet sat there in the car worrying like hell . she tried talking with brij who in turn gave her a killer look which was enough for her to shut . she closed her eyes and rested her head on the window . all the moments spent with maan came flashing . she opened her eyes just as she heard something noisy around . it was then she realized that she had reached some farmhouse and not her home . she gave a questioning look to brij .
Brij : do you need a special invitation to get down ??
Geet : err' no bhai .. par hum kahan hai ?
Brij : just go inside . don't ask questions .
Geet followed as said . she froze as she saw the scene inside . there were decoarations every where . her dad and mom was busy looking on the arrangements .she did not understand what was going on . she made her way towards her dad .
Geet : dad ???
Geet father turned towards her and gave a cold look . he signaled his wife rano to take her .
Rano : come on geet .
Geet : mom what is all this ?
Rano : just come to your room .
Geet followed her mom to her room .
Rano : today is your engagement .
Geet was so shocked : what ??????????????
Rano : yes , the bride's family ll come here soon . get ready fast .
Geet : mom , please listen to me once .
Rano cut her off : what to listen ? I have seen everything in the TV and newspaper . I believed you so much . but you broke my trust .
Geet : mom please , I love maan .
Rano : enough !! if u don't get ready , then you cant see me nor your father alive .
Geet could no longer take it . she broke into sobs and went to get ready . meanwhile rano took geet's mobile and disconnected the landline .
In khuranna house
Maan reached his home . he determined himself to tell everything to his dadima . planning all the things , he entered inside only to witness two to three doctors around her bed .. he rushes towards them .
Maan : dadima , kya huwa ? aap teek tho he na ?
Dadima just turned her face in anger . doctor noticed this and said : no Mr. Khuranna , nothing is alright here . I already told you not to give her any tensions . her BP is really high . look she is old and you need to take care of her . just don't give any stress .. take care .
Maan dipped his head in guilty . he did not know what to say . he silently sat near her .
Maan : dadima , I love geet . I want to marry her .
Dadima who still now turned her face replied that : oh I had seen your idiocy yesterday itself maan . care to give a explanations ??
Maan realized that she is so angry and hence he remained silent . dadi took this as an opportunity and said : I thought you wont do like these things . do you realize that out family name is at stake ?
Maan : dadi am sorry ..
Dadima : sorry wont do anything .
Maan : what you want me to do now ?
Dadima : you are enagaging today .
Maan felt as is his world would crash down soon . his eyes almost become watery : dadi , I love geet . I cant marry anyone . please
Dadima : fine , then you can see only my body . go ahead .
Maan : dadi don't do this to me .
Dadi : choice is yours .
She kept her hand on her heart and pretended to close her eyes in pain . maan on seeing that rose up in horror and said : okay dadi . I ll do what ever you say .
Dadi : go to your room , everything is kept ready . freshen your self .
Maan left to his room feeling miserable .
IN FARMHOUSE
Geet got ready cursing the fate. at that time , aditi , preet and varshika entered her room all dressed up . she was totally surprised . she ran to them and hugged them . everyone cried .
Geet : how you guys are here ?
Varshika : I myself don't know . suddenly my mom dragged me here and got me up ready .
Aditi : my parents called me and told me to come here.
Preet : same here .
Geet : some thing wrong . guys I want to say something .
Varshika : is this the time to ask permission ?
Geet took a deep breath : am in love with maan but my parents had arranged my wedding with some one else . I don't know what to do .i cant even contact him .
By this time she crying and crying .
The trio hugged her and comfort her .
Preet : we ll find out a way . good that we are together . but I don't understand the reason what our parents are planning .
Aditi : you go down and try to hear something .
Preet : okay ,,
With that preet left the room leaving the girls in a great turmoil .
Meanwhile the boy's family entered the house . geet and varshika's parents were stuck with work , hence preet and aditi's parents welcomed them . preet was busy on eavesdropping the handa's conversation and hense he missed it .
It was a grand welcome and boy's family was happy with it . now it was time for the engagement . handa's family were asked to come down . the elderly person of the boy's family asked the boy if he wants to talk with the girl .
Boy silently : this is just because of you . am neither interested in this marriage nor this girl .
Person : then your wish .

Dadi : and one more thing . dev are you there?
Dev : haan dadi ,
Dadi : you are also getting engaged .
Dev : dadi , what didi I do ? why punishment for me ?
Dadi : no son , its not . may be you ll change the mind once you see the girl .

Just then handas came down with the girl which is none other than the geet . she was all sorrow .. the lights were all dim that none can see others faces . just then there was a spotlight on maan and geet . it was then they noticed each other . tears gushed down both of their eyes . geet gave a questioning look to her parents , who in turn smiled and said : how was our surprise ? maan looked at his dadi who gave now-what- you- gonna- do look .
Their happiness knew no bounds .. they walked towards each other and hugged ..
everyone clapped .. then both made their way towards their family .geet hugged her dad tight .
Dad : are pagli !! what have you thought ? I ll marry you off to some one against your wishes ??
Geet was sobbing hard that she could not reply .
Brij : hey yelllo mere pyari behen .. how was the surprise ??
Geet waked him up his arm : bhai , you gave me heart attack . you knew how worries I was ?
Rano : are don't cry ..now enjoy ' from now onwards no one ll question you .
Maan turned towards his dadi .
Dadi : kya huwa maan ? you thought I ll go against your happiness ?
Maan : am sorry dadima and hugged her .
Dadi : now don't spoil the mood . and dev I ll also know about your love story .
Dev blushed . dadi called varshika's family by side and talked .
Now the engagement of the four frnds gonna happen '

The friends wish came true .. engagement on a same day ..
The three jodies are now officially engaged !!!!!!
The party soon heated up ' maan and geet danced....

PART -24.
The party was over and everyone were so exhausted . They decided to take go for sleep . The farmhouse had only 8 rooms . So it was agreed that the room would be shared as

(guys geet and maan reach delhi around 12 pm . so engagement was scheduled at evening . party got over by late night . I guess time scale ll be clear. Regarding surnames I just googled it as I haven't heard of any before ..)
Every one retired to their room . preet was little cautious of staying with his boss . sensing his hesitance maan started talking with him friendly .
Maan : hey preet , why so quiet ha ?
Preet : nahi sir , everything was so unexpected .
Maan : yea unexpected but ended happily . hey we aren't in office now . moreover we gonna be relatives soon . then why calling me sir ? call me maan .
Preet : yes maan sir , no sir I mean maan .
Maan and dev just laughed at his nervousness and drifted to their dreamland . the same was the case of geet , varshika and aditi . everyone had a very well contended sleep with that day's happening ..
Next dayThe sunrays started showing inside the room . Elders woke up early as they had arranged for the puja that day . Mr. Handa called brij and asked him to woke the boys up while Mrs. Handa went to the girls .
Brij entered the boys room . he saw maan , dev and preet sleeping in king sized bed with each facing different directions and not forget to mention with smiling faces . he thought " oh may be in some dream with their would be's" . he laughed to himself and made his way to the bed . he pulled of the dwets and shouted " BOYS WAKE UP. ENOUGH OF DREAMS" . all the three woke up with a start and looked here and there.
Preet : where is aditi ? I was dancing with her ?
Dev : varshika ?
Maan : wow I had a baby girl !! she is so cute !! he was literally imagining a girl baby in his hand !!
Brij looked at them as if he was seeing a ghost .
then the trio realized it was all dream . but a baby girl ?? is it a little more ? everyone looked at maan who was giving his dreamy looks which was another shock to them .
Maan : what why are you looking at me like that ?
Dev : hmmm bhai , you had changed a lot . you dint hide anything !!
Maan : hey man , I too need to change . how long can I remind like that ?
Preet : haan maan , these girls changed our life a lot .
They started again with their dreamy talks completely ignoring brij .
Brij coughed a little in order to gain their attention which worked though .
Brij : guys there is pooja here and you are still sleeping . come on get up and be ready exactly by one hour .
Maan mumbled : you spoiled my dream man and made his way to the washroom .
Brij shook his head and made his way outside .
AT GIRLS ROOM
It was even more worse in the girls room . Mrs. Handa had totally given up the idea of waking them up . the girls dint even show any signs of stirring up . geet was so smiling in her dream . preet giving a small smile while varshika went a head of all "blushing". (guys now you got what they were thinking ??)
Rano gave them a look and took the whole jug of water . suppressing her laugher she poured the water on their faces individually . all the three screamed together giving the whole place a mini-earthqauke .
Geet : maaannn'

Aditi : preeet'
Rano would have fallen the floor laughing . she had a very hard time laughing on seeing the girls who were clearly dreaming of their to be husbands..
Rano : ha ha ha !!! now you woke up ..
Geet : mom , what is this ??
Varshika : haan aunty .
Aditi : what happened ??
Rano : have you seen the time .enough of your naughty dreams . now go and get ready . Be there in the puja with an hour .
Geet : hmmm'..ma ..
Rano : no more excuses .
Varshika : okay .
Rano : aditi you to get up . chalo jaldi se thaiyar ho jao. Warna your dad ll be so angry ..
With that she left the room , leaving the girls to get ready for puja .
PART - 25. (this part is of maan's past . )
Everyone came and settled for the puja . pandhitji was chanting some mantras while the jodies were busy oogling on their partners . it was past afternoon and pooja got over . everyone had their lunch . dadima noticed the jodies and decided to give time as everyone ll head towards their work that day . so she came up with a idea
Dadi : rano beta ??
Rano : haan maa.
Dadi : lets fix the marriage date today itself . I want to see them married soon ..
Rano : am totally with you maa . let me call others also .
Dadi : wait rano . ask the childrens to leave for sometime . let them enjoy .
Rano : okay maa. I too thought of saying this . sooner they ll be busy with their work and have less time for each other .
Dadi : teek hai . I ll wait in the hall . you come soon .
With that rano went towards the jodies and called maan .
Rano : maan beta ??
Maan : haan mom . kuch chahiye apko ??
Rano was happy that he called her mom : why don't you guys spend some time outside ??
Maan (happily ) : haan mom but what about dad ??
Rano was so pleased : I ll talk with him .anyways you guys ll be busy with office sooner . so why not enjoy the time now ??
Maan happily hugger her : well then see you soon mom .
Maan went towards the group and told the matter . They were on cloud nine . Without wasting time they dispersed with their partners . maan took geet for a long drive . she kept on talking with him what to do and what not to do after marriage ..maan felt so happy after a long time .he stopped the car near the lake . he made a temporary hut. they sat there holding hands . After an hour of silence ,
Maan : geet , have you ever thought that we ll have our engagement like this ??
Geet : not even in my dream maan . we are so lucky to have such parents maan .
Maan : I agree geet . mom and dad are so nice .

Maan stiffened and geet could feel it on his hold : geet , there are many phases in my life that I prefer to be in dark than coming out and hurting you .
Geet gave him a gentle smile : but maan , nothing about you can hurt me .
She kept her hand in his cheek and continued : yes maan . I want to share everything with you . know everything about you . you remember once you said "truth along matters " . I want to know the things from you . not from others maan . you don't trust me . do you ??
Maan : geet I trust you . more than my life. You gave me the reason to smile . To be precise the reason to live . but I don't want to hurt you geet . I cant .
Geet : maan , but love lies on trust . I want you to trust me fully .
Maan : okay geet . you want to know why i was like that na ? I ll say .
Geet : go ahead .
Maan : you know geet ? I did my MBA in harward . during those times , I was so happy go lucky guy . everyone used to like me . I would spend most of my time with my frnds . I was in my 2nd year . a girl "avantika" was newly admitted in our class . she was an Indian . she was so simple and quite . I liked her a lot but never got a chance to spend time with her .
once I got a chance to assist her in one project . It was then I started spending time with her . I felt like I was the most luckiest men in the world . I started realizing my feelings for her . we were in our final year . our college ll finish with in a week . I made a plan to propose her in our farewell party . I kept it as a secret even from my close friends . I was making the last minute arrangements in the hall when I heard her voice . I felt surprised as to what she was doing there and followed her voice . The scene I saw shocked me to death geet .
I saw her talking in phone with someone . I could hear only her speech . I still remember it geet . she said " oh yea !! our plan is successful '.. he believed me madly ' I guess he ll propose me tonight at party '. How can I forget the promise ??... am all yours'. I was totally broken . so she was all day , played with my feelings just to demolish my dad's business ?? who is she ?? but whoever she is , I ll prove her wrong . I ll make her suffer all thorough the life . wait and watch you lady , I ll make this day a memorable for you .
With that I left and made arrangements . I got complete details of her using my dad's influence . I found out that she was the daughter of my dad's rival business enemy . also that she is a drug addict . I got the point . I guessed that she would have to take drugs at some time or the other .
The party was started . she was expecting me to propose her . but I paid all attention to my friends other than her . I was so hurt but I decided to teach her a lesson .the look on her face , I felt so happy . the party was about to end , she left angrily . it was evident in her face . then I followed her to the hotel . some man came , I guess he is her Bf . for a second I thought what was in him , that I don't have but then I made up my mind not to fall in love ever again . it was a 3star hotel. With the help of my frnds , I got some police to their room , I hid behind the wall nearby . fortunately , they found bags of heroine , which is totally banned in US . they were arrested and sentenced to jail for 5 yrs . she being a drug addict was also ordered for rehabitation for additional 1 year . I felt so much peace geet . she dared not only to play with my feelings but also with the dad's life , his business . her dad could not do anything , since the rule was really strict .i left to india by that time . He some how got to know that I was behind this . he hired some bomb persons and planted a bomb in my car . unfortunately my mom and dad were to travel in that . the car exploded . they died on the spot geet . I could not save them .
I collected all the evidence . I appointed the best detectives . the case was held in court and he was given a death sentence as he had already involved in three more killings . I felt happy .
Then gradually I realized my responsibilitu . I started to take over the company . I want to bring my dad's dream a reality . I worked hard . I ignored everyone and developed hatred for everyone . I don't want to believe any one . but everything changed once you entered my life. . you brought the happiness back .
By the time , maan finished geet was totally in tears . she hugged him tightly and sobbed bitterly . "how can some one be so cruel ??" she thought .
Maan : see this is why I told you , not to ask me anything . he wiped her tears .
Geet : I love you . ' with that she hugged him tightly . she promised herself to show all her love that he had missed so far . they remained like that , for some time .
After some time ,

It was then she saw maan looking at her with naughty ideas .
Geet : ahem . don't get any ideas now . we have a long time for that .
Maan : I dint say anything na geet . geet blushed and turned her face and giggled softly .
Geet : maan you say na about your dream ??
Maan : we have a baby girl !! so lovely , ssoosoo cute . her rosy cheeks , big eyes . he said with total dreamy eyes .
Geet was like omg !!! first of all marriage . then child ?? isn't it too much in a dream ??
Maan : geet , I want a baby girl .
Geet got another shock of her life . just now their engagement got over . but here , he is asking him a baby girl . god knows what else is in his mind !!
Geet tried to distract him : maan . its getting late . mom gonna be worried ,
Maan understood that she is changing the topic , so went along with it : okay , lets move , its pretty late .

The day came and everyone had to leave . maan and dev had an important meeting that day . so they left with their respective secretaries (durga wondering if office romance gonna happen ). Preet and aditi left for Mumbai . the parents decided to meet soon after finalizing the marriage dates .

Office was in turmoil . the staffs wondered how come maan 'the terror is engaged with geet ' the lovely ,chubby girl . they were highly confused and talking among themselves . girls had double heart attack since the two most eligible bachelors are booked with their secretaries . they started getting jealous of our heroines . among all these confusions , they failed to notice the terror watching them with anger evident in his eyes . adi , the most trusted chief accountant noticed him and went to greet him .

Geet went to his cabin taking the necessary files and stood there waiting for adi to join in .

Maan noded : where is the blue prints for the Bangalore project ? I guess that should have been ready by this time .

Maan gave a look on to the blue prints . he was totally dissatisfied in the designs . he just threw the file across the table . geet and adi stepped back in shock .
Maan : what the hell it is sasha ?? you call this as designs ?
Sasha : per MK , its as per the norms we had discussed .
Maan : do you think it is ?? if I had to go ahead with this designs then for sure I need to shut down this firm and become saint .
Geet had a tough time in control her laugher . adi gave his signature laugh .

Geet on seeing his face , burst into laugher and ran out of the cabin .

The lady was walking along the lobby . all the mens eyes pondered out . mouths wide open . they literally oogling on her . she gave them a killer smile which was enough for them . they felt so blessed to have seen that smile . yes , her name is pari .
pari was dreaming on how to seduce maan ... she literrally day dreaming of she falling , and maan catching her ...
Geet on the other hand made up a plan with varshika and pinky . they were waiting for her near maans cabin . when she was crossing their way , they started their conversation .

Varshika : haan , I was also thinking why he was so angry this morning ?
Geet kept a sad face : I feel sorry the client who is coming from Bangalore for signing the project .
As soon as the pari heard it , she stopped walking to hear the rest of the conversation .

Geet : you know the client ? I heard she is cheating on her boy friend .
Pari felt like killing geet with her hands but stopped when she continued .

After pari left , the trio could not control their laugher . they burst into laugher as soon as they reach the cafeteria .

Maan thought now its gonna be a fun with geet . so now let me call her to watch what I gonna do now . he called geet from his cabin .
He asked pari to take a seat and waited for geet to join in . soon as geet came , they started discussing the designs . pari was highly impressed with the designs and hence stated " wow amazing designs"

It had been a week since the incident happened . maan still could not digest the fact that a girl like pari called him "bhaiya" . above all these things , the endless teasing sessions of dadima !! what more worse can happen in my life ???he thought '.
The office had been the usual thing except there was a meeting with one of the young and rich client . it was considerably a big project and everyone were working hard for it '

With that she left for her cabin and searched for the file . upon finding it , she made her way towards the cabin . it was then he noticed a familiar form standing at a 10 feet distance . she had a wide smile on her face and ran up to him .
Maan on the other hand was waiting in his cabin . he wondered what took her so long ' he came oout of the cabin and saw her hugging some one . then came a another shock . she kissed his cheeks .

His blood started to boil and unknown jealousy came over . he marched towards them and heard their conversation .

Geet : yash !! still you haven't changed !!

Geet : hmmm'.you can never change ..
Maan interrupted them just in time . he shouted " what the hell is going on here ???"
geet sprang up with the sudden shout and tripped a bit but just then yash held her in position . this added a packet salt in maan's mood ..

Geet left the office in a very angry mood and reached home . rano was quite surprised to see her so early at home and hence called her towards kitchen .

Geet : haa mom . any problem ??
Rano understood that she is quite angry on some one otherwise she would never talk like this : arey what happened ?? why are you angry ??

Geet : no wrong question . what he did not do ?? he joined with yash and made fun of me in the office .

Every one retired to their room . preet was little cautious of staying with his boss . sensing his hesitance maan started talking with him friendly .

Preet : nahi sir , everything was so unexpected .
Maan : yea unexpected but ended happily . hey we aren't in office now . moreover we gonna be relatives soon . then why calling me sir ? call me maan .

Maan and dev just laughed at his nervousness and drifted to their dreamland . the same was the case of geet , varshika and aditi . everyone had a very well contended sleep with that day's happening ..
Next dayThe sunrays started showing inside the room . Elders woke up early as they had arranged for the puja that day . Mr. Handa called brij and asked him to woke the boys up while Mrs. Handa went to the girls .
Brij entered the boys room . he saw maan , dev and preet sleeping in king sized bed with each facing different directions and not forget to mention with smiling faces . he thought " oh may be in some dream with their would be's" . he laughed to himself and made his way to the bed . he pulled of the dwets and shouted " BOYS WAKE UP. ENOUGH OF DREAMS" . all the three woke up with a start and looked here and there.
Preet : where is aditi ? I was dancing with her ?
Dev : varshika ?
Maan : wow I had a baby girl !! she is so cute !! he was literally imagining a girl baby in his hand !!
Brij looked at them as if he was seeing a ghost .
then the trio realized it was all dream . but a baby girl ?? is it a little more ? everyone looked at maan who was giving his dreamy looks which was another shock to them .
Maan : what why are you looking at me like that ?
Dev : hmmm bhai , you had changed a lot . you dint hide anything !!
Maan : hey man , I too need to change . how long can I remind like that ?
Preet : haan maan , these girls changed our life a lot .
They started again with their dreamy talks completely ignoring brij .
Brij coughed a little in order to gain their attention which worked though .
Brij : guys there is pooja here and you are still sleeping . come on get up and be ready exactly by one hour .
Maan mumbled : you spoiled my dream man and made his way to the washroom .
Brij shook his head and made his way outside .
AT GIRLS ROOM
It was even more worse in the girls room . Mrs. Handa had totally given up the idea of waking them up . the girls dint even show any signs of stirring up . geet was so smiling in her dream . preet giving a small smile while varshika went a head of all "blushing". (guys now you got what they were thinking ??)
Rano gave them a look and took the whole jug of water . suppressing her laugher she poured the water on their faces individually . all the three screamed together giving the whole place a mini-earthqauke .

Rano would have fallen the floor laughing . she had a very hard time laughing on seeing the girls who were clearly dreaming of their to be husbands..

Everyone came and settled for the puja . pandhitji was chanting some mantras while the jodies were busy oogling on their partners . it was past afternoon and pooja got over . everyone had their lunch . dadima noticed the jodies and decided to give time as everyone ll head towards their work that day . so she came up with a idea

I was so hurt but I decided to teach her a lesson .the look on her face , I felt so happy . the party was about to end , she left angrily . it was evident in her face . then I followed her to the hotel . some man came , I guess he is her Bf . for a second I thought what was in him , that I don't have but then I made up my mind not to fall in love ever again . it was a 3star hotel. With the help of my frnds , I got some police to their room , I hid behind the wall nearby . fortunately , they found bags of heroine , which is totally banned in US . they were arrested and sentenced to jail for 5 yrs . she being a drug addict was also ordered for rehabitation for additional 1 year . I felt so much peace geet . she dared not only to play with my feelings but also with the dad's life , his business . her dad could not do anything , since the rule was really strict .i left to india by that time . He some how got to know that I was behind this . he hired some bomb persons and planted a bomb in my car . unfortunately my mom and dad were to travel in that . the car exploded . they died on the spot geet . I could not save them .
I collected all the evidence . I appointed the best detectives . the case was held in court and he was given a death sentence as he had already involved in three more killings . I felt happy .

Geet left the office in a very angry mood and reached home . rano was quite surprised to see her so early at home and hence called her towards kitchen .

Rano understood that she is quite angry on some one otherwise she would never talk like this : arey what happened ?? why are you angry ??
Geet :ask that to your son-in-law .
Rano : maan ??? what did he do ??
Geet : no wrong question . what he did not do ?? he joined with yash and made fun of me in the office .
Rano : yash ?? when did he come ??
Geet : go and ask yourself mom . I ll never talk to them . they are just ' just'
Rano : geet ..bus ' bus .. tum aaram karo kamre meh . I ll bring some thing to drink .
Geet : no mom . I don't need anything . just leave me along for some time .
Rano got that its useless to argue with her and hence asked her to rest .
It was evening 6 P.M.
Maan and yash tiptowed in handa mansion . rano saw them and had a huge grin on her face .
Rano : arey maan . yash !!!
Maan : shhh ' mom .. don't make noise .
Rano was startled : why what happened ?
Yash : aunty !! am sure you might have experienced valconic eruption some time before . .
Rano : tum chup car . she is always like this . first say , when did you come ?? where is meera ??
Meera :: am here aunty !!
Maan and yash turned and saw meera standing there with a devilish smile on her face .
Yash : meeerrra ????
Meera : its meera yash . why are you stumbling ???
Yash : haa am I ?? am so surprised to see you here '
Meera : geet invited me .
Yash : oh wow !!
Meera : only me .
Yash was annoyed : what do you mean only you ??
Meera : it means get out ..
Rano and maan were silently watching the conversation and started lauging .
Maan : oh my god , stop both of you .
Meera : so this is Mr. Maan singh khuranna !! my jijaji !!
Maan : yea you are correct saali ji ,.
Rano : okay enough of your chatting , go and sit first . let me bring something for you guys .
After rano left , yash gave a angry look to meera while she returned with " I ' don't ' care ' for ' this" look .
Meera : so jijaji , what brings you here ?
Maan don't know what to say : woh woh '
Meera : don't blabber jiju ..
Maan took a deep breath : I made geet angry and I don't know how to pacify her . so thought of coming here and have a talk .
Yash moved towards meera and put his hand on her shoulder : darling !! please help us na .
Meera smaked his hand : don't darling me . what have you done to her ??she sounded so angry .
Yash : no we were just talking .
Meera : just talking wont make her angry .
Maan : okay fine . he told what ever happened there in the office .
After hearing this meera : am totally out in this , its between you and geet ..
Yash : oh please dear , talk to her na ..
Meera could not stand both their pleading face and hence agreed . meera told her plan to them , and left to meet geet .
In geet's room
Meera : geeettt.
Geet who was sitting on the window railing was startled . then she saw meera and ran towards her . both had a bone crushing hug !!!
Geet : wow meera !!! you are back !!! how long we had seen each other .
Meera : wow am so excited geet . sure we gonna enjoy a lot this time .
Geet : am waiting meer,,,
Meera : yup . I told yash clearly not to bother me for a week .
Geet face showed clear anger : don't talk about him meer.
Meera : I know 'I know 'why to spoil our mood now ?? just chill .. now get ready . we are going some where .
Geet : where ? not now pls ' am now in a very bad mood '.
Meera : arey yaar ,, pls for me ..
Geet : okay .. where are we going ???
Meera : my frnd had arranged for a party in her farm house '
Geet : what ll I do there meer??
Meera : well its your frnd too .. so no more questions . get ready soon .. we ll leave with in one hour .
Geet :okay ..you too ..
Meera :chal I ll get ready in the nect room'see you soon ..
With that meera left the room and gave a winning smile to both the people !!!
PART - 29.
Meera and geet entered the farm house ..
Geet : arey meera , is there any beach near by ??
Meera : haan..its so pleasant here . come lets go there.
Geet : hmmm'
Both of them started walking and on their way , they found a brand new lexus car..
(guys i have no idea whether its a new model or out dated .. its just that i came across while surfing and liked it
..)Geet : wow !!!!
Meera was confused as she dint notice it : what ??
Geet : meera see this car .. oh my god !! I was asking dad to buy this for quite some time 'its so so beautiful he na ??
Meera was also awestruck : so awesome ' I wonder yash has eyes to see this ..
Geet : who ever the person who holds it is so lucky yaar .. such a car , only in my dreams .
Meera : chal geet , late ho raha hai .
Geet : haan..
With that both made their way to the back way while geet still gapping at the car and dreaming ..
On the other side , maan gave a winning smile to yash ..
Yash : oh man !! I never seen such a love sick puppy ..
Maan : anything for my geet .
Yash : how did you manage to get the car with in two hours ? I heard its so demanding ??
Maan : that's Maan singh khuranna ..
Yash : I wonder how meera will react for this ?? I hope she dosent have the desire for an plane ..i ll become completely bankrupt .
Maan : come on stop day dreaming ..
Yash : see who says this !!!
Meera and geet reached the back yard and was completely mesmerized .
It was fully greenery and arrangement were such like a restaurant with sea side at back ..
Meera : I never ever seen a place like this '
Geet : me too .. come one meer , lets go to waters..
Meera : haan , you carry on . I let our frnds know that we had come .
Geet : okay .
With that geet ran towards the water removing her slippers like a small child ..
Maan stood there watching her gapping ..
He was completely blown off .
He made his way towards her while yash made his way towards meera giving them some privazy..
Geet was completely into her world and dint notice maan who was making his way towards her ..
On the other hand maan completely lost his mind ..
Geet was splashing water by her hands and playing with it . she noticed a shadow behind her. For a moment she was startled and then turned behind only to notice maan with desire filed eyes . she felt herself drowning in those dark eyes . he inched closer to her and she felt everything to be just like a dream .. he touhed her face .. it was then geet got that it isn't her dream but the damn reality .
She jerked backward and everything came to her mind . she made an angry face and saw him .
Geet : what are you doing here ??
Maan was also startled to see a sudden change in her behavior but managed the situation : to see my mishti '
Geet : why again to make fun of her ??
Maan : arey geet please let that go na ?? am so sorry .. I cant stay with out talking to you like this .
Geet found herself melting . maan noticed this and make his last trick my keeping his hands in his ears and pleading sorry .
the trick finally worked !!
geet smiled and hugged him and he tightened the hug ..they remained in that same position to what seemed like eternity ..
finally the parted only after hearing the whistles and teasings from yash and meeta who stood there as if watching the movie climax...

Next day
In office
At geets cabin
Geet : oh god !! where did I keep this file ?? I thought I left this here ..where did it go ??
Adi : geet see under your table .
Geet : adi sir , why don't you check with sasha mam ?
Adi : sasha ??okay I ll give a check now .
Geet : yea .
With that adi left the room while geet proceeded towards maans cabin .
Geet : maan ??
Maan who was till now checking some file , lifted his face : yea .
Geet : you have that Bangalore wala file ??
Maan : no geet I gave it to sasha for some changes '
Geet : thank god , I was searching it all the while .
Maan : why what happened??
Geet : you have meeting with those associates tomorrow . so I was thinking on to the files .
Maan : teek hai . get it from her .
Geet : kk..
With that geet made her way towards adi's cabin when he heard some noise . unable to control herself , she made way towards the source .
IN adi cabin ,
Adi : could you not be careful sasha ??
Sasha : adi , don't forget that am your senior .
Adi : that dosent mean that I can stand for what ever you had done .
Sasha : I ll report this to MK for interfearing in my work .
Adi : oh go ahead .
That time geet enters the cabin after a knock ..
Geet : adi sir ??whats wrong ???
Adi : woh '.
Geet : ????
Adi : she dint prepare the file yet ..
Geet : what ???
Adi : that's what I was also asking her .
Geet : what is this sasha ???
Sasha (least cared ) : oh shut up geet !! I know wat to do .. I was busy with some other works .
Geet : but we have the presentation tomorrow . how can you be so careless ??
Sasha : I ll talk with MK. Anyways this project is just a low budget one . we have many other big projects to concentrate with ..
Geet ( shouted ) : what sort of irresponsibility is this ??
Hearing the noise maan marched towards the cabin .
Maan : WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE ??
Geet kept quite immeadiately .
Maan : ADI ?? AM ASKING SOMETHING .
Adi : sir woh '.
Before adi could say anything , sasha interrupted .
Sasha : even I was asking the same thing MK . nowadays people have become so irresponsible .
Adi and geet were shocked with the sudden change of situation .
Maan : what happened ?? geet you told you want some file for preparing , then what are you doing here ??
Geet : woh maan '
Adi : sir actually '
Maan gave both of them a confused look ..
Sasha gave a evil smirk to both adi and geet .
Sasha : MK , see how these people had become ?? I had forwarded the files for making some changes which of geets job before two days ' but still I haven't got it back . '. Because of this , I could not forward with the designs '
Maan gave geet an angry glare . he could never compromise with his work who ever it may be ' but he felt that geet could never neglect her job at the same time .
Geet on the other hand was terribly shocked with sasha's saying . she could not say a word ..
Adi thankfully interrupted : sir , I think there is a quite lot of misconceptions going on here . please do not take decisions in a hasty manner .. we need to discuss this issue .
Maan gave a nod to all and asked them to meet him @ his cabin .
Inside maans cabin ..
Maan : adi go ahead .
Saha : MK , situation is very clear & '
Maan : sasha , I asked adi 2 talk not u .
This was enough to shut her up .
Adi : sir , as u know , we had been searching for the file of Bangalore client for the last minute check up and we could not find it in geets cabin . so geet asked me to check from sasha while she enquired it 2 u personally . .
Maan glared adi 2 continue while his eyes were fixed on geet who was also staring at him ' their eyes always spoke more than what words would do ,,, he assured her that he was by her side '.
Adi : yes sir . when I approached her , I found out that she had not even progressed with the changes that had been decided in the meeting .. that was when geet came and enquired abt it .. rest all you know .
Maan : what Is this sasha ???
Sasha : but MK , when the basic file remains with geet , how am I supposed to do my work ??
Adi : sir,,,
Maan glared him to stop
he asked geet : what are you saying geeet ??
Geet : maan I have just the rough sketches and the main designs and files are with sasha .
Maan : what else you need sasha ??
Sahsa : who MK , how am I to refer with then ?
Maan's anger shoot up: IS THIS A PRIMARY SCHOOL OR WHAT ??? PEOPLE GIVING LAME EXCUSES FOR NOT FINISHING THEIR HOME WORK ??? I NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM YOU SASHA . ''. I HAD ALREADU HEARD MANY COMPLAINTS REAGARDING YOUR BEHAVOUR .. BUT I TOLERATED SINCE YOU ARE A GOOD EMPLOYEE AND HAD BEEN WORKING WITH ME FOR MANY YEARS . NOW IT HAS CROSSED ALL THE LIMITS .
Sasha was dumbfound with his anger and tried to calm him down : sorry MK , the mistake is in my part . I ll prepare it today and submit for final review .
Maan : GET LOST FROM MY CABIN NOW .
Sahsa : sorry ..
With that sasha left the cabin followed by adi .. when geet was about to exit , maan called her softly ..
Geet stood there not knowing how to respond .. she hung her head down and stood there silently ..
He came up to her , and lifted her chin and looked into her eyes .
Maan : geet ??
Geet looked at him with slight fear .
Maan (mischievely ): why are you afraid ?? am I looking like a ten head ravan ??
Geet smiled : woh '
Maan : jya huwa ??
Geet simply hugeed him and said : I was afraid if you would , mistake me and shout ..
Maan rested his head on top of hers : no mishty , I know about everyone in my office. You know that I cant stand any inefficiency here .
Geet : hmmm '.
Maan: by the way, when is dev aur varshiks coming back ??
Geet : tomorrow evening ..
Maan : k '
After some time , both broke out of their hug and left to complete their days work '

At evening , geet started for home while maan had already left for attending some dinner meating . geet made her way towards the car and started talking to varshika over phone .. she was laughing and talking with actions . what she dint notice was that some one was watching her close by ,,, her every actions and daily route for a longer time ''.
